Abstract

Every investor who want to invest in stock market, they need some information from related firm, both of the Financial reports and information about their activities which are going on and also recent price of stock. Thefore the investor can  determine which firm’s stock is worthy to purchase in order be able to create better profit for that investor in the future. The research aimed to analyze the influence Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Total Asset Turnover. The population used in the study is all companies engaged in chemical and basic industry sectors in 2010-2014. Therefore total population obtained is 65 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling which resulted in a sample into 26 companies chemical and basic industry sectors. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and using classical assumption test. Based on the research results, the result that dividend payout ratio (DPR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity  (ROE)  and  total  asset  turnover  (TATO)  on  stock  price  with  the  regression coefficient is lgY = 2.933 + 0,266 DPR - 0,105 DER + 0,035 ROE - 0,282 TATO.

Abstract

Stock market is a place that is used to perform transactions and / or purchasing securities as well as an effective means to accelerate economic growth. Stock market isalso a place to allow the peopleto make long term investments so that funds can be channeled into productive sectors. When the investor making investment, they will consider two main things, namely the expected results (expected return) and investment risk. Rational investors will always seek to obtain information and perform various analysis to reduce the uncertainty in the investment or to reduce existing risks. This study was conducted to determine the effect of size, price-to-book value, beta and mispricing on stock returns. The data used in this study was company data incorporated in LQ 45 during the period 2010-2013. This research was conducted with quantitative methods on the financial statements of listed companies in the LQ 45 during the period 2010-2013. The total study sample was 44 companies listed in LQ 45. These 44 companies determined by purposive sampling method. The method of hypothesis testing using different test t-test and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed a positive and significant effect size on stock returns. Market to Book Value show positive effect and significant to stock returns. Beta show positive effect and significant on stock returns. The variance ratio show negative effect and significant negative effect on stock returns or stock mispricing positive impact and significant on stock returns

Abstract

Urbancut Barbershop is a barbershop located in Semarang. The barbershop business has grown a lot in Semarang, especially in Pleburan, making the competition tighter and causes decline in the number of customers in certain months. In order to overcome this, Urbancut Barbershop has to fulfill customer’s expectation. This research explains about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) implementation and aims to calibrate customer’s expectation and company technique requirement so that Urbancut Barbershop’s operational can match consumer’s expetation.Data in this research is taken through questionnaire surveys for the Manager of Urbancut Barbershop and 50 of their consumers as respondents based on purposive sampling method. this study uses  Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze data.The research shows that priority order based on absolute weight of customer’s order that has to be prioritized in increasing the company’s operational power. The research also shows priority order based on absolute weight and technique requirement of relative weight in terms of fixing and increasing service quality of Urbancut Barbershop.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors - factors that influence purchasing decisions Asus laptop in Semarang. These data were collected from 100 consumers or users Asus laptop.The samples in this study using simple random sampling. The analysis used in this study include the validity and reliability testing and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the level of consumer expectation gap between the amount of product performance. Based on data analysis of each - each purchase decision factors experienced negative gap (-), where the factor of product quality experience gap -0.65. Factor Price happen gap -0.55. Promotion factor -0.86. and the after-sales service factor -0.77. Where the expectation is greater than the performance of the products that can be used as a reference diharapkan.Hal to improve product performance

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element in a company. The performance of good employees are able to make the company achieve its goals. When companies have employee performance is good then the company has a good ability to compete. Various things can be made to improve employee performance. As is the case in this study aimed to analyze whether the workplace spirituality and employee empowerment affect the performance of employees with work motivation (intrinsic) as an intervening variable.This research was conducted with a sample of 124 employees of the distribution of questionnaires Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Semarang using disproportionate stratified random sampling technique with respondents consisting of staff, head of the section, and manager. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of SEM analysis showed that the workplace spirituality does not have a significant effect on work motivation (intrinsic) but significant positive effect on employee performance, employee empowerment has no significant effect on work motivation (intrinsic) and employee performance, and employee motivation (intrinsic) had no significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the  fundamental analysis that usually used by investors and security analize to value the stock price is by price earning ratio(PER) approach. Price earning ratio shows how much investors are willing to pay per rupiah of companies profit. This research have as a purpose to examine influence factors of debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), dividend payout ratio (DPR), price to book value (PBV), current ratio(CR), firm size to price earning ratio(PER) The samples using 26 companies on manufacturing companies sector. Type of data is secondary data from each manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for four years in 2007, 2008 2009, and 2010. The samples are taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis use multiple regression analysis, method which initial by classical test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis test is using the F test and t test Results show that variable return on equity (ROE) have negative and significant effect on price earning ratio, price to book value (PBV) and firm size have a positive and significant effect on price earning ratio manufacturing company share. However variable debt to equity ratio (DER), dividend payout ratio (DPR) and current ratio(CR) have no significant effect on price earning ratio manufacturing companies stock.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that there is a trend of an increase in credit risk in 2012 to 2016. This condition is a phenomenon because national banks are able to disburse credit to many developing companies, but the phenomenon of increasing NPLs shows that banks have increasing credit risk. This is also supported by the gap research, namely the inconsistent results of research on credit risks that are different. This study aims to analyze the effect of the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, the concentration of share ownership, managerial share ownership and management compensation on the credit risk of Banking Companies Registered on the IDX 2012-2016.The sample used in this study were Banking Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection methods in this study use documentation. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, managerial ownership has a negative effect on credit risk, the concentration of share ownership has a positive effect on credit risk while the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and management compensation does not affect credit risk..

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality on customer loyalty and trust with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is the customers who have used the services of PT. Indo Samudera Perkasa representing 100 people. While the sample used as many as 100 people with the sample selection technique is a census study. The results showed that the quality of service and trust affects customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction influence on customer loyalty. In model 1, the quality of service gives the greatest influence to the satisfaction of 0.524. In model 2, the quality of service gives the greatest influence on customer loyalty by 0.340.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence related to the effect of firm size (SIZE), leverage (LEV), cash flow (CF), net working capital (NWC), and Dividend Payment (DPR) to cash holding (CHD) manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 – 2014. This research uses secondary data collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in the form of financial statement data manufacture company from 2010 – 2014. Of the 144 manufacture company, acquired 83 companies sampled in this study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing through the F test, indicating that the variable SIZE, LEV, CF, NWC, and DPR simultaneous effect on CHD. Then through the t test showed that the SIZE, CF, and DPR variable have significant positive effect on CHD. LEV variable have significant negative effect on CHD. NWC variable has negative but not significant effect on CHD.

Abstract

Business franchise (franchise) is now growing in Indonesia. This is because in Indonesia with a population of over 200 million people who have the biggest market opportunity. One type of franchise that is being developed at this time is the category of food and beverage franchise locally. This study aims to determine the influeace of  to determine the influence of business characteristic, business location, and management ability about success business franchising in Semarang. And to analysis the dominant factor in a successful business franchising in Semarang.The populations used in this study iis the holder of  franchise business in Semarang.  Samples taken are as many as 82 respondents, by using Non-Probability Sampling method and Accidential Sampling approaches, that is the sample determination method based on coincidence, which are the holders of franchise business in Semarang. According to the stastictical data analysis, the outcome is that the indicators used in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The classical assumption test, that is multicolinnearity regression model, indicate that there is no hsteroscedasticity, and the distribution is normal.
