Abstract

The research aims to analyze how learning motivation and family environment partially or simultaneously affect the learning outcomes of economic subjects for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjunganom Nganjuk. The approach used is quantitative correlation with the subject, namely 144 children of the saturated sample technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires and tests. Data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results showed a significant influence of learning motivation and family environment, partially or simultaneously, on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjunganom Nganjuk.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences and effects of using the time token cooperative learning model on the activity and learning outcomes of class XI IPS students in economics subjects. The research was carried out in the 2022/2023 academic year at SMAN 2 Cilacap. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling technique, in which the determination consists of 70 respondents who are students of class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 4 and will be tested using an active questionnaire of 19 questions and 15 multiple-choice questions. The results showed that there were differences in the learning activity of class XI IPS students at SMAN 2 Cilacap who were taught using the time token cooperative learning model and the lecture learning model. Second, there are differences in the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMAN 2 Cilacap who are taught using the time token cooperative learning model and the lecture learning model. Third, there is a positive influence of the cooperative learning model of the time token type on the active learning of class XI IPS students in economics at SMAN 2 Cilacap. Fourth, there is a positive influence of the cooperative learning model of the time token type on the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students in economics subjects at SMAN 2 Cilacap.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of Introduction to the Schooling Field (PLP) on soft skills moderated by gender in students of the Office Administration Education, Accounting Education, and Economic Education Study Program at UNS involved 183 students from the 2018-2019 class who had taken part in PLP activities. The sampling technique in this research used proportional random sampling with data collection through questionnaires. The sub-group moderation method is used as a data analysis technique. The results obtained in this research are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between PLP and soft skills. (2) Gender does not strengthen the influence of PLP on soft skills. The research results show that the PLP's ability to influence soft skills is very weak, this is because there is a gap between the soft skills competency score and the final PLP score.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of learning discipline and family environment on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Sunan Giri Menganti Gresik partially and simultaneously. In this research, researchers used quantitative research with an associative approach. Based on calculations using the Slovin formula, the samples used in this research were 82 students of Sunan Giri Menganti Gresik. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously the learning discipline variable and the family environment variable have a positive and significant effect on the learning outcome variables for class X at SMA Sunan Giri Menganti Gresik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how income expectations and the social environment influence entrepreneurial spirit through the self-efficacy of Indonesian entrepreneurs operating in the digital business sector using a quantitative approach. This research involved 161 entrepreneurs using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses SEM-PLS data analysis techniques to prove allegations. The research results show that entrepreneurs need self-confidence in their ability to run a digital business to keep them enthusiastic about becoming an entrepreneurs. Apart from that, income expectations and social environment also determine the entrepreneurial spirit of an entrepreneur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy, self-directed learning, and creative thinking on learning achievement with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The research sample was 107 Accounting students obtained using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through closed questionnaires and then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive effect on learning achievement, but self-efficacy cannot moderate the influence of digital literacy on learning achievement. This research also found that self-directed learning has a positive effect on learning achievement and self-efficacy is proven to strengthen the influence of self-directed learning on learning achievement. Creative thinking ability also has a positive effect on learning achievement and self-efficacy can strengthen the influence of creative thinking on learning achievement. Therefore, students must be able to improve their digital literacy, self-directed learning, creative thinking and self-efficacy skills to increase their learning achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non financial information as measured by Earning per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Leverage Level and Company Age on Intial return in companies that conduct an IPO and be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that conducts an initial public offering (IPO) and is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 using the purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain criteria which results in a total sample of 23 companies. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of annual financial reports. Data sources used in data collection include secondary data. The data analysis classical assumptions. The purpose showed that partially based on the T-Test Earning Per Share (EPS) had a positive and significant effect on Initial Return. Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Leverage Level and Company Age have no effect on Intial Return.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out how to determine customer loyalty at PT bank Sulsel-bar Makassar main branch through the service marketing mix. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a sample of 84 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test. The results showed 1) Products have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulsel-Bar Makassar Main Branch means that the better the product at PT bank Sulsel bar Makassar main branch, the customer loyalty will increase. 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulsel-Bar Makassar Main Branch the better the price at PT Bank Sulsel-bar Makassar main branch, the customer loyalty is increasing. 3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of ownership structure and characteristics of the board of directors on tax avoidance strategies in manufacturing sector companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. Tax avoidance calculations are represented by ETR and CFETR. Based on the criteria, there are 767 data observations for ETR and 717 data for CFETR. Comparative causal research is used to determine each relationship. Data is processed to formulate hypotheses using descriptive methods and regression methods. The research conclusion is that institutional ownership and board size have a negative effect and foreign ownership has a positive effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, board independence and board meeting frequency have no influence on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The use of learning media at MA Ibtidaussalam still uses conventional media so that it affects student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Canva application learning media in improving student learning outcomes at MA Ibtidaussalam. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. In the quasi-experimental method, this study used a Nonequivalent Control Group Design consisting of two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The research subjects consisted of 45 students divided into class XI IPS 1 (21 students) and XI IPS 2 (24 students). Data collection techniques use observation, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results showed that the use of Canva application learning media was able to improve the learning outcomes of grade XI social studies students. Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average student learning outcomes between the use of Canva application learning media and the use of conventional media. In addition, the results of the N-Gain score test show that the use of the Canva application is effective. This research indicates that the use of the Canva application as a learning medium can be an effective alternative to improve student learning outcomes at the high school level.
