Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the intention to learn according to Sheikh al-Zarnuji in the book *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*. The objectives of this research are to examine: (1) the significance of the intention to learn according to Sheikh al-Zarnuji in the book *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*; (2) the nature of good and bad intentions in learning according to Sheikh al-Zarnuji in the same book; and (3) the explanation of *hadith* regarding the intention to learn as cited by Sheikh al-Zarnuji in the book *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*. This study employs a qualitative approach and focuses on the ideas of a specific figure. Consequently, the research methodology used is library research, which involves utilizing literature—such as books, notes, and reports from previous studies. Data collection relies on specific documents and interviews with sources that support the research process and the drawing of conclusions. The data analysis leads to the conclusion that: (1) regarding the significance of the intention to learn according to Sheikh al-Zarnuji in *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*, intention is fundamental to all matters; therefore, it is obligatory for a student to form and properly align their intention while pursuing knowledge so that the knowledge acquired becomes a source of blessing for them. (2) Regarding good and bad intentions in learning, Sheikh al-Zarnuji—in his book *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*—states that a student should intend to seek the pleasure of Allah (SWT), hope for happiness in the Hereafter, dispel ignorance from themselves and others, revive the religion, and preserve Islam; for indeed, the preservation of Islam relies upon knowledge, and the virtues of asceticism (*zuhud*) and piety (*taqwa*) cannot be validly realized in a state of ignorance. (3) Regarding the explanation of the *hadith* on the intention for learning cited by Sheikh al-Zarnuji in *Ta’lim al-Muta’allim Thariqat at-Ta’allum*—specifically the *hadith* "Actions are judged by intentions" (*Innama al-a’malu bi-an-niyyat*)—the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) established two crucial principles within the Islamic perspective concerning the basis of an action and its associated reward. In this light, the *hadith* holds a position of immense importance as one of the fundamental principles of the Islamic faith. Intention constitutes the most vital element of the actions performed by an individual.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze the challenges of the modern era for Islamic religious learning and the implementation of humanism learning. Literature review as an effective approach in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information related to the implementation of humanism learning in Islamic religious education in the modern era. With systematic steps, this research enables the identification of relevant principles of humanism, strategies, benefits, and challenges. The results of this literature review research provide a deep understanding and an important contribution to the development of Islamic religious education in accordance with the demands of the times. This method also offers a solid theoretical foundation for understanding the relationship between humanism and Islamic religious education. The results of this study are that learning Islam in the modern era is faced with complex challenges such as the integration of technology with religious values and contextual understanding in a multicultural environment. Solutions that can be implemented include developing an online learning platform that pays attention to religious values and promoting inclusive understanding between religions. Strengthening religion-based character education and integrating Islamic religious studies with other subjects in an interdisciplinary manner are also important in responding to this challenge. The implementation of humanism learning can form an inclusive, empowered, and noble generation in Islamic religious education, but challenges such as the integration of humanist values with religious teachings and improving the quality of education need to be overcome to be successful.

Abstract

The article aims to find out how effective children are in learning the qur 'an by using an nahdliyah's method to increase the motivation for learning the Qur’an of children in TPQ sabilil huda village bedwant district sambit ponorogo. This article is set in the background by a common phenomenon today of declining or lack of motivation for children to study the qur’an. Whereas study or science is a duty to every Muslim from birth to the end of his or her life. Most communities are indifferent to religious education primarily in the quran reading. Looking at this problem surely we need to figure out how to prevent children from getting bored and excited about learning the qur 'an, this research is a sort of descriptive qualitative research using methods of interviews and documenting. Research shows that an nahdliyah's method was effectively implemented on TPQ sabilil huda village bed, as is shown by the increased ability to read the qur’an and the spirit of the santri on TPQ sabilil huda.

Abstract

In this work, the purpose of writing is to analyze Vygotsky's concept in Islamic education and parents' efforts to maximize children's potential. This study uses the literature review method to analyze literature and related research on the integration of Vygotsky's concepts in Islamic education and the role of parents in maximizing children's potential. The approach used is a qualitative approach, with data collected from literature, scientific journals, books, theses, and other relevant sources. Data will be analyzed through literature study techniques and content analysis to identify findings that are relevant to the research theme. The results of this work are Vygotsky's approach to Islamic education emphasizing social interaction and environmental influences in child development. Parents use semiotic variations and interactions with knowledgeable peers for religious learning. Collaboration between parents and schools in creating an educational environment that supports social interaction and the use of semiotic variations will be effective in developing individuals who have good morals and are able to apply religious teachings in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the technical development of morals, the implementation of PAI and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factor the moral  development of student at SDN 1 Sukorejo. This research method is field research using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The result of this study indicate that the technical implementation of student moral development can be carried out with socialization, teacher approaches, improving insfratuctutre, and also carrying out activity evaluations. The factors that hinder student from outside include the family environment, social environment, lack of student participation, and lack of PAI teaching methods or strategies. While adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as positive value activity programs are supporting factors in the formation of student morals. In addition, the teachers has an important role in providing solution to the factors that hinder the moral development of student at SDN 1 Sukorejo.

