Abstract

In the explanation of the history of Islamic education in Indonesia in terms of Ibn Kholdun's philosophy of history, it can be concluded that the history of the philosophy of history has a strong relationship with Islamic education, because Ibn Kholdum's philosophy was incorporated in the study of expedition theory in the past, which had the same vision of seeking validation. Although specifically Ibn Khaldun is more concerned with the issue of science than the Brothers of Shafa, but in other contexts in general terms that Ibn Khaldun has thoughts that are not much different from the Ikhwan Safa. the thought of Ibn Khaldun who said that the effort to get a true knowledge is to take a natural process that has been possessed by every human being through the capture of the five senses.

Abstract

The Islamic economic system is a separate economic system, not a combination and or mixture of capitalist and socialist economic systems. The Islamic economic system places humans not as central (anthropocentrism) but as servants of God (âbid) who must serve and carry out the tasks entrusted to Him as servants (khalîfah). For this reason, economic activities must uphold the values of ownership, the values of justice, freedom, balance, and brotherhood and togetherness in accordance with the guidance of religious teachings in order to create a personal and social life and a good state. In the eyes of Islam, economics is not the ultimate goal of human life, but is a completeness in life, a means to achieve higher goals, supports and services for aqidah and the mission it carries.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country characterized by diverse cultures, customs, ethnicities, and religions, reflecting the national motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Religious tolerance refers to respecting differences, acknowledging diverse perspectives, and recognizing every citizen’s right to practice their religion and worship freely without coercion. In Bangka Belitung, social harmony is reflected in social and economic interactions, interethnic integration, and a culture of mutual assistance without discrimination. Similar practices can be observed at SMAS Setia Budi Sungailiat, where ethnic and cultural diversity is embraced through the implementation of religious tolerance. This study aims to examine the implementation of religious tolerance at SMAS Setia Budi Sungailiat and analyze the contribution of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in fostering a culture of tolerance. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Primary data were obtained directly from the research subjects, while secondary data were derived from relevant academic books and journals. Data analysis involved three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that religious tolerance at SMAS Setia Budi Sungailiat is manifested through cooperation, mutual respect, and non-discriminatory behavior toward differences in students’ religious beliefs. Furthermore, Islamic Religious Education contributes significantly to fostering a culture of tolerance by creating a safe and conducive learning environment, encouraging acceptance of diversity and religious freedom, preventing conflict and division, and strengthening harmonious religious life within the school’s pluralistic community.

Abstract

Factually, there is a development of the times, so that learning resources also experience development. Entering this new era, educators in particular are required to be creative with the process, not the result. In the 21st century, educators also need to be equipped with abilities, knowledge, and skills in order to achieve optimal learning goals. The development of science is currently in line with the learning process needed in 21st century skills. The skills needed in the 21st century include students being able to be more creative, think critically, be able to communicate well, and be able to work together. So to stimulate these skills, educators must carry out fun activities and use learning resources that are in accordance with learning objectives. Nature is a place to gain knowledge. Children also gain valuable experience from their play activities. Fun play activities can make children feel happy and motivated from the experiences they get. In the development of science, learning resources that can be used are loose parts. Loose parts are a play area that is static and can also be fairly stiff that children usually face on a daily basis. The loose parts area is an environment that can be changed, moved around according to the wishes and imagination of a child, so that when children interact using loose parts media, children can be categorized as entering the world of problem solving abilities and creative thinking. Keywords: Loose Parts, Learning Resources, Science Development Secara faktual, adanya perkembangan zaman, sehingga sumber belajar pun mengalami perkembangan. Abstract

There are several cases of religious harmony on the day of Chinese New Year celebrations due to the globalization factor that occurs in religious communities. Chinese New Year celebrations from time to time of course there are differences. During the old order, Chinese New Year could not be separated from the political dimension. During the New Order era, the ethnic Chinese experienced government restraints and set the Presidential Instruction. The Presidential Instruction states that all Chinese religious ceremonies, beliefs, and customs may be performed only in a family environment and in an enclosed room.. However, at this time Chinese New Year is celebrated with open shows, such as lion dance performances and others. Chinese Muslims still carry out Chinese New Year celebrations even though they have embraced Islam. Thus they do not lose their ethnic identity, even though they have embraced Islam. This Chinese New Year celebration is also carried out by the Japanese people, precisely in Yokohama. Therefore, this tradition is followed by Chinese Muslims, Chinese Protestants, Chinese Catholics and Chinese Confucians.
