Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah mendoorong beberapa sektor terutama dalam dunia bisnis,termasuk sektor perdagangan.My bunda adalah bisnis yang bergerak pada bidang penjualan peralatan bayi dan juga peralatan ibu hamil,sebelumnya penjualan nya masih menggunakan system penjualan konvensional.Untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pasar,dan juga efisiensi transaksi ,kualitas pelayanan,dibutuhkan sebuah e commerce berbasis web yang dapat mendukung proses transaksi secara digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web untuk my bunda collection dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti fitur katalog produk ,keranjang belanja ,system pemesanan ,checkout,manejemen produk untuk admin,dan pengelolaan data pelanggan,teknologi yang digunakan meliputi Bahasa pemrograman php dengan framework Laravel,serta My Sql sebagai basis datanya. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang memudahkan bagi pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian serta sebagai alat informasi,dan mengelola data penjualan serta stok barang secara lebih efektif.Aplikasi in diharap bisa dapat meningkatkan daya saing my bunda collection dalam era digital saat ini yang telah berkembang pesat.

Abstract

his study aims to develop an interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology to support the introduction of animals to elementary school students. The learning media is designed in the form of 3D animal models that visually represent the name, habitat, and characteristics of each animal. The 3D models were developed using Blender software and implemented into the AR Web Studio platform, allowing users to scan markers using a mobile device camera and display animal objects in real-time. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of several stages: problem formulation, data collection, media development, implementation, and system evaluation. Testing was conducted using two approaches: technical testing with the black-box method and user testing through questionnaires distributed to several elementary school teachers. The technical testing results showed that all system features, such as marker detection, 3D model display, and user interaction, functioned properly. Meanwhile, user testing revealed an average satisfaction score of 76.9%, which falls into the “Good” category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the AR-based animal learning media is feasible to use and provides a positive contribution to increasing students’ interest and understanding of the learning material in an interactive manner.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged government institutions, including urban villages, to innovate in improving the quality of public services through the implementation of digital information systems. Masmambang Urban Village, located in Seluma Regency, still faces several challenges, particularly in terms of information dissemination and administrative management, which are still carried out manually. This results in inefficient and less transparent service processes. To address these issues, this study aims to design a web-based information system capable of integrating administrative functions and information dissemination in an optimal manner. The study employs the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method, applying an object-oriented approach to build a system structure that is organized, flexible, and easy to develop. The design process includes system requirements analysis, modeling using UML diagrams (Use Case, Class, and Sequence Diagrams), and database design using MySQL. The system features include letter service management, news publication, activity photo galleries, village profiles, contact forms, and service request status tracking. Based on the design results, the system can improve operational efficiency and information accessibility, while also enhancing transparency in administrative services in a digital and real-time manner. Therefore, this system is expected to be a suitable solution to support the digitalization process within the village government environment.

Abstract

With the rapid development of internet technology, the need for efficient and stable protocols is increasingly important. This study aims to compare the performance of static routing on IPv4 and IPv6 protocols at SMPN 9 Kaur, with a focus on quality of service (QoS) based on the TIPHON standard. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), including the stages of analysis, design, testing, implementation, monitoring, and management. The results show that IPv6 has better performance than IPv4. On an IPv6 network using WiFi, a packet loss of 0%, a delay of 0.43 ms, a jitter of 0.201 ms, and a throughput of 4840 kbps was obtained. Meanwhile, IPv4 based on WiFi had a packet loss of 0%, a delay of 22.1175 ms, a jitter of 7.8903 ms, and a throughput of 409 kbps. The conclusion of this study is that IPv6 is superior in terms of network stability and efficiency compared to IPv4

