Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap disiplin karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap disiplin karyawan pada PT Adi Pratama Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif berupa metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan sampel semua anggota populasi sebanyak 84 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis didapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap disiplin karyawan yang dinyatakan dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji f, dan untuk uji asumsi klasiknya adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji auto korelasi. Hasil analisis kedua variabel mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial serta simultan antara Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Disiplin pada PT Adi Pratama Indonesia. Sehingga ketika karyawan pemberian pelatihan dan kompensasi yang sesuai maka peningkatan disipilin karyawan juga akan semakin tinggi untuk diperhatikan karyawan. Namun, ketika pemberian pelatihan dan kompensasi yang tidak sesuai maka peningkatan disipilin karyawan juga akan semakin rendah untuk diperhatikan karyawan.

Abstract

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to explore the pattern of internalizing Islamic educational values about clean living to form an attitude of caring for the environment at the Khoiru Ummah Curup Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). There were 8 informants in this study, 1 principal, 1 curriculum representative, and 6 teachers. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, then analyzed through four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. Checking the validity of the data using extended observations, technique triangulation, and source triangulation. The study found that the internalization of educational values about clean living to form an attitude of caring for the environment was carried out in three patterns: introduction and understanding, curriculum intervention, and habituation. The application of this pattern is expected to have an impact on students in forming attitudes and behaviors that care for the environment.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan faktor utama dalam menjalankan aktifitas pekerjaan, sehingga harapan perusahaan dapat tercapai denagn baik. Setiap perusahaan mengharapkan semua anggota yang terlibat dalam perusahaan harus disiplin dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang baik yang akan berdampak pada ketercapaian tujuan dan harapan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan keterlibatan semuah pihak, terutama pihak-pihak yang terdapat dalam lingkungan perusahaan itu sendiri, karena lingkungan inilah sangat mempengaruhi baik dan tidaknya perusahaan. Dari lingkungan itulah akan melahirkan budaya, yakni segala sikap dan nilai yang terdapat dalam perusahaan akan melahirkan budaya itu sendiri. Dengan demikian perlu adanya menanamkan budaya yang baik. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang adanya peran lingkungan dan budaya dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini berbasis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistic regresi linear berganda. Dalam mengumpulkan data, digunakan metode angket, sehingga diperoleh skala jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa nilai lingkungan dan budaya secara parsial dan simultan  berada pada kategori signifikan. Artinya, lingkungan kerja dan budaya  dapat mendorong terciptanya disiplin kerja yang baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterikatan pelajaran agama terhadap hasil belajar Agama Islam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 116 siswa MTs N 1 Pekanbaru (laki-laki = 30,6%; perempuan = 69,4%). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental (non probability sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan belajar agama islam. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis (X1) dan ketertarikan belajar agama islam (X2) terhadap hasil belajar agama islam (Y) sebesar 33%. Nilai persamaan regresi: Ŷ = 5.989 + 0.243X1 + 0.330X2, artinya setiap kenaikan satu poin pada kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan, diiringi oleh peningkatan sebesar 0.537 hasil belajar agama islam. Koefisien regresi bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis (X1) dan ketertarikan (X2) terhadap hasil belajar agama islam (Y) adalah positif, yang memiliki makna bahwa kenaikan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan dalam belajar agama islam, secara langsung akan meningkatkan hasil belajar agama islam.

Abstract

The study's objectives were to: 1) determine the effect of Micro Teaching and practical field experience on motivation to become a student teacher for prospective PAI PTKIN teachers in North Sumatra, and 2) determine the direct effect of Micro Teaching and practical field experience on self-efficacy as a student teacher for prospective PAI teachers in PTKIN Se North Sumatra. This is a quantitative study with an ex post facto research design. The analytical strategy is a quantitative descriptive analysis with four variables to be investigated: (1) Micro Teaching Implementation, (2) Practical Field Experience, (3) Motivation to Become a Teacher and (4) Self-Efficacy. Based on the study's findings, the following conclusions were reached: 1) there is a strong relationship between Micro Teaching and Motivation to Become a Teacher (Y), students who are serious about implementing micro teaching will increase their motivation to become a teacher; 2) the implementation of PPL sufficiently influences student motivation to become teachers; 3) the variable that most influences Self-Efficacy is the Implementation of PPL; 4) the variable Motive is the variable that most influences Self-Efficacy.

