Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of school culture, self-efficacy, and work motivation on teachers’ innovative work behavior. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and path analysis. The sample consisted of 106 permanent foundation teachers from six private vocational high schools in Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The results revealed that school culture, self-efficacy, and work motivation have positive and significant effects on teachers’ innovative work behavior. School culture and self-efficacy also have positive and significant effects on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation mediates the effects of school culture and self-efficacy on teachers’ innovative work behavior. These findings indicate that strengthening school culture, enhancing self-efficacy, and improving work motivation are important strategies for fostering teachers’ innovative work behavior.

Abstract

IMPROVING STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF AKIDAH AKHLAK THROUGH WORDWALL DIGITAL LEARNING MEDIA The use of digital learning media has become an important strategy for improving the quality of instruction, particularly in Akidah Akhlak learning, which is often still dominated by conventional teaching methods. This study aimed to examine the effect of Wordwall as a digital learning medium on tenth-grade students’ understanding of Akidah Akhlak at MA Silahul Ulum Trangkil Pati. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample involved 46 students, consisting of 22 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class. Data were collected through essay tests administered before and after the treatment and were analyzed using N-Gain, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain score of 42.87%, which was higher than the control class score of 23.86%. The Mann-Whitney U test produced a significance value of 0.000, which was below 0.05, indicating that Wordwall had a significant effect on students’ understanding. These findings suggest that Wordwall can serve as an interactive and engaging digital learning medium that enhances student participation and supports conceptual understanding in Akidah Akhlak learning.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON PROPOSAL BEHAVIOR OF BOARDING SCHOOL STUDENTS AT MTs NEGERI 1 PATI This study aims to describe students’ emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior and to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on prosocial behavior among boarding school students at MTs Negeri 1 Pati. The study is grounded in the boarding school context, where students are required to engage in continuous social interaction throughout the day. In such an environment, the ability to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions becomes an essential foundation for developing positive social behavior. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 54 students from grades VII and VIII. Data were collected using psychological scales and analyzed through descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The findings indicate that students’ emotional intelligence was in the good category, with an average score of 49.68. Self-motivation appeared as the strongest indicator, while emotional regulation remained an aspect that needed further improvement. Students’ prosocial behavior was also categorized as good, with an average score of 50.41, particularly reflected in their obedience to religious and social norms. The hypothesis test revealed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on prosocial behavior, contributing 44% to its development. Therefore, higher emotional intelligence is associated with stronger prosocial behavior among students in the boarding school environment.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF RELIGIOUS DIGITAL LITERACY ON MODERATE ATTITUDES OF GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMA N 1 JUWANA This study aims to analyze the influence of religious digital literacy on the moderate attitudes of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. The development of information technology and digital media has affected the way students acquire religious knowledge, making good digital literacy skills necessary so that students are filter information critically and wisely. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population consisted of all eleventh-grade students, while the sample was determined using a random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires regarding the level of religious digital literacy and students’ moderate attitudes. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test to determine the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results indicate that religious digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on students’ moderate attitudes. The higher the level of religious digital literacy possessed by students, the higher the moderate attitude reflected in behaviors of tolerance, openness, and the ability to appreciate differences. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening religious digital literacy in the school environment as an effort to shape students’ moderate and adaptive character in the digital era.

Abstract

THE ROLE OF INTEGRATED ISLAMIC SCHOOLS IN PREVENTING BULLYING BEHAVIOR Bullying behavior is a serious problem in the world of education that can negatively impact the psychological, social, and academic development of students. Schools as formal educational environments have a strategic role in preventing such behavior, especially Integrated Islamic Schools that integrate Islamic values ​​​​in the entire learning process. This study aims to examine the role of Integrated Islamic Schools in preventing bullying behavior through a tawhid education approach, character-oriented learning of faith and morals, collaboration between teachers and parents, and the creation of a conducive and Islamic school environment. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various national journals accredited by SINTA 4 that are relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-reflective approach to understand and synthesize the findings of previous studies. The results of the study indicate that tawhid education plays a role in the formation of moral awareness and self-control in students, thereby preventing deviant behavior such as bullying. Contextual and applicable learning of faith and morals has proven effective in instilling the values ​​​​of empathy, responsibility, and social concern. Furthermore, strong synergy between teachers and parents, as well as a safe and Islamic-inspired school environment, significantly contribute to creating a school culture free from bullying. Therefore, the implementation of comprehensive Islamic education in Integrated Islamic Schools is a crucial strategy for sustainable bullying prevention.