Abstract

*Islam Nusantara* represents a peaceful and tolerant form of Islam that steadfastly upholds *Aswaja* (Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah) values ​​while preserving indigenous *Nusantara* traditions that do not conflict with Islamic principles. Consequently, *Islam Nusantara* must be upheld to confront global challenges and radical ideologies that operate in the name of religion. A strategic avenue for preserving these traditional *Islam Nusantara* values ​​is education—specifically, by introducing these traditions to the Muslim generation through programs that foster the habitual practice of Islam Nusantara customs within educational institutions, as education is a process capable of shaping human character. The concept of "habituation" refers to activities performed repeatedly in daily life; the implementation of such programs aims to cultivate good character in students and ensure they remain steadfast in Aswaja values, while also shielding them from global challenges and religiously-cloaked radical ideologies. Madrasah Aliyah Putri Ma'arif Ponorogo is one educational institution that has adopted Islam Nusantara (Aswaja) practices as part of its habituation program. Specific implementations of this program at the school include Shalawat Mahalul Qiyam, congregational Dhikr (remembrance of God), and *Istighotsah* (collective supplication for relief). These initiatives aim to instill Aswaja values ​​in students and foster a religious character that is resilient against the influence of radical ideologies.

Abstract

The development of globalization is increasingly eroding the social order. become a threat to a nation So it is necessary to have a revolutionary change in the social order that is dreamed of One that can be used as a reference is the song Lilir Ilir by Sunan Kalijaga where each line contains a very deep message related to the values needed to create good and dignified society. in this case about the Relevance of Spiritual Education in Sunan Kalijaga's Lir Ilir Song with Civil Society. This type of research was carried out in the form of a literature study with a qualitative approach which was then explained by means of descriptive analysis. The source of data in this study is the text of Tembang Lir Ilir by Sunan Kalijaga which has been validated from several relevant sources. Data collection techniques through documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, namely the method of content analysis and general conclusions. In conclusion, Tembang lir ilir explains how efforts are made to form a civil society system, namely pious, spiritual, pious ritual, pious social and the principle of living together based on the core values of Islamic sharia teachings (Maqashid As-Syari'ah).

Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions needs to continue to be pursued by prioritizing the theory of quality analysis and its application in every managerial process. But in reality, the problems faced by Islamic educational institutions are so diverse. Starting from management problems, leadership problems, human resources, finance, and institutional problems. This study aims to examine "Improving the Quality of Education Through a Lean Six Sigma Approach" using a Qualitative Research Methodology type of case study at Nurul Jadid University in 2022. The instruments that researchers use to document data, the use of cellphones and recorders during the interview. The result of the study is to improve the quality of educational institutions at Nurul Jadid University through Lean Six Sigma, which is a stage with five steps in improving the quality of education, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. The implementation of these five stages improves the quality of educational institutions at Nurul Jadid University. its need uses the Lean Six Sigma approach to improve the quality of educational institutions which are currently experiencing a lot of declines.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: mengetahui kandungan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak pada kitab Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka (library research). Data tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo dan sumber data yaitu kitab-kitab akhlak. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) yakni menganalisis data tekstual menurut isinya. Kitab Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo merupakan kitab yang menjelaskan materi akhlak yang memuat ajaran adab atau etika keseharian bagi peserta didik. Selain berisi tentang adab, di dalamnya juga tercantum nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang perlu dipraktikkan dalam kehidupan. Maka tujuan dari belajar dapat diperoleh, yakni menjadi hamba beriman dan bertakwa pada Allah SWT, serta bermanfaat bagi sesama. Adapun hasil penelitian ini terdapat nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terdapat dalam kitab Syi’ir Ngudi Susilo antara lain sebagai berikut: 1). hormat dan patuh kepada orangtua, 2). Disiplin, religius dan peduli lingkungan, 3).rajin, rapi, bersih, qonaah,sungguh-sungguh dan ramah, 4). Tanggungjawab dan disiplin, 5).cinta damai, rendah hati dan ramah, 6). hormat dan patuh kepada guru, 7). sopan, sabar dan adil, 8). wara’ (waspada), bersahabat, tawadu’, menghargai budaya, dan pemberani, 9). bercita-cita tinggi, tanggungjawab, pantang menyerah, mandiri, cinta tanah air, demokratis, kerja keras, kreatif, jujur.

Abstract

Operational management is a very important activity in the company because it includes a whole range of activities ranging from planning, production to marketing strategies. With operational management, the company is able to maximize starting from human resources, production resources, to operational activities of similar companies in order to produce products at a low cost but in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. This study aims to prove whether there is a link between management science, especially operational management by using secondary qualitative research methods because it uses ready-made data sources, namely the Qur'an and books that discuss management. The results of this study prove that there is a link between the verses of the Qur'an with operational management so that it can be concluded that the values contained in the science of operational management is directly proportional to what is described in the Qur'an.
