Abstract

Bumi Harjo Village still faces challenges in delivering information and administrative services manually, which hinders residents' access to village services. To address this issue, a website is needed to facilitate access to information and improve the efficiency of services digitally. The use of information technology at the village level is a strategic step in achieving transparency and better public services. This study aims to design and build an official website for Bumi Harjo Village as a medium of information and communication between the village government and the community. The website is designed with key features such as village profiles, village news and activities, public services, village institution information, budget transparency, and contact pages. The system development method uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach, which allows the design and implementation process to be carried out iteratively and quickly. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL database. The target users of this system are village residents, village officials, and the general public who need access to information related to village activities and services. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method to ensure that all functions run as required. The results of this design show that the website can increase transparency, accelerate information dissemination, and support active community participation in village development.

Abstract

The development of information technology aims to facilitate the accurate access and management of information. Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that requires good financial administration services to manage student tuition payments because the current system still uses handwritten books (manual), which is ineffective and time-consuming. The programming language used is PHP with MySQL database, employing a qualitative method. This program will assist the treasurer of the Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School in managing or compiling reports on Educational Development Contributions (SPP) payments quickly and accurately. The results obtained indicate that the Educational Development Contribution (SPP) payment application functions well and can assist in the transaction and recording of Educational Development Contribution (SPP) payments at Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School as expected.

Abstract

Selangit State High School does not yet have a system that can help identify students' academic problems. Until now, the school has only manually recorded each student's disciplinary violations as a point system by observing the violations committed by students, and at the end of the semester, all violation points are calculated. However, this process takes a considerable amount of time, as each student's violation points must be calculated individually, resulting in a lengthy process to determine the appropriate sanctions for each student. The application of the k-means method in grouping student data based on academic issues at Selangit State Senior High School can help the school obtain more specific information regarding students' academic issues and can be used as a benchmark in assisting with evaluations and counseling for students grouped based on academic issues. Based on the test data used in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, involving 30 students who committed violations, the results showed that cluster C1 had 12 students with sanctions in the form of reprimands, cluster C2 had 10 students with written warnings, cluster C3 had 0 students with suspension warnings, cluster C4 had 5 students with disciplinary action, and cluster C5 had 3 students.

Abstract

Decision Support System (SPK) is a system used to assist decision making in an organization or company. The development of a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method to determine the beneficiaries in determining the distribution of fertilizer assistance to farmer groups, and can minimize the inaccuracy in distributing the fertilizer assistance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method and the Composite Performance Index method. This system is expected to help the government to determine the right recipient of fertilizer assistance, and be able to provide accurate and consistent recommendations, and increase transparency in the selection process. With this system, it is expected that the process of providing subsidized fertilizer assistance can run more fairly, efficiently, and on target.

Abstract

The current development of technology provides great opportunities in the field of education, one of which is through educational game media. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based educational game that can be used as an interactive learning medium for early childhood, specifically for students of Pajar Harapan Kindergarten in South Bengkulu Regency. This game features a picture guessing concept with three main themes: names of animals, names of fruits, and Indonesian national heroes, where players must arrange letters or answer multiple-choice questions based on the images displayed. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Testing results indicate that this game can enhance children's interest in learning by presenting material in a fun and interactive manner. Feedback from teachers and students regarding this application is also positive, indicating that the game is effective as an alternative learning medium. It is hoped that this application can continue to be developed and used more widely in early childhood education environments

Abstract

The development of technology and information today greatly affects data security and privacy. Data, which includes facts or details about an event, can be in various forms and requires reliable management. Cryptography is the main solution to securing information, which involves two main processes: encryption and decryption. The ElGamal method, an asymmetric cryptography algorithm, uses a pair of public and private keys, increasing data security without sharing the secret key. ElGamal's strength lies in the Discrete Logarithm Problem, which provides resistance to brute force attacks. It can also be used for digital signatures, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of dataThe implementation results concluded that ElGamal effectively secures text data by encrypting it into a sequence of unrepresentative characters. This implementation provides an additional layer of security by making the encrypted data unconnected to the original information