Abstract

THE IMPACT OF THE APPLICATION OF MORAL VALUES THROUGH FIQH LEARNING ABOUT HUDUD ON GRADE XI STUDENTS This study aims to describe the implementation of moral values in fiqh learning on the topic of hudud and to analyze its influence on students’ understanding, attitudes, and behavior. The study is grounded in the importance of Islamic Religious Education as a medium for character formation, especially amid various moral challenges faced by adolescents. Fiqh learning, which has often been oriented toward cognitive mastery, needs to be directed toward strengthening moral values so that the material is not only understood theoretically but also internalized and applied in daily life. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the integration of moral values in fiqh learning on hudud can improve students’ understanding in cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains. Students demonstrated positive changes, including increased honesty, responsibility, discipline, and awareness of obeying rules. The internalization of values occurred through contextual learning, teacher role modeling, and habituation during the learning process. Therefore, moral value-based fiqh learning plays an important role in shaping students’ character and should be continuously developed so that Islamic Religious Education functions not only as a process of knowledge transfer but also as a means of fostering students’ moral conduct.

Abstract

Bankruptcy Risk Analysis of Maximus Graha Persada Tbk. Insurance Using Altman Z-Score Analysis and Financial Risk Analysis for 2019-2024 The insurance industry has an important role in maintaining the stability of the financial system so that the financial health condition of the company needs to be evaluated periodically to anticipate the risk of bankruptcy. This study aims to analyze the level of bankruptcy risk and financial health of PT Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk during the 2019–2024 period using the Altman Z''-Score method and financial ratio analysis. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements, publications of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Financial Services Authority, and supporting literature. The analysis was conducted using the modified Altman Z''-Score model for non-manufacturing companies and was complemented by an analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, profitability, and underwriting ratios. The results of the study show that the company's Altman Z''-Score has fluctuated during the research period. The company was in the grey area category in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024, while in 2021 and 2023 it was in the healthy category. The results of the financial ratio analysis show that the company's liquidity and solvency conditions are relatively good, as shown by an adequate Current Ratio value and Risk Based Capital (RBC) which is consistently above the OJK minimum limit of 120%. However, the ratio of profitability and underwriting performance is still fluctuating, as shown by the value of ROA, ROE, and Underwriting Profit Margin which had been negative, as well as the Combined Ratio which in most periods was above 1. Overall, PT Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk has not shown fully stable financial conditions, so it is necessary to increase profitability, operational efficiency, and asset management to minimize the risk of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has intensified competition among digital platforms, making customer retention a major challenge. This study aims to analyze the effects of gamification and customer loyalty programs on customer retention, with e-customer satisfaction as an intervening variable among Shopee e-commerce users. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with 240 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that gamification and customer loyalty programs have a positive and significant effect on e-customer satisfaction and customer retention. Furthermore, e-customer satisfaction mediates the influence of gamification and customer loyalty programs on customer retention. These findings highlight the crucial role of customer satisfaction in strengthening long-term relationships between consumers and e-commerce platforms. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature and provides practical implications for e-commerce managers in designing marketing strategies that focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Abstract

Model of Applying Augmented Reality Virtual Try-On Technology and Qris Digital Payment in Increasing Customer Trust of Maybelline Products on Shopee Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Virtual Try-On feature and the QRIS payment system on Customer Trust toward Maybelline products on the Shopee platform. This study uses a quantitative approach that is associative in nature with a causal type, employing a survey method involving 100 female respondents, active Shopee users who had used Maybelline's Virtual Try-On feature and made payments via QRIS, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that Virtual Try-On and QRIS, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust, with QRIS contributing more than Virtual Try-On. This finding confirms that the integration of visual product experience and digital transaction security plays an important role in building sustainable consumer trust within the online shopping ecosystem.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF WORKPLACE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE CIBINONG DISTRICT OFFICE This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal work relationships and compensation on employee performance at the Cibinong District Office using a quantitative approach through a survey method and questionnaires distributed to employees as respondents. The independent variables in this study are interpersonal work relationships (X₁) and compensation (X₂), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results show that interpersonal work relationships and compensation, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that better work relationships and more appropriate compensation systems will improve employee performance. This study is expected to provide consideration for government institutions in improving employee performance through better work relationships and compensation systems.
