Abstract

In a company there are many factors that affect employee performance, including seen from the motivation and discipline possessed by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance. This study uses descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 35 employees, and used a saturated sampling technique of 35 people. This study uses a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis using normality tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlations, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing using partial tests with t tests and simultaneous tests with F tests. The results of the study partially state that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously state that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify marketing strategies, evaluate service quality, and analyze their influence on customer loyalty at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch Office, Majalengka Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between marketing strategy, service quality and customer loyalty at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch. The population and sample in this study were 100 people. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires.In this research, it was found that marketing strategies have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch Office. With a significance level of 0.05, the t value of 2.311 is greater than the t table value of 1.66140, which means the alternative hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that investing in effective marketing strategies, such as building personal relationships, providing quality products, and providing a satisfying customer experience, can increase customer loyalty. Based on testing with a significance level (α) of 0.05, it was found that the tcount value for service quality was 4.632 which was greater than the ttable value of 1.66140. This means that the hypothesis which states that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty can be accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch Office. It can be concluded that marketing strategy and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch Office. With α=0.05, db1=2 and db 2=97, it is known that the F-table value is 3.09. From the values ​​above, it is known that the value of Fcount (56,812) > Ftable (3.09), so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that marketing strategy and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Telering Jatiwangi Majalengka located at Jl. Ahmad Yani No.48 Sutawangi, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java, has been since December 2012. The establishment of Telering Jatiwangi aims not only to meet consumer needs but also to maximize profits. To achieve these objectives, it is essential to market product at affordable prices and implement effective promotional strategies to attract costumers to purchase Electric Bicycles at Telering Jatiwangi. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of priceand promotion on the interest in buying Electric Bicycles at Telering Jatiwangi, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with both descriptive and verifiable analysis. The findings reveal that the multiple correlation coefficient (simultaneous) is 0.844, indicating a very strong relationship between price, promotion and buying interest.  Furthermore, the analysis shows that price and promotion exert a positive and significant influence on buying interest, with an F value of 98.738 > 3.11 and a significance value of < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that as price and promotion improve, so does the buying interest at Telering Jatiwangi, Majalengka Regency. Overall, it can be concluded that the variable of price and promotion can be effectively combined to measure buying interest.

Abstract

Lifestyle is one of the driving factors for someone to make purchasing decisions. Apart from lifestyle, price and product quality are also influences in purchasing decisions. So it is very important for marketers to understand and study consumer behavior to create sales strategies. This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and price both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at UD Putra TS Majalengka.The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification research method with a sample of 96 people who are consumers who come to the UD Putra TS Majalengka, and uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the mathematical model, product moment (Pearson) correlation analysis , to calculate the level of the closeness of the relationship of determination analysis to determine the effect. To make data processing easier, the author uses SPSS for window software version 25.0.The results obtained show that lifestyle and price have a very strong and positive relationship with purchasing decisions, namely with a correlation of 0.801, while the magnitude of the influence on purchasing decisions is 64.2% as measured using the coefficient of determination formula. based on hypothesis testing, lifestyle and price together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Because the value of Fcount (83.432) > Ftable (3.09), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. The higher the employee's ability, the higher the organizational performance. Conversely, the lower the employee's ability, the lower the organizational performance. In order for management activities to run well, employees need to have sophisticated equipment. The purpose of this research is to obtain the data and information needed to process, analyze and interpret work experience and job promotion issues that can influence employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia Majalengka Regency. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The sample in this study was 99 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques are by using questionnaires, interviews and observation. Data instrument testing is carried out by means of validity testing, reliability testing, data normality testing, correlation coefficient analysis, regression coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research state that: (1) work experience at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia in Majalengka Regency has reached more than 60% proven, namely 73% or tcount > ttable (76,786 > 1,661). (2) promotion at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia Majalengka Regency has reached more than 60% proven, namely 76% or tcount > ttable (82,739 > 1,661). (3) employee performance at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia Majalengka Regency has reached more than 60% proven, namely 76% or tcount > ttable (102,637 > 1,661). Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia Majalengka Regency, because tcount > ttable (2,649 > 1,660). Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia Majalengka Regency, because tcount > ttable (7.161 > 1.660). From the research results, it can be concluded that discipline influences employee work performance, this is proven by the calculation results of the tcount value being greater than ttable. The amount of work experience and promotions on employee performance at PT. Leetex Garment Indonesia, Majalengka Regency, was 46.6% while the remaining 53.4% was influenced by other factors not researched by the author.

