Abstract

The Urgency of a Personal Approach in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak in Students in Class IV Mi Datuk Sulaiman Putra Palopo This research is motivated by the finding that fourth-grade students at MI Datuk Sulaiman Putra Palopo have not yet achieved mastery of Akidah Akhlak learning due to minimal attention to individual differences. This study aims to describe the implementation of a personal approach, identify the factors that influence it, and characterize students through this approach. The method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a personal approach is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Factors that influence its implementation consist of internal and external factors. The implementation of a personal approach has a positive impact on learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in the average score to 85.5, 100% mastery, and positive behavioral changes among students. The interpretation of the results confirms that an effective personal approach improves holistic learning outcomes and helps teachers recognize students' individual characteristics.

Abstract

The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Assets in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2025 Period This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2025 period. This research was motivated by the declining average Return on Assets of pharmaceutical companies in the post-pandemic period and the inconsistent findings of previous studies regarding the factors affecting corporate profitability. This research employed a quantitative research method using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 11 companies that met the research criteria with a total of 55 observations during the 2021–2025 period. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, panel data model selection, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results indicate that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the most appropriate panel data regression model for this study. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Likewise, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). The Adjusted R-squared value of 0.876228 indicates that 87.62% of the variation in Return on Assets (ROA) can be explained by Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO), while the remaining 12.38% is explained by other factors outside the research model.

Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 2.349 and a significance value of 0.022 (<0.05). The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.148 and a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05). Simultaneously, compensation and the work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 31.836 and a significance value of <0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.455 indicates that compensation and the work environment explain 45.5% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that improving a fair compensation system and creating a supportive work environment can enhance employee performance at PT. Indonesia Thai Summit Plastech (West Karawang).

Abstract

Strategic Management of Teachers in Classroom Management in Increasing the Effectiveness of Student Learning at MTs SKB 3 Minister of Village Development of Lidah Tanah This study aims to examine the strategic management practices employed by teachers in classroom management and their impact on student learning effectiveness at MTs SKB 3 Menteri Pembangunan, Lidah Tanah Village. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that teachers' strategic management has been implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, but has not been fully optimized due to a lack of consideration of individual student needs. Student learning effectiveness is evident in the level of student activity and ability to complete assignments, although this is not uniform across all students. Influencing factors include teacher competence, student characteristics, the availability of infrastructure, and school support. Therefore, it can be concluded that teachers' strategic management is quite good, but still requires strengthening, especially in the implementation of differentiated learning and evaluation systems to improve student learning effectiveness.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF CINA BENTENG CULTURAL HERITAGE PRESERVATION THROUGH MUSEUM BENTENG HERITAGE TANGERANG CITY Beneath the rapid development of Tangerang City lies a cultural heritage on the verge of being forgotten: the identity of the Cina Benteng community, a Chinese Peranakan group that has acculturated with local society since the 17th century. Museum Benteng Heritage stands as the first Chinese Peranakan museum in Indonesia, located in the Pasar Lama area, serving as one of the last bastions for the survival of this culture. This study aims to analyze the cultural heritage preservation efforts undertaken by Museum Benteng Heritage, while identifying the challenges faced and their respective mitigation strategies. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Informants include the museum founder, Cina Benteng cultural experts, museum guides, and tourists selected through purposive sampling, with data validity tested via source triangulation. The results indicate that Museum Benteng Heritage actively and comprehensively implements cultural preservation, encompassing the physical conservation of historic heritage buildings, artifact collection management as a living cultural documentation center, historical narrative presentation through interactive tours, community-engaged cultural programs, and the utilization of digital technology as an educational medium. Conversely, the museum faces real challenges, including area conditions that do not fully support cultural tourism comfort, low awareness among some local community members, limited promotional reach to the younger generation, and managerial dependence on a single individual. This study confirms that museums are living spaces continuously striving to pass down cultural identity. Its sustainability requires genuine collaboration between museum management, local government, cultural communities, and society.
