Abstract

Heart failure is a collection of clinical and complex problems that can be life-threatening due to structural abnormalities or heart dysfunction. In both developed and developing countries. The role of the family is needed in the handling of HF patients to prevent the occurrence of mortality and morbidity, also has an impact on self-efficacy. This review identifies the role of the family in increasing self-efficacy. Metode of discursive with a literature review of several articles related to the 2010-2019 scientific search using PubMed, Cochran, ScienceDirect, google scholar, there are 117 articles. Article exclusion is not in English and not in full text. The remaining 36 articles are. The inclusion of articles according to the study were 5 articles. Results are obtained 5 articles consisting of 1 article discussing the role of the family as caregivers for self-care, 2 articles discuss increasing the self-efficacy of HF patients and their treatment. And 2 articles discuss the role of the family as a supporter of HRQoL. The role of the family in the care of patients with HF as caregivers fulfills the patient's self-care, and affect the patient's self-efficacy to improve the quality of life.

Abstract

Various psychological disorders have been reported and published during the Covid-19 outbreak, one of which is stress. Stress is not only felt by the community, even health workers and everyone who works in the medical field. Psychological disorders have a wider and longer-lasting impact compared to physical injuries, while attention to mental health is far less. The purpose of this systematic review is to provide clinical evidence and input for increasing vigilance and self-management to avoid stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 10 articles from various databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, NIH, CDC, and Science Direct involving 5925 health workers and 8770 people from various countries have been reported in this systematic review. Factors causing stress on health workers include: workload, fear of being infected with Covid-19, negative stigma of a virus carrier and being away from the family. Factors causing stress to society include: alcohol consumption, workload from home, income, sex, food limitations, and fears of being infected.

Abstract

Changes in psychological aspects that on adolescents can affect the formation of positive or negative behavior. The ability of adolescents to express feelings and manage emotions appropriately is the role of emotional intelligence.emotional intelligence inmale and female adolescents has different characteristics. This research was conducted to knowingthe relationship between emotional intelligence and gender in late adolescents.this research is a correlational analytic study conducted on 191 respondents who were selected using simple random saling method on Faculty of Health Sciences, Kadiri University students. Emotional intelligence data obtained from respondents using Emotional intelligence questionnaire adapted from Goleman theory. Data processed using correlation coefficient contingency test. The result was Sig value = 0,231 < 0,05 its mean any correlation about emotional intelligence and gender in late adolescents. The results of this study are used as information for nurses, adolescents and parents.

Abstract

Maladaptive behavior among teenagers, such as increased sexual behavior, smoking, alcoholism, and drugs abuse in big cities also in other regencies in Indonesia and if there is no real intervention it can conduct a decrease on the quality of the younger generation successor of the nation. This research aim on knowing overview of students risk behaviors uses quantitative descriptive method with proportionate random sampling involving 290 respondents. The measuring instrument used was Adolescent Exploratory Behaviour and Risk Rating Scale (AEERS). This study was used by univariate analysis. Result showed that students risk behavior have a low-risk behaviors (62.1%), it is also split in high health risk behavior (59.7%) and low prosocial risk behavior (80.7%). It conclude, students have a low risk behavior, but also have high health-risk behavior and low risk towards prosocial behaviour.

Abstract

Adolescent growth and development is influenced by 2 factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that influence the fulfillment of developmental tasks originating from within the individual, both physical and psychological, while external factors are factors that influence the fulfillment of developmental tasks originating from outside the individual self. There are several examples of external factors, namely biological and physical environment, psychosocial and depression, family and cultural factors, and economic factors. Psychosocial factors involve psychological and social aspects. The social aspect can be done without having to face to face directly or can be done online using social media. the freedom of a person to use social media causes various abuses of social media, for example cyberbullying. Cyberbullying in adolescents is influenced by several factors, namely personality type, perception of the victim, the role of parent and child interaction. The research aims to determine the relationship of personality types with the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in adolescents. The study was conducted on 10th grade high school teenagers in Malang. The sample was 126 students with a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using Eysenck Personality Questionare and cyberbullying instruments. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test. There is no significant relationship between personality types and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in 10th grade teenagers in Malang with Asymp. Sig 0.128 or p-value> ???? (0.05).

