Abstract

Ministry of Communication and Information Technology currently is creating and developingnew program which is called A Movement of 1000 Digital Startups in Indonesia. Semarang, as one ofcapital cities in Indonesia is also developing its digital creative industry. To develop it, government ofSemarang city needs valid data about innovations and performances in digital creative industry. Tocreate innovation dan develop it, one of the ways is to implementing knowledge management, its stagesform knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge implementing. This research aims tounderstand how knowledge management impelementation influencing organizational performancethrough innovation in digital creative industries in Semarang partially and simultaneously. The dataused is primary data, by giving questionnaire to the leaders of MSME’s enterprises, which is 33respondents, determined by total sampling technique because micro, small, and medium’s enterprises ofdigital creative insdustry in Semarang is having a very little amount.The result of this research is implementation of knowledge management is influencinginnovation in large amount, but in organizational performance, it is influencing in few amount. Besides,innovation is not influencing organizational performance, therefore with innovation as interveningvariable cause there is no influence of knowledge management implementation on organizationalperformance in Semarang, it is becaused digital creative industries in Semarang city is still yet matureand still have a priority in innovation, but they don’t have long-term goals to develop theirorganizational performance.

Abstract

Quality tourism objects are indicated by the number of tourists visiting increasing every year. Based on the data of visitors to the Borobudur Temple, it can be seen that there has been a relative decline over the past few years. From these problems, it can be seen that there are indications of a decrease in visitor decisions caused by promotion and service quality. Thus, the declining visitor's decision then affects the decline in visitor satisfaction. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with incidental sampling so that found 122 respondents who are visitors to the Borobudur Temple. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, t test and F test with the help of IBM SPSS version 25.0 program and two-stage regression analysis to test the effect of intervening variables. Based on the results of the study indicate that promotion and service quality partially have a significant effect on visitor decisions, visitor decisions have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The visitor's decision can mediate the effect of promotion on satisfaction as a full intervening variable and can mediate the effect of service quality on satisfaction as a partial intervening variable. Suggestions are given so that PT TWC Borobudur Prambanan Ratu Boko is expected to be more aggressive in marketing in the form of promotions through advertisements, posters, brochures, pamphlets, and social media. For the quality of services, it is better to review the service of Borobudur Temple in order to improve the quality of service of the officers in serving visitors and controlling in maintaining the existing infrastructure in the Borobudur Temple Tourism Object.

Abstract

The development of a business unit can be affected by a variety of factors, both internal and external company factors. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the business network, product innovation and competition against the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. The research type is explanatory research. The population was 562 units from small and medium food industries in Kuningan District with 85 sample taken using disproportionate stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the business network, product innovation and competition are jointly undertaking a positive and significant effect against involving the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. Researchers suggest that IKM constantly enhance cooperation with various parties to build wider business network, improve product innovation and improve competitiveness so that IKM can continue to thrive in the midst of the current competition.

Abstract

The development of the economy and society’s needs encourages companies to provide the optimal quality of services they provide. Permata Blora Public Hospital as a company engaged in health service is required to provide optimal service and build a good relationship with consumers. This study aims to determine the effect between service quality and emotional branding on the satisfaction of the inpatients of Permata Blora Public Hospital. This research uses explanatory research method. Sampling technique that used is non probability sampling technique, that is purposive sampling with sample amounted to 97 people. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 for Windows. Based on the results of analysis, service quality and emotional branding have an influence to consumer satisfaction. Service quality and emotional branding have influence contribution to consumer satisfaction variable as 42,1% which is service quality have contribution as 38,5% and emotional branding as 21,5%. Service quality together with emotional branding have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research indicates that service quality and emotional branding partially or simultaneously has an influence to the inpatients of Permata Blora Public Hospital satisfaction. Based on these results, the suggestion for Permata Blora Public Hospital is have to improve the service quality and continue to develop the application of emotional branding to maintain patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources is one factor that has an important role in improving employee productivity. To increase the productivity performance of the employees need to be posed. Given the important role of human resources, the company must pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance. One is the application of good leadership, so that employees can be persuaded to work according to standard and put aside their personal interests. Motivation will encourage someone to work more work spirit. Work environment will create a sense of comfort in the work so as to increase productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of the variable of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY. This type of research is explanatory research. Technique slovin samples formula was used resulted 94 people for sample and  the spreading using the method of Probability Sampling (Stratified Random Sampling).  Likert scale was used as measurement scale. Simple linear regression test and regression test with SPSS 16.0 program were used in the data analysis. The conclusion of this research is 65.7% of the respondents classified as good leadership, 47.8% of respondents stated motivation is quite good, 76.1% of respondents said the work environment in either category and 52.21% respondents claimed to have good performance. Variable leadership influence on the performance by 19.2%. Motivation variables affect the performance of 56.6%. Environment variables affect the performance of 17.1%. Taken together the leadership, motivation and work environment affect the performance of 76.4%. This means more and better leadership, motivation and work environment are expected to increasingly higher levels of performance. Based on the results of this study led PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY could further increase the frequency of meetings to communicate the company's rules and policies, so as to steer employees are clearer and more attention to the conflict in the company. Providing incentives or bonuses should be increased to boost employee morale. Have good working environment should be maintained, because the working environment comfortable and conducive environment will improve employee performance