Abstract

The Influence of Employee Empowerment and Compensation on Employee Performance PT BPR Majalengka West Java Employee performance improvement can be achieved in various ways, one of which is by providing employee empowerment and providing compensation that is in accordance with employee expectations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee empowerment and compensation on employee performance. The method used in the analysis is descriptive and verification. A sample of 68 respondents was taken usingsaturation sampling technique. Statistical testing using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and to test the hypothesis using the t-test and F-test using the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The conclusion that the author can convey after conducting research and discussion regarding the influenceemployee empowerment andcompensationon employee performance, it can be concluded as follows:The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously is indicated by the value R = 0.879This figure shows a very strong relationship between all independent variables X and dependent variable Y. Through the results of data processing, a variable prediction model can be formed.employee empowerment andcompensationon employee performanceas follows: Y = 0.050 + 0.179X1+ 1.060X2. The results of data processing show that the R2 value is 0.881or 88.1%, this shows that the contributionemployee empowerment andcompensation for the increase or decrease in employee performance is 88.1% and the remaining 11.9% is a contribution from other variables that are not included in the model proposed in the study. Based on the hypothesis test, it shows that the Fcount value = 240.225, where the Ftable value =3.14So it is proven that there is a significant influence betweenemployee empowerment andcompensation for employee performance. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because Fcount (240.225) > Ftable (3.14)).

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of commitment to work and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kadipaten either simultaneously or partially. In this study, the independent variables are job commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) while the dependent variable is employee performance. (Y). The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling. The data type used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in the study are classical assumption test analysis, double linear regression, and hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of the research processed with the SPSS Version 21 for windows program showed that the R Square value of 0.886 means 88.6%, the staff performance variable can be explained by an independent variable in the study of job commitment and job satisfaction while the remaining 11.4% is explained with other variables that are not studied or not included in this regression model. Simultaneous test results (F Test) showed that the significance of 0.000<0.05, the commitment of work (X1) and the satisfaction of the job (X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees (Y) in PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kadipaten. The partial test results (T Test) indicated that the meaning of the work commitment (X1) 0.041 < 0.05 tcount value of 0.329 > table 1.68288 means that the employment commitment has a positive impact on staff performance (Y), the value of employment satisfaction (X2), 0.000 < 0.05, the titing value of 0.723 > table 1.68288, meaning that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance of staff (Y).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of SWOT analysis in marketing strategy with 7P marketing mix. The method used in this study is SWOT analysis with interviews to evaluate marketing strategies at Arya Hotel Kadipaten, Majalengka Regency. The results of the study with the SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis matrices show that with the S-O strategy, namely by using strengths to gain opportunities, the Company uses the S- O strategy, namely 1) improving complete and modern hotel facilities: taking advantage of the increasing number of tourists on a national and international scale, thereby increasing market share. 2) utilizing partnerships with trusted online booking providers; increasing the number of users of online travel agent applications (traveloka & tiket.com) to attract new consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Toko SRC Dede in Cikasarung Village, Majalengka Regency. With the rapid growth of retail businesses, it is essential for retailers to create a comfortable and engaging shopping experience. The research method employed is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Then the data was annalyzed using SPSS 25.0 version and Microsoft Excel including validity test, realibility test, normality test, regression analysis, hypothesis testing which include one sample t-test, t test, and F test, and last is analysis of coefficient determination. The result of this research show that: (1) store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (3) simultaneously store atmosphere and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that both store atmosphere and service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction at Toko SRC Dede, which is expected to provide insights for management to continuously enhance the customer shopping experience.

Abstract

The Sharia economy continues to grow in Indonesia, particularly in the banking sector, such as BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). In addition, the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 gave rise to many innovations in the field of financial services (financial technology). The high number of internet and mobile phone users in Indonesia supports the adoption of technology in the financial sector, which is facilitated by the BSI Mobile application, enabling customers to transact more easily. Therefore, this study looks at the impact of the BSI Mobile application on customer satisfaction in terms of speed, security, accuracy, and trust. This research collects primary data from 113 active bank customers of BSI in Majalengka, West Java. The findings show that the BSI Mobile application contributes to customers’ satisfaction. This research also found that customers with higher education are more likely to have higher satisfaction with the BSI Mobile application.
