Abstract

Quick response code (QR Code) is a type of matrix code or two-dimensional barcode developed by Denso, QR Code easily helps us store all types of data, such as numeric data and alphabetic data. PT. Andalan Kreatif Utama is a company in the field of providing goods and services for security system equipment and fiber. Asset governance activities at PT. The Andalan Kreatif Utama is done using form paper then input through excel sheets by GA (General Affair). This makes GA (general affair) difficult in recording company assets, knowing age, difficulty knowing the position or location of company assets and difficulties when there is a process of replacing damage and loss of assets. The purpose of this study is to create an application that can provide information from the many assets contained in PT. Andalan Kreatif Utama and streamline and streamline the search for asset information by scanning the QR Code on the item and the web will display the results in realtime. The system development method used is Object Oriented Programming (OOP), OOP is an object-oriented programming method. Various interrelated objects will be arranged into a group known as classes. These various objects will interact with each other in order to solve complex program problems. The expected result of this study is that the implementation of asset labeling using QRcode can run optimally.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan  (PKH) is a government policy related to the empowerment of poor families. The program aims to accelerate poverty reduction in an integrated and sustainable manner. In choosing beneficiaries, there are often problems, one of which is that the beneficiaries are not right on target based on government regulations. In practice, officers at the Mandalahayu Village Office use simple grouping of data to determine the eligibility of beneficiaries and tend to be long. To simplify and speed up the entire process, a decision support system was created using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The concept of the Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of each alternative's performance rating on all attributes. This system is expected to be a solution in determining beneficiaries so that it is right on target. The programming language used in this system is Pear Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), coupled with Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) to make it look more attractive. Data storage uses MySQL as a Database Management System, and JavaScript as a supporting display to make it more interactive

Abstract

Zanana Indonesia is a company engaged in Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) where the main activity of this company is producing banana snacks. On CV. Zanana Indonesia is not yet fully aware of the important role of IT to support the business as a whole, the company also does not have a special unit that handles IT. therefore, the utilization of IT in the company has not been well planned. The use of IT and SI has not been comprehensive and centralized, utilization is only limited to the use of standard applications built into operating systems such as Microsoft Office to support the company's operational activities. Enterprise Architecture planning is expected to educate companies about the importance of the role of IT to support operational activities to be more effective and efficient and there is harmony between business and IT development to optimize the use of information systems and information technology. The basis for choosing TOGAF in Enterprise Architecture planning is because TOGAF provides a detailed overview of methods for building, managing, and implementing frameworks and information systems to be used as recommendations in development. From the results of the Enterprise Architecture planning that has been made, 4 pieces of new business process development have been combined with IT. For data architecture, 1 piece of new data structure design is obtained. For the application architecture, 4 new applications were obtained. Technology architecture results in hardware planning to support the new Enterprise Architecture. Then there are opportunities and solutions that companies will get if they implement EAs and there is also migration planning if EAs will be implemented in the company

Abstract

Alumni tracer study is a search for alumni to find information through filling out questionnaires that are useful for the purpose of improving the curriculum and educational process. This research is to identify the competency profile of alumni, while at SMP KARYA PEMBANGUNAN MARGAHAYU, to provide input on improving the quality of learning according to the demands of the school sector. The absence of a centralized system for collecting data on alumni at KARYA PEMBANGUNAN SMP MARGAHAYU makes it difficult for the administration to obtain accurate information from alumni. An information system is needed as a liaison between administration and graduates by implementing this information system that is able to provide information from alumni quickly, accurately and upto-date. RUP (RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS) Algorithm as a system development method and My SQL as database tools. Produce an alumni track record information system that can be an administrative aid in increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of tracer study activities as well as displaying actual information in the form of alumni data reports and tracer studies quickly and accurately.

Abstract

In the world of education there are often problems how to determine the quality in an educational institution and often institutions ignore it, therefore to find out the quality of education in an institution requires clustering using the K-Means method which will be divided into 3 (three) cluster levels, namely "A" for very good quality levels, "B" for good quality levels and "C" for low education quality levels and to determine the quality of institutions We used data on the average report card of grade X, XI, XII students of all majors for one year.

