Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out which sector is the leading sector in Bengkulu City with the analysis period 2018-2023. This research uses LQ, DLQ, Shift-share and Klassen Typology analysis. LQ analysis shows that water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, transportation and warehousing, provision of accommodation and eating and drinking, information and communication, financial and insurance services, real estate, corporate services, government administration, defense and compulsory social security, education services, health services, and social activities, and other services as the base sector. Using DLQ, it was found that there are no prospective sectors in Bengkulu City. Using shift-share, the provision of accommodation and food and beverages, and health services and social activities have fast growth rates, good competitiveness, and are progressive. With the Klassen Typology, water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, and provision of accommodation and food and beverages are advanced and developing sectors. Based on these findings, it is expected that the Bengkulu City Government can focus development on these leading sectors, in order to encourage economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the sustainability of businesses in Yogyakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 98 respondents, consisting of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Yogyakarta region, using accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The variables analyzed in this study include understanding the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) and the use of online wallets. The results of the study indicate that both understanding SAK-EMKM and the use of online wallets have a positive impact on business sustainability. These findings suggest that enhancing understanding of accounting standards and utilizing digital payment technologies play an essential role in supporting the sustainability of MSMEs in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how knowledge of financial literacy, financial trust impacts financial well-being. Using purposive sampling as many as 100 people. Data collection used online questionnaires distributed at Prof. DR. HAMKA Muhammadiyah University, Muhammadiyah Jakarta University, Muhammadiyah Business Institute, Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology, Muhammadiyah University of Technology through social media. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS. The results showed that financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial inclusion have a positive impact on financial well-being. The results of these findings provide important implications for the development of financial literacy education and training programs in the academic environment, as well as encouraging collaboration between educational institutions and financial institutions to improve lecturers' financial knowledge and skills. It is expected that PTMA lecturers can improve their financial well-being by increasing their financial knowledge and confidence. Ultimately, this will have a positive impact on their academic performance and teaching quality. It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference for future research and policy development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization on the learning motivation of Economic Education students at Universitas Sebelas Maret (classes of 2021–2022), with digital literacy as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach using a survey method was applied. A total of 160 students were selected from a population of 255 using proportionate random sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that AI utilization has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Furthermore, digital literacy functions as a negative moderator in the relationship; students with higher levels of digital literacy experience less impact of AI on their motivation. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening students’ digital literacy to ensure the effective and ethical use of AI in educational settings. The study recommends institutional policies that support training and mentoring programs aimed at enhancing both digital literacy and the responsible integration of AI in higher education environments.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon that student academic achievement is not only determined by cognitive abilities, but also influenced by affective aspects such as motivation, self-confidence, emotional regulation, and academic engagement. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of affective aspects on student academic achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples used was 185 students using the slovin formula, a simple linear regression analysis tool which became the analysis technique.  The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between affective aspects on student academic achievement. This finding also shows the importance of maximizing affective aspects in improving academic achievement and supporting student academic success.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi sistem pembayaran di Indonesia, salah satunya melalui implementasi QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Meskipun penggunaannya semakin luas, masih sedikit kajian yang secara sistematis mengulas persepsi pengguna dan efektivitas QRIS dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan memperkuat sistem keuangan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara komprehensif hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu terkait penggunaan QRIS melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada alur PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dari Google Scholar dan Garuda menggunakan kata kunci “Penggunaan QRIS”, “QRIS sistem pembayaran”, dan “QRIS alat transaksi”, dengan batasan kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Dari 40 artikel yang ditemukan, 15 artikel relevan dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan transaksi digital, baik bagi konsumen maupun pelaku usaha, serta memfasilitasi integrasi layanan keuangan dalam satu platform. Temuan ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan QRIS dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi yang efektif, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keamanan transaksi, dan ketersediaan akses teknologi yang merata. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan peta literatur yang berguna untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan studi lanjutan di bidang keuangan digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Minimum Wage and Total Population variables on the variable Unemployment Rate in Central Java Province in 2019-2023. The analysis tool uses the E-views 13 program with a regression model through panel data. Hypothesis testing through F test, T test and coefficient of determination R2. The results showed that the variables of GRDP and Minimum Wage had no significant effect on the Unemployment Rate in Central Java Province in 2019-2023. Meanwhile, the Total Population variable has a significant effect on the Unemployment Rate in Central Java Province in 2019-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation, and social environment on interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses a sample of 139 XI IPS students with a quantitative method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, assisted by WarpPLS Version 7.0 software. The results show that entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship of 39.7%. Therefore, it is hoped that schools can pay attention to increasing entrepreneurial motivation in order to enhance students' interest in entrepreneurship. Support for entrepreneurial motivation can be done through several means, including providing contextual learning about entrepreneurship, developing entrepreneurship into extracurricular activities, and utilizing the school's social environment located in industrial areas for industrial visits.
