Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the landscape of consumer behavior, particularly in the fashion micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. The TikTok platform has emerged as a dominant force, with affiliate content creators acting as a persuasive bridge between products and buyers. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of affiliate content creators and TikTok content quality on consumer purchasing decisions for MSME fashion products. The research method used was quantitative, with a survey approach involving 150 respondents who were active TikTok users and had made transactions through the platform. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that affiliate content creators had a positive and significant influence on trust and purchase intention, while TikTok content quality contributed significantly to shaping product value perceptions. Simultaneously, these two variables explained 71% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that the synergy between creators' interpersonal credibility and content visual aesthetics is a crucial strategy for MSMEs. This article offers a novel approach by integrating psychological (source credibility) and technical (content quality) aspects within the context of a dynamic short-video ecosystem.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the digital era, which offers students extensive opportunities to develop small businesses through the use of information technology, social media, and various digital platforms. Easy access to technology allows students to market products and services more effectively at a relatively low cost. However, these developments also present various challenges that can impact the sustainability of their businesses. This article aims to examine the various challenges students face in developing small businesses in the digital era. The study was conducted using a descriptive approach, reviewing various relevant literature sources and supported by information from students running businesses. The results indicate that students are highly motivated to become entrepreneurs as a means of earning additional income, increasing independence, and developing business skills. However, several obstacles are often encountered, such as limited capital, increasingly fierce business competition, low digital literacy, lack of experience in managing a business, and difficulty dividing time between academic and business activities. While the use of social media and marketplaces has been proven to facilitate product marketing, business success still requires good management skills and effective marketing strategies. Therefore, support from universities through entrepreneurship training, business mentoring, strengthening digital literacy, and business incubation programs is essential to help students develop businesses optimally and sustainably in the digital era.

Digital da’wah has become a transformation in the delivery of Islamic messages, no longer confined to physical spaces, but expanding through various digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and podcasts. The research method used in this article is a literature review, gathering various references from national scientific journals over the past five years related to digital da’wah, social media, digital literacy, and student behavior. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of Ibn 'Arabi's philosophical Sufism in the thought of Hamzah Fansuri and Syamsuddin al-Sumatrani and its contribution to the development of Islam in the archipelago. This research uses a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, which is sourced from scientific literature in the form of national and international journals that are relevant in the study of Sufism, Islamic intellectual history, and sufistic literature. The results of the study show that Ibn 'Arabi's thought, especially the concept of wahdat al-wujud, has a strong influence on the development of Sufism in the archipelago (1). This influence can be seen in the works of Hamzah Fansuri who express spiritual experience through symbolic and metaphysical poems. Meanwhile, Syamsuddin al-Sumatrani developed and systematized the teachings through the concept of the Dignity of the Seven which was adapted to the socio-intellectual context of the Acehnese people during the Sultanate (2). These findings show that philosophical Sufism not only developed as a metaphysical doctrine, but also underwent a process of adaptation and localization in the Islamic tradition in the archipelago. The novelty of this study lies in the affirmation of the relationship between Ibn 'Arabi's thought, the intellectual transformation by Hamzah Fansuri and Syamsuddin al-Sumatrani, and its role in shaping the Islamic character of the archipelago that is inclusive, adaptive, and based on local culture. Thus, philosophical Sufism can be understood as one of the important foundations in the development of Islamic intellectual identity in the archipelago historically and sustainably.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of Islamic scholars (ulama) in the spread and development of Islam in the Indonesian archipelago and their impact on the development of Islamic society. Ulama hold a crucial position in the history of Islam in the Indonesian archipelago as they serve as disseminators of religious teachings, educators, social leaders, and agents of cultural change. This study employs a literature review method by collecting and analyzing various sources, including books, scientific journals, research articles, and historical documents relevant to the research topic. The results indicate that the spread of Islam in the Indonesian archipelago occurred peacefully through a da'wah approach carried out by ulama, utilizing trade, education, marriage, art, and local culture. Furthermore, ulama also played a role in establishing Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), surau (Islamic boarding schools), and dayah (Islamic boarding schools), which became centers for the development of Islamic knowledge. The impact of the ulama's role is seen in the formation of a religious Islamic society, the development of Islamic scholarly traditions, and the increasing social and political awareness of Muslims in facing the various challenges of the times. The novelty of this article lies in its discussion, which integrates the role of ulama in the fields of da'wah, education, social, cultural, and political aspects as the main factors in the development of Islamic society in the Indonesian archipelago.
