Abstract

Literature Review of the role of Sport Education and Leadership in improving Student Character Formation is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether Student Character Formation plays a role in Sport Education and Leadership. The qualitative approach method with the literature review method to explore and analyze the relationship between sport education, leadership and character formation. The results of this article are: 1) Sport Education plays a role in Character Formation, 2) Leadership plays a role in Character Formation. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variable of Character Formation, there are still many other factors including the school environment, technology, education.

Abstract

Literature Review of the role of Learning Media and Teacher Innovation in increasing Student Interest is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether Student Interest plays a role in Learning Media and Teacher Innovation. The method examines various studies, articles, and books relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this article are: 1) Learning Media plays a role in Student Interest 2) Teacher Innovation plays a role in Student Interest. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variable of Student Interest, there are still many other factors including motivation, learning facilities, family environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the ankle weight training method on the results of free kicks in soccer games for extracurricular students at the Al-Amanah Al-Islami Ridan Permai Islamic Boarding School. The method used is an experiment with a One Group Pretest and Posttest Design, involving a population of 30 people and a sample of 22 people determined by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a kicking ability test to measure free kick ability. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, followed by One Way ANOVA analysis and the Paired Sample T test. The results of the analysis based on statistical output are known asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001. Because the value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. It can be concluded that "there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest scores". Based on the calculation for the percentage increase, a value of 0.669 was obtained. This means that the ankle weight training method contributed 66.9% to the free kick variance. The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong and significant influence between the ankle weight training method and the results of free kicks in soccer games in extracurricular students at the Al-Amanah Al-Islami Ridan Permai Islamic Boarding School.

In addition to these two exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variable of Athlete Achievement, there are still many other factors including talent, physical condition, mental health.

Abstract

Factors that influence physical activity and healthy lifestyle on students' physical fitness is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether physical activity and healthy lifestyle affect physical fitness. The method with a qualitative phenomenological approach, the phenomenological approach emphasizes the description of the subject's life experience from the participant's own perspective (phenomenology as a social research method). The results of this article are: 1) Physical activity affects physical fitness, 2) Healthy lifestyle affects physical fitness. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of physical fitness, there are still many other factors including discipline, sports motivation, mental health.
