Abstract

Depresi pada diabetes mellitus tipe 2 lebih umum pada: wanita, ras minoritas, seseorang yang tidak menikah di usia paruh baya, status sosial, ekonomi rendah dan tidak bekerja. Kurangnya perhatian pada kondisi ini seharusnya tidak terjadi, untuk itu kita memerlukan metode psikoterapi untuk membantu pasien diabetes mellitus dalam menangani depresi.Banyak metode psikoterapi yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya adalah teknik kebebasan emosional spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemberian terapi Spiritual Emotional Fredoom Technique (SEFT) untuk mengurangi tingkat depresi pada pasien diabetes militus di Wilayah Kerja Pusat Kesehatan Singkawang Barat pada tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pre dan post test tanpa kontrol. Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Ha yaitu Intervensi Teknik Spiritual Emotional Freedom (SEFT) untuk mengurangi tingkat depresi pada pasien Diabetes Millitus, instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan dengan Beck Depression Inventory yang sudah dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik responden sebagian besar responden berusia 40-60 tahun 17 responden (68%), mayoritas adalah responden perempuan 17 responden (68%), bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga 13 responden (52%), pendidikan Responden SMA 9 (36%) dan sebagian besar responden menderita DM selama <5 tahun sebanyak 15 responden (60%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan nilai antara sebelum dan sesudah melakukan terapi Spiritual Emotion Freedom Technique (SEFT) untuk responden yang dilakukan dengan Wilcoxon Test menghasilkan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (nilai p> 0,05), yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian terapi SEFT dapat mengurangi depresi pada pasien dengan diabetes mellitus di wilayah Puskesmas Singkawang Barat. Kata kunci: depresi, diabetes millitus, teknik kebebasan emosional spiritual FREDOOM THERAPY SPRITUAL THERAPY THERAPY REDUCES DEPRESSION IN DIABETES MILLITUS PATIENTS ABSTRACTIt turns out that depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus is more common in: women, racial minorities, someone who is not married in middle age, social status, low economy and not work. Lack of attention to this condition should not occur, for that we need a method of psychotherapy to help patients with diabetes mellitus in dealing with depression. Many psychotherapy methods that can be used, one of which is the spiritual emotional freedom technique. The purpose of this study was to identify the provision of Spiritual Emotional Fredoom Technique (SEFT) therapy to reduce levels of depression in diabetes millitus patients in the Working Area of Singkawang Barat Health Center in 2018. The design of this study is a quasi experiment with pre and post test without control. The hypothesis used is Ha namely the Intervention of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) to reduce the level of depression in Diabetes Millitus patients. The results of this study are the characteristics of the respondents most of the respondents aged 40-60 years 17 respondents (68%), the majority are female respondents 17 respondents (68%), work as housewives 13 respondents (52%), education SMA 9 respondents (36%) and most of the respondents suffered from DM for <5 years as many as 15 respondents (60%). The results showed differences in values between before and after conducting Spiritual Emotion Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy for respondents conducted with the Wilcoxon Test resulting in a probability value of 0,000 (p value> 0.05), which indicates a significant difference between before and after treatment in diabetes mellitus patients. The conclusion from the above research shows that the administration of SEFT therapy can reduce depression in patients with diabetes mellitus in the area of Singkawang Barat Health Center in 2018 and it is recommended that psychotherapy is needed by patients experiencing psychosocial problems due to physical illness, one of which is depression. Keywords: depresi, diabetes millitus, spiritual emaotional freedom technique