Abstract

Related Research spiritual intelligence of parents with emosioal status and sexual behavior of teenagers. The purpose of knowing the relationship of sexual behavior and emotional status of adolescents with the spiritual intelligence of parents in work area Puskesmas Kasihan I. This study used a mix method design with sequential explanatory. Quantitative respondents were 132 adolescents and parents. Analysis of the data used in this quantitative study was control tau. The qualitative participants were 11 teenagers. Research interviews were conducted on 11 student participants who were taken by purposive sampling and qualitative data analysis using invivo software. The instrument used was the Spiritual Self-Report Inventory (SISRI), Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), Sexual Behavior. Qualitative instruments use interview guides, telephone and observation sheets. The results showed that 101 adolescents with abnormal emotional status, 15 boderlines, 4 normal respondents. Adolescent sexual behaviors that are positive or active are 44 teenagers and 89 adolescents are negative or inactive behaviors. Found three factors that influence the emotional status and sexual behavior of adolescents, namely the role of moral education from parents, social control and adolescent self-control ability. The role of parents, the environment and adolescent self control affect the emotional status and sexual behavior of adolescents.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior is a behavior disorder especially if it occurs repeatedly and persists for at least 6 months. Aggressive behavior occurs because adolescent express negative emotions in an inappropriate way. The solution to help adolescent to be able to express emotions appropriately is with emotion regulation therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of emotional regulation therapy on the level of aggressive behavior in young men. This research is a Quasy experimental study using one group pre-post test design with control design. The population in this study was all young men with "X" high school. A sample of 48 respondents were selected using purposive sampling which was divided into 24 respondents in the intervention group and 24 respondents in the control group. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Statistical test results show that p = 0,000 (p-value <0.05), which means that there is an influence of emotional regulation therapy on aggressive behavior in young men with aggressive behavior so that it proves a decrease in the level of aggressive behavior in young men. Based on the results of this study it can be seen that emotional regulation therapy is one way that can be given to adolescents to reduce the level of aggressive behavior in adolescents through efforts to control negative emotions.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease that is becoming poses a threat to global health and requires special attention. The prevalence of Diabetes mellitus has increased significantly throughout the world in the last 10 years. Indonesia ranks sixth among people with diabetes worldwide. Anxiety and body image are of the psychosocial effects given from Diabetes mellitus. Anxiety and body image can affect the client’s diet, causing changes in nutrition. Through case report by providing family psychoeducation therapy in the form of stress management that can reduce and even overcome anxiety and body image is very useful for clients and families to reduce the risk of body image for clients who experience nutritional imbalances and family body image that treats clients with Diabetes mellitus. This study aims help to overcome anxiety and body image disorders in diabetes mellitus clients so that diabetes mellitus clients have a good appetite. In addition, families are also able to cope with stress in treating diabetes mellitus clients. Research using case studies shows that clients already have a good appetite, anxiety and impaired body image can be lowered and the family is able to cope with stress and able to treat clients with diabetes mellitus. Family psychoeducation therapy is very useful in reducing the level of anxiety and disruption of the body image of a diabetes mellitus client in supporting the client’s diet and being able to deal with family stress in caring for a diabetes mellitus client.

Abstract

Pangandaran is a tourism place given more impact on behavior sexuality among adolescents. One of the factors that most influence this behavior is attitude. The attitude becomes a stimulus for adolescents in reflecting premarital sexual behavior. This research aimed to find out the adolescent's attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior in SMA X Pangandaran. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was adolescents at SMA X Pangandaran with a total of 842 people. The data collection used proportionate stratified random sampling, with the sample counted as 240 students. Data were collected within 2 weeks using BSAS which was distributed online and the validity test was carried out with a score of 0.896 and a reliability test with an Alpha value of 0.861. Data were analyzed by the mean and standard deviation formulas. In this study, adolescent attitudes toward premarital sexual behavior tend to be less accepting about sex (permissiveness) 43,40 ± 5,772, responsible for birth control 11,14 ± 2,820, do not tend to fuse with sex partners (communion) 14, 96 ± 4.892, and do not tend sexual orientation (instrumentality) 18.36 ± 4.007. The majority of students consider premarital sex is not allowed and is a taboo subject to talk about.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the existence of family environment conditions that influence juvenile to do delinquency. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between the condition of the family environment with the type of juvenile delinquency. The sample uses a total sampling of 130 respondents in children's penitentiary. The research method used quantitative, correlational descriptive designs, and cross sectional approaches. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire with validity ≥ 0.374 and reliability 0.975. The family environment is the first and foremost education for children. The family is an informal educational institution, no less important than formal institutions, so there are differences in the personality of individuals against a background of family differences. The results of univariate analysis found 81 respondents (62.3%) have good family environment conditions. The results of the chi-square test did not correlate family environment conditions with the type of juvenile delinquency (> 0.05).