Abstract

The development of information technology drives digital transformation in various fields, including elementary school library management. SD Negeri 85 Bengkulu City still uses a manual system for recording book borrowing and returning, resulting in frequent problems such as recording errors, data loss, and service delays. This study aims to design a web-based library system that can simplify the process of book data management, collection searches, and recording borrowing and returning more effectively, efficiently, and structured. The development method used is the Waterfall model, with a focus on the needs analysis and system design stages. The analysis process is carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies to identify user needs. The results of the study are a system design consisting of a UML (Use Case and Activity Diagram) diagram, an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for database design, and a simple and user-friendly user interface mockup. This system design is expected to be a reference in the development of a web-based library system at SD Negeri 85 Bengkulu City so that it can improve management efficiency, minimize recording errors, and provide easy access to book information for students and teachers.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in healthcare services is very important to pay attention to because it can provide an overview of service quality. Patients will feel satisfied if the healthcare services they receive meet or exceed their expectations, and conversely, patient dissatisfaction or disappointment will arise if the healthcare services they receive do not meet their expectations. KANO is one of the methods used to assess patient satisfaction with service quality and measure service quality by identifying patient preferences and categorizing service attributes. Thus, patient satisfaction is the level of feeling patients experience as a result of the healthcare services they receive after comparing them with their expectations. The system implementation uses PHP programming language, and the method employed in this study is System Development Life Cycle method. From the results of the testing conducted, it can be concluded that patient satisfaction using this method can be achieved effectively and establish high-quality service standards

Abstract

Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center of Bengkulu plays an important role in maintaining the safety and health of animals, fish, and plants entering or leaving Indonesia. One of the main activities in supporting this task is laboratory testing. However, the process of managing laboratory data, which is still done manually, often causes various problems, such as delays in recording, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and reporting data. To overcome this, a computerized Animal Quarantine Laboratory Information System was developed. This system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and was designed to manage test sample data, test results, laboratory reports, and other digital archives in an efficient and structured manner. The system development method used was waterfall, starting from needs analysis to system implementation. The results of this system development show that the laboratory data management process has become faster, more accurate, and more accessible to relevant parties. Thus, this information system is expected to improve service quality and operational efficiency at the Bengkulu Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center laboratory.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a serious disease and can threaten human life, pneumonia is most serious when it occurs in infants and children. This study was conducted at the Tebat Karai Health Center, Tebat Karai Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. Given the large number of patients suffering from pneumonia, sometimes the Tebat Karai Health Center has difficulty in handling it. Therefore, an expert system using the Certainty Factor method was designed. With this expert system, it can provide ease of initial consultation if the doctor is not available, although later it will still be consulted directly with the doctor. This expert system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting expert system can provide convenience for users to diagnose early pneumonia online.

Abstract

PT Indosari Niaga Nusantara Bengkulu Branch is one of the bread companies in Bengkulu Province, also known as Sari Roti, which sells various types of halal, quality, safe for consumption and affordable bread for the community. So far, the performance appraisal is still using a paper performance appraisal form which is then inputted again to make a performance appraisal report. This certainly takes a long time and the lack of efficiency of the Company's HRD department in providing performance evaluation results, especially bread sales. The application of the Key Performance Indicator Method in the performance appraisal of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales can help facilitate the management of Sari Roti sales data and sales performance appraisal data, can assist in providing information on the results of the evaluation of sales performance appraisal every assessment period, and can be used as a basis for evaluating sales performance every assessment period. Based on the test data used as many as 15 bread sales in the July-September assessment period of 2023, it was found that the results of the evaluation of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales performance were very good as many as 12 sales, good as many as 1 sales, and quite good as many as 2 sales.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce requires an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior to increase sales. This research applies a data mining method using the K-Means clustering algorithm to analyze weekly revenue data from the Anjani_Store.id store on the Shopee platform, in the period from January to July 2023. The research uses a waterfall approach and is implemented through the Python programming language with the Flask framework. The clustering results produce three groups of consumer behavior based on income levels: low, medium, and high. Clusters are analyzed to support promotional strategies and business decision making. This system was tested and showed that the application of the K-Means method was effective in grouping consumers appropriately and supporting increased sales based on data analysis