Abstract

Osu! adalah permainan musik online gratis yang sederhana dan mudah untuk dimainkan. Pemain (Seseorang) dapat menggunakan mouse dan pen tablet untuk mengklik atau menggeser kursor agar dapat menyentuh note musik yang muncul dilayar serta dapat melakukan spin dengan spinner yang diputar di tengah layar. osu! mempunyai 4 mode permainan yang dapat dimainkan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode agile. Metode agile adalah sebuah pendekatan manajemen proyek IT yang mengutamakan kelincahan (fleksibel) dan kecepatan. Turnamen adalah kontes dimana pemain bersaing untuk mendapatkan hadiah yang diberikan berdasarkan peringkat relatif dan dirancang untuk mendorong tingkat upaya yang optimal. Turnamen tidak bisa dijalankan jika tidak mempunyai wasit. Wasit memiliki wewenang penuh untuk memegang teguh peraturan permainan sehubungan dengan pertandingan di mana wasit tersebut ditunjuk untuk memimpinnya. Turnamen osu! masih menggunakan metode manual untuk menghitung skor. Seorang wasit harus mencatat skor yang sudah diberikan oleh sistem untuk dihitung dan menentukan siapa yang berhak memenangkan pertandingan tersebut.Tujuan dari pembuatan Aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah wasit untuk mengatur jalannya pertandingan dan ruang pertandingan. Aplikasi pengelolaan turnamen untuk wasit pada game osu! merupakan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan javascript dan framework next.js. Seorang wasit  wajib mempunyai akun osu! untuk bisa menggunakan aplikasi ini.

Abstract

In the management of sales transaction data, drug inventory, and purchase history using manual systems that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. Additionally, the limited payment methods and lack of comprehensive information about the drugs pose specific challenges. The data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The system development method employed is Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) to model the system's analysis requirements. Thus, a web-based information system is needed to assist in the management of transactions, inventory, and automatic tracking of purchase history, as well as providing complete drug information. This web-based information system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy, and provide better services to customers.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is an important element in human resource management, especially in the production sector, which affects the company's efficiency and productivity. PT XYZ, as a manufacturing company, requires appropriate methods to objectively assess employee performance. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm was chosen to overcome this problem, because of its ability to handle complex and multi-dimensional assessment criteria. This research aims to apply AHP in the production employee performance appraisal system at PT XYZ. The methods used include collecting performance data, mapping performance criteria and sub-criteria, as well as using AHP to calculate the weight and priority of these criteria. The output of this research is expected to be a more accurate system for assessing performance, which can be used by PT XYZ management for better decision making. Outcome targets include national scientific publications and development of an assessment system that can be applied directly

Abstract

During the 2020-2022 Covid 19 pandemic, with limited meetings between students and teachers at school, automatically students' ability to receive material will be limited. With the lack of intensity of student meetings with teachers at school and the distance learning system, it will be an obstacle in achieving learning goals. Therefore, in Tasikmalaya City there are several tutoring institutions, one of which is Great Children's Literacy Tutoring (AHE) & Happy Days Tutoring. Great Children's Literacy Lessons (AHE) & Bimbel Happy Days is one of the tutoring places in Tasikmalaya which is located on Jl. Pataruman No. 36. Also, during a pandemic like this, Great Children's is Great Children's Literacy (AHE) & Happy Days Tutoring has experienced a significant increase, which has caused tutors to experience difficulties in the data collection process for students which takes a long time. Therefore, the author tries to build an information system that can store student data so that it is more effective in collecting data and does not take a long time by using the waterfall method. This system can speed up student data collection, making it more efficient. This system is quite effective to be used as an alternative solution for teachers in collecting student data.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing an intuitive and engaging user interface (UI) for the food ordering app at Cafe Masbon Appetit. In the rapidly evolving digital technology landscape, the challenge of interface design often arises when it fails to match actual user needs. This directly impacts low levels of user satisfaction and engagement, a crucial issue that needs to be addressed to ensure the app's adoption and sustainability. To address this issue, we adopted a Design Thinking approach. This methodology was chosen for its ability to foster innovative, human-centered solutions, to improve user convenience, ease of use, and overall interaction with the app. The research process began with the collection of comprehensive user needs data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires distributed to the target audience. The collected information was then analyzed to identify pain points and user preferences. Based on the data obtained, the design solution was realized in the form of an interactive prototype. This prototype was then tested for effectiveness through a series of user tests to validate its functionality and usability. The research results consistently showed that the app successfully provided significant convenience in the food ordering process, increased time efficiency, and delivered a significantly better user experience. This was reflected in the high usability scores, which reflected a substantial level of user satisfaction.
