Abstract

Balinese literature in terms of content is divided into Purwa Balinese Literature and Anyar Balinese Literature. Geguritan is a part of Purwa Balinese Literature. Geguritan cannot be separated from stories, traditions, or Hindu religious values. But one of them, there is a Geguritan containing Islamic teachings which is a unique one. This is certainly interesting to study, especially in terms of content analysis methods and literary reception theory. Based on the analysis conducted, Geguritan Krama Selam teaches the concept of the oneness of God, how the mention of the names Hyang Widi and Allah is used interchangeably and also it is said that Hyang Widi and Allah are one. Understanding the oneness of God will indirectly avoid blaspheming, harassing, or insulting the beliefs of other people who do not share the same faith because in fact all come from one source.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The communication strategy of Hindu religious teacher in instilling the values ??of religious moderation to students in schools today is really very important because it provides the values ??of Hindu religious teachings such as Widya which is intelligence, whether intellectual, social, or spiritual intelligence. The higher a person's intelligence, the easier it will be to manage a difference. Then there is Maitri that is love. Hindu religious teachers must teach love to others and instill the value of love without looking at the religious differences that are adhered to by each student so that a high sense of brotherhood is created so that it is not easily separated by anyone. Next is Ahimsa, which is the act of not harming other living beings. The Hindu religious teacher must also provide an understanding that hurting other people is not right and is prohibited by any religion. Then the last one is Shanti which means peace. The Hindu religious teacher gives an understanding that with the presence of Widya, Maitri and Ahimsa will create Shanti or a peaceful life for all of us religious people. Even though we live side by side with friends who have different religions it is not a problem because we love each other and are brothers and sisters so that peace is created. These four values ??of religious moderation according to Hinduism can be given by Hindu religious teacher to students in schools by using various communication strategies that adapt to current conditions in schools. The teacher as an innovator or coordinator must provide message ideas that have been well-formed so that the messenger of religious moderation can be well received by students.

Abstract

The use of trading robots in foreign currency trading commonly known as 'forex trading' has generated a tumultuous polemic. However, in its development, although the Civil Code regulates buying and selling, there are no clear rules governing the buying and selling of trading robots, there is a vagueness in the norms of regulation related to trading robots so it is important to research and discuss so as not to cause losses in the future. Based on the background of the problems described above, the authors formulate the following problems: How is the legal regulation of buying and selling trading robots in Indonesian positive law? What are the legal consequences of buying and selling trading robots? The research method used in this research is the type of normative legal research (normative law research) where normative legal research is legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. using normative case studies. The conclusion in this study is the legal regulations for buying and selling trading robots have not yet been clearly regulated in a specific regulation by the authorized institutions, namely Bappebti and Bapepam, where the current buying and selling is still using The Civil Code (KUHPer) as the basis for buying and selling trading robots. The legal consequences of buying and selling trading robots today are based on the Civil Code (KUHPer), where trading robot trading violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code (KUHPer), so it is canceled or null and void.

Abstract

Today's prostitution can be easily found, because only by using social media applications, prostitutes can carry out sex transactions. Prostitution is a classic problem that is very difficult to eradicate from time to time, because some are covert and many parties use it for various reasons. Among other things, family problems, economy, lifestyle and so on. The impact is certainly disturbing the community. Whereas in national law and Hindu law the sanctions are very clear, but this practice still occurs.Legal theory is used to disscuss it. The results of data analysis in this research paper are presented in descriptive analytical or informal form. With data collection methods using primary data and secondary data sources, by tracing existing documents, the technique of determining informants is the Snowballing Sampling model technique. The existence of prostitution has been existed long before social media developed, prostitution occurred in ancient times (Greece). The legal consequences of prostitution according to Hindu law can be fined up to the death penalty according to Manawa Dharmasastra, in customary law sanctions are Sangaskara danda (priyascitta) in national law, perpetrators can be snared by the Criminal Code and UUITE. The role of law enforcement in handling prostitution must be maximized by collaborating with religious leaders, traditional leaders and the community to provide vocations and counseling to the community against the dangers and threats of punishment for prostitutes on social media.

Abstract

How can mutual understanding and exchanges among people of different cultures and ethnicities be supported in a manner that recognizes the variety of their worldviews and spatial-temporal-kinesthetic knowledge and cultural and spiritual values? In my experience, a practice-based approach to the art of intercultural dialogue does not stem from a predetermined method but rather is an organic process that grows from the interactions of the people involved, which will evolve differently in each place depending on its historical and current conditions. One approach that I have greatly appreciated in Indonesia, which has given good results, is by taking into account the place, time and conditions. With this in mind, I will share some aspects one might consider in the fostering of a common field for dialogue.

Abstract

Thailand is a society where different religious beliefs coexist peacefully. The main religions recognized by the Thai government are Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Brahmin-Hinduism, and Sikhism. Each of these different religions does not make each religion teach people to behave differently, but it is well accepted that all religions teach us all to be good people. Traditional Thai Music (Dontri Thai) is diverse, reflecting a nation that people, culture, and history have shaped. Most Thai Muslims are of Malay descent, reflecting the common cultural heritage between Thailand's southern provinces shared with Malaysia. Thailand and Indonesia, the latter being popularly known by the former as chawa (Java), are two nations with long relationships since the traditional state era. Dvaravati, as The Mon Culture, was an ancient Mon kingdom from the 7th century to the 11th century, located in the region now known as central Thailand. Wai Khru ritual is a mixture of animistic, Brahmanist, and Buddhist rituals.

Abstract

Given the increasing quantity and quality of corruption cases in Indonesia, one way to combat corruption is to use civil forfeiture tools to facilitate the seizure and expropriation of the assets of corrupt criminals through private channels. So far, Indonesia has tended to prioritize criminal remedies, focusing more on punishing the perpetrators of corrupt acts than recovering the state's financial losses. In fact, the criminal path is not “powerful” enough to reduce or reduce the number/of cases of corruption.

Abstract

The APH is reluctant to prosecute companies as perpetrators of criminal activity for a variety of reasons. This means law enforcement remains reluctant to implicate companies as perpetrators in corruption cases. In fact, after the publication of Perm 13 in 2016, there were only 6 companies under suspicion as of 2020. To this condition, the authors try to provide legal ideas related to the ideal model for recovering the state's financial losses due to corruption by legally certain entrepreneurial actors related to the Afdoenings Buiten process concept (out-of-court dispute resolution) approach model.