Abstract

Kualitas kerja merupakan salah satu intrumen utama yang menunjukan ketercapaian kinerja. Bagi perusahaan kinerja merupakan keniscayaan, yang harus diwujudkan, sebagai bukti ketercapaian tujuan. Oleh karena itu, agar tidak terjadi turover yang berkelanjutan maka perlu keterlibatan semua pihak, khususnya pimpinan. Pimpinan memiliki peran penting di dalam mempengaruhi dan mengajak seluruh karyawan untuk bekerja secara total dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Selain itu, memberikan kompensasi dan mendorong motivasi kerja sangat penting. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang Mengantisipasi  Turnover Melalui Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Secara metodologis, penelitian ini berbasis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistic regresi linear berganda. Dalam mengumpulkan data, digunakan metode angket, sehingga diperoleh skala jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai hasil statistik parsial dan simultan  berada pada kategori signifikan. Artinya, perusahaan harus memberikan perhatian kepada karyawan mealalui pemberian kompensasi dan motivasi, agar tidak terjadi turover yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan dengan hasil dari semua variable dapat di pahami bahwa, kompensasi dan motivasi dapat mempengaruhi turover baik secara parsial maupun Bersama-sama.

Abstract

Academic stress is the pressure that is felt by individuals in achieving the expected goals. The phenomenon that occurs is that students are not so confident in their abilities that they cause academic stress in achieving their college goals. This study aims to obtain a picture of student self-efficacy and an overview of student academic stress in the guidance and counseling study program. Based on the results of the study found the coefficient of self-efficacy variables with student academic stress is said to be significant and negatively correlated. This research departs from the fact that many students feel pressured by many assignments at school, and this causes their stress symptoms to experience at school. Therefore the ability to solve problems (self-efficacy) is thought to be very important to deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress symptoms of elementary school students (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private) in Solok City, West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 354 students. However, only grades 4-6 were included in this study as a sample totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is proportional to stratified soak sampling. The statistical model used in this study is the Pearson correlation. The results of this study prove the relationship between self- efficacy and stress symptoms of school students. {page:WordSection1;}

Abstract

Are the students able to well lead themselves in online learning activity during the Covid-19 pandemic? This study aims 1). measuring how well the students' self-leadership abilities in online academic activities during the pandemic, 2). identify the qualities of students' self-leadership abilities that are weak/not present in online academic activities, and 3). explore whether or not there is a correlation/contribution of students’ self-leadership ability in academic activities to GPA during the pandemic? The research subjects were 210 students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at Sanata Dharma University. The data employed the Student Self-leadership Scale in Online Learning with 6 grades differential semantic model with an alpha reliability index of 0.956. The data were analyzed using descriptive categories and rPM correlation techniques. The results showed that some students were able to lead themselves in carrying out academic activities during the pandemic; 9 items of students’ self-leadership measurement were identified that were not optimal in online academic activities during the pandemic; and there was no correlation/contribution between students’ self-leadership abilities in online academic activities and GPA during the pandemic

Abstract

Islamic religious education is to equip students with knowledge of Islamic teachings, the history of religious development, Islamic norms and values, and assist them in applying these teachings in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to provide additional knowledge about various studies in the field of Islamic religious education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a bibliometric. The data was taken in 2022 with the number of documents after the limitation of 621 sourced from the Scopus database. Analysis was carried out with the help of openrefine, vosviewer, and Rstudio software. The results of the study show that the most author's countries are Indonesia, Malaysia and followed by the United Kingdom. The most prominent keyword in accordance with the research theme is Islamic religious education. As a popular topic in the future, discussions on education, humanity and research in several places such as Eurasia, Asia and South Asia are predicted to be influential research.