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the naïve bayes algorithm for the classification of periodontal disease at the Dental Polyclinic of the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD. Periodontal diagnosis is one of the diagnoses with severe conditions that are often complained about at the Dental Polyclinic of the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD. However, the problem at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD is that the dental polyclinic patient data is still mixed in one book without any data grouping. So that it is difficult to determine the type or classification of periodontal disease according to its severity. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to classify the risk level of various periodontal diagnoses that occur at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD so that they can be handled immediately with appropriate actions using the Naïve Bayes method. From the results of the tests carried out, the Naïve Bayes method can be used as a solution in using this system. In its application, this Naïve Bayes method can classify the type of periodontal disease at the Pajar Bulan Health Center UPTD

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 of Bengkulu City is one of the State Vocational High Schools in Bengkulu City that continues to strive to improve the quality of its students' academic evaluation. So far, the assessment of student academic achievement still refers to the average value. The school sometimes has difficulty in seeing student development and providing appropriate student motivation based on the results of the level of student academic achievement that has been obtained. Clustering student data using the K-Means Method in determining the level of academic achievement at SMK Negeri 2 of Bengkulu City can provide information on the level of student academic achievement in each subject which is divided into 3 groups, namely high, medium and low levels of academic achievement and can help teachers monitor student academic development, identify student learning patterns, and provide appropriate interventions according to the needs of each group. In order to facilitate the process of clustering student data to determine the level of academic achievement using the k-means method, a desktop-based application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. In addition, this application also contains graphic visuals of the grouping results as output from the application. Based on the test data used, on the grade X Indonesian Language subject data for the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year of the Mechanical Engineering Expertise Program of 23 students, the results showed that the high level of academic achievement (Cluster C1) was 7 students, the moderate level of academic achievement (Cluster C2) was 9 students, and the low level of academic achievement (Cluster C3) was 7 students

Abstract

Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu, as a higher education institution in the health sector, requires fast, stable, and secure internet access to support various academic activities such as e-learning, research, and campus administration. Students and lecturers heavily rely on the wireless network to access digital resources, conduct online communication, and manage academic information. The current wireless network infrastructure at Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu consists of 37 Ruijie brand Access Points (APs) distributed across the campus buildings. All APs operate on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies and use IEEE 802.11ac/n standards to support high-bandwidth needs. These APs are utilized for academic learning activities, accessing academic resources, and administrative services for students, lecturers, and academic staff. The quality of the wireless network at Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu is considered excellent, with high download and upload speeds indicating the network's capability to handle bandwidth-intensive internet activities. A ping value below 20 ms demonstrates very low latency, allowing for fast and real-time data communication. Based on the analysis using the Quality of Service (QoS) method, the results show that the wireless network performance at Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu is highly satisfactory in terms of packet loss, delay, jitter, and throughput

Abstract

Di era yang semakin modern, pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan dengan cara manual akan semakin membuat kita lebih sulit dalam mengawasi arus keuangan. hal ini dikarenakan pencatatan akan lebih menyita waktu yang lebih banyak serta berpeluang menciptakan kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Seiring berkembangnya mobilitas, terutama semakin canggihnya smartphone yang dilengkapi dengan system operasi yang tinggi serta efisien untuk dibawa berpergian tentunya dapat membantu masyarakat salah satunya dalam mengatur keuangan pribadi mereka. BudgetApp adalah aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan Java yang menerapkan konsep budgeting dengan tujuan untuk mengatur, mencatat, dan mengelola pemasukan maupun pengeluaran keuangan pribadi dengan berbagai kategori dari kebutuhan, makan, transportasi hingga hiburan yang memungkinkan untuk mengetahui jumlah pengeluaran maupun pemasukan yang bisa dilihat dari laporan keuangan bulanan. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan masalah pengelolaan keuangan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, dimana setiap pemasukan maupun pengeluaran dapat dihitung dan dikelola dengan baik, sehingga penggunaan dana yang dimiliki seseorang akan tercatat jelas tujuan dan manfaatnya