Abstract

Employee performance becomes a benchmark for the company's success in running the entire business activities. Performance was the result of the work of one's role in a particular task. Good employee performance can be seen from the achievement of the work in quality and quantity of employees. Appropriate organizational culture and a good work ethic will help in improving employee performance becomes better. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work ethic on the performance of the company's employees at PT SAI Indonesia Semarang branch. Explanatory research techniques, used census techniques (saturated sample) to 53 employees. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of testing the validity and reliability test. While data analysis is done using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t-test and F test using SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture is at the very good category amounted to 67.9% and 32.1% good. The work ethic is at the very good category 54.7% but there is still 1.9% that is the category of no good. and the performance of employees is in the category of 60.3% excellent, 40% good and 5.7% is good enough. Besides, the organization's culture and work ethic significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has a weak influence on employee performance (9.7%) as well as the significant and positive impact on the performance of employees amounted to (0.023). The work ethic has a quite strong influence on the performance of employees (33.8%) as well as the significant and positive impact on the performance of employees (0,000). Organizational culture and work ethics have a strong influence on the performance of employees (34.4%). Conclusion: the overall culture of the organization and the work ethic and performance of employees in the company is at very good category but there are indicators that is still below the average value. Organizational culture and work ethic and positive significant influence on employee performance. It is recommended that the leader can provide guidance and coaching for employees as well as provide motivation and appreciate their work. Approaching to employees to play an active role in maintaining office equipment and providing training so that employees are more skilled and initiative work.

Abstract

Product innovation capability of the small and medium industry can be affected by a variety of factors, both internal and external company factors. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the information management and entrepreneurship against the industries performance of small and medium enterprises. The research type is explanatory research. This study uses sensus method which all of the population becomes respondent. Data collecting using a questionnaire and interviews. Data analysis using simple and doubled linier regression analysis using IBM SPSS 20.Results of statistical analysis known that together the information management and entrepreneurship effect on product innovation capabillty.The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between information management and entrepreneurship to product innovation capability on the Small and Medium Industry of Wooden Batik Krebet Bantul. Researcher suggest that IKM improve all of the informations that related to business so can always support the continuance of business, and improve the capabillty to build any idea for create products that can be accept by market.

Abstract

Bank as financial institution that serves as financial intermediary, necessary grades of healthy for know bank condition. Health or not a bank can see from bank financial performance. The ratio of financial analysis the content in financial performance a bank beneficial to do a prediction agains the provision of credits the future. With a good performance, the bank can do one of the main function is to give and distribute the credit to debitor. The troubles in this research is the presence of dissent from the result of further researches first and the phenomenon of bank lending has not been optimal. The research aims to find the empirical facts of the influence of financial performance with CAEL method to credit loan.The research belongs to “explanatory research”. Analytical method used in this research is a simple regression test to the test partially the significance test using t test and regression test to simultaneously test for the significance test using the F test. Object in this research is a national private commercial banks foreign exchange 2010-2012. Number of samples used were 21 bank in the sample.Result and discussion indicate from partial test show the CAR and NPL variables have negative influence and significance to the credit distribution. ROE variable has positive influence and significance to the credit distribution. For ROA and LDR variables does not influence to the credit distribution. While based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests (F test) showen that the CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR has a significant influence on the credit distribution. The result of coefficient determinated is 0,337. This suggests that the major influence of the independent variable is CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR of the dependent variable (credit distribution) of 33,7%, while the remaining 66,3% can be explained by other variables outside this model.Suggestion that can be conveyed based on the result analysis indicated that the management of the bank necessary attention to CAR and NPL. Because both the ratio of the bank financial is variable the most dominan in effecting a decrease in credit distribution. It is a need to study further about factor influence to credit distribution, from internal or external factors a bank.

Abstract

The face of the current era of globalization, the company encouraged theorganization to achieve effective and efficient company. This is necessary so that the company cansurvive in the era of globalization. The role of human resources having a dominant in the activities ofthe company, PT. Semarang Intermedia Pers is a printing press company, based on the existence ofan individual problem, there is an observation that the employees especially in the editorial division. Itcan be a good or bad impact on the employees, and a company's success with employee performancecan be viewed from the decisive goal of the company, for that employees not only have adequatecompetence but also behavior-behavior that shows the great contributions and individualcharacteristics including is self-efficacy and locus of control. The research results show that thevariable self-efficacy and locus is of control in partial have had a positive impact and significantimpact on of employee performance.. Companies are advised to keep improving the performance ofemployees by conducting training for employees to develop their personality with attention to factorsof self-efficacy and locus of control, thereby reducing the problems experienced by the individualemployee and the employee's performance will also be improved.

Abstract

E-wallet is one type of electronic payment. In Indonesia, there are many e-wallet products, which are issued by banks and private sectors. PT. Visionet Internasional is one of the largest payment gateway companies in Indonesia, which have an e-walled product, called OVO. It was approved by Bank Indonesia on August 7, 2017. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefullness and promotion on repurchase interest of OVO balance. This is explanatory research and the sampling uses nonprobability sampling techniques, that is purposive sampling method. Data collection used questionnaires from google form. The sample used was 100 respondents using electronic wallet OVO in the city of Semarang. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance of t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there was an effect of perceived ease, perceived benefit and promotion of repurchase interest. The variable correlation coefficient of perceived ease of use, perceived usefullness and promotion for electronic wallet OVO has a strong relationship.. The determination coefficient of perceived ease of use variable on repurchase interest of OVO balance variable is 51,8%, The determination coefficient of the perceived usefullness variable on repurchase interest of OVO balance was 54,1%, and The determination coefficient of the promotion variable on repurchase interest of OVO balance was 55,9%.