Abstract

Ibu memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam setiap tahap perkembangan anak. Gangguan perkembangan bicara dan bahasa dialami oleh 8% anak usia prasekolah. Kepercayaan ibu akan kemampuannya untuk merawat anak-anaknya sangatlah diperlukan. Akibat dari kurangnya kepercayaan diri ibu akan mempengaruhi perkembangan anaknya. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahuinya hubungan kepercayaan diri ibu dengan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah di Kelurahan Benteng Kecamatan Nusaniwe Kota Ambon. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh anak prasekolah di kelurahan benteng dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 107 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Uji yang digunakan adalah Chi Square. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ibu yang memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi (50.5%) juga memiliki anak dengan tingkat perkembangan yang normal (61.7%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kepercayaan diri ibu dengan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah (p = 0.001). Kepercayaan diri ibu memiliki peranan penting dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah. Kata kunci: anak usia pra sekolah, kepercayaan diri ibu, perkembangan anak, anak usia pra sekolah THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTHER CONFIDENCE WITH DEVELOPMENT OF PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN ABSTRACTMothers have a very important role in each stage of child development. Speech and language developmental disorders are experienced by 8% of preschool age children. A mother's trust in her ability to care for her children is needed. As a result of lack of confidence in the mother will affect the development of their children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of maternal confidence with the development of preschool age children in Benteng Subdistrict, Nusaniwe Subdistrict, Ambon City. Method: This type of research is cross sectional. The population is all preschool children in Benteng village with a total sample of 107 people. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The test used is Chi Square. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the number of mothers who had high self-confidence (50.5%) also had children with normal developmental levels (61.7%). The results also showed that there was a relationship between maternal confidence with the development of preschool children (p = 0.001). Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan sektor penting dalam mewujudkan kesehatan manusia secara menyeluruh. Berbagai solusi dapat dilakukan seseorang ketika muncul stressor, salah satunya bunuh diri. Beberapa orang menganggap bunuh diri adalah solusi yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Bunuh diri   merupakan   tindakan   yang   secara   sadar   dilakukan   oleh   seseorang   untuk mengakhiri  kehidupannnya. Salah satu seseorang yang mempunyai resiko untuk melakukan bunuh diri adalah pasien skizofrenia.  Perilaku  bunuh  diri  terdiri  dari  tiga  tingkatan  yaitu ide/isyarat  bunuh  diri,  ancaman  bunuh  diri,  dan  percobaan  bunuh  diri. Tujuan penelitian menggambarkan pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan skizofrenia dengan fokus studi risiko bunuh diri. Penelitian ini termasuk field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada klien skizofrenia dengan risiko bunuh diri menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan adanya intervensi dari perawat sesuai dengan respon verbal dan non verbal klien. Kata kunci: asuhan keperawatan, klien skizofrenia, risiko bunuh diri NURSING CARE FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA CLIENTS WITH RISK OF  SELF-RISK ABSTRACTMental health is an important sector in realizing overall human health. Various solutions can be done when someone appears stressor, one of them suicide. Some people consider suicide to be the right solution to solve a problem. Suicide is an act that is consciously carried out by someone to end his life. One person at risk for suicide is a schizophrenic patient. Suicidal behavior consists of three levels, namely suicide ideation / cues, suicide threats, and attempted suicide. The aim of the study is to describe the management of schizophrenia nursing care with a focus on suicide risk studies. This research includes field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, the steps taken by researchers in this study are interviews, observation, documentation, and data reduction. The results of this study indicate that the provision of nursing care to schizophrenic clients with suicide risk shows a significant result of the intervention of the nurse in accordance with the client's verbal and non verbal responses. Keywords: nursing care, schizophrenia clients, suicide risk

Abstract

Penyakit gigi dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan tubuh, jika dibiarkan akan berdampak pada penyakit yang lebih berbahaya, seperti: serangan jantung, stroke, diabetes, infeksi pernafasan, gastrointestinal dll. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan keterampilan cara menggosok gigi pada anak adalah melalui cara atau metode stimulasi dan modeling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan tentang kebersihan gigi dan mulut melalui metode stimulasi dan modeling terhadap cara menggosok gigi yang benar pada anak prasekolah di TK Bina Ana Prasa. Desain Penelitian ini yaitu Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan two group pre-post test design dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 80 orang, untuk metode stimulasi sebanyak 40 responden dan untuk metode modeling sebanyak 40 responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney. Uji Wilcoxon pada kelompok stimulasi didapatkan nilai r = 0,000. Sedangkan pada kelompok modeling didapatkan nilai nilai r = 0,000. Dan untuk membandingkan kelompok stimulasi dan modeling menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney dengan hasil r = 0,000, Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan metode stimulasi dan modeling dapat meningkatkan perilaku dan keterampilan anak untuk menggosok gigi yang benar. Dan dari hasil observasi stimulasi dan modeling itu lebih efektif yang modeling. Kata kunci: modeling, enggosok gigi, stimulasi METHOD OF STIMULATION AND MODELING METHOD OF HOW TO SCROLT THE CORRECT DENTAL IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN ABSTRACTDental diseases can affect the health of the body, if left unchecked it will have an impact on more dangerous diseases, such as: heart attack, stroke, diabetes, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal etc. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of dental and oral hygine counselling throungh stimulation and modelling methods toward how to brush teeth properly in preschool children at TK Bina Ana Prasa. The design of this research is quasi eksperiment with a two group pre-post test design approach with sample size of 80 people, for stimulation methods for about 40 respondents and for the modelling method as many as 40 respondents using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation sheets. using wilcoxon and mann-whitney test statistics. The data analysis used was wilcoxon test in the stimulation group obtained p value = 0,000. while in the modelling group the value p = 0,000. And to compare stimulation and modelling group using the mann-whitney test with the result of p = 0,000, So it can be concluded that stimulation and modeling methods can improve children's behavior and skills to brush their teeth properly. And from the results of observation of stimulation and modeling it is more effective modeling. Keywords: modeling, brush teeth, stimulation

Abstract

Depressi Postpartum sering terjadi setelah melahirkan yang terjadi akibat adanya Riwayat gangguan dysphoric premenstrual sebelumnya, stres psikososial, dan dukungan sosial yang tidak memadai bagi ibu. Diperlukan intervensi untuk mencegah terjadinya depressi postpartum selama masa kehamilan, persalinan dan postpartum. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui intervensi yang efektif dalam mencegah depresi post partum. Metode pencarian literature secara komprehensif dilakukan  melalui Database EBSCO ditermukan 6.620 artikel dan sciendierect 21.163 artikel. Setelah melakukan penyaringan, diperolah 5 artikel yang memenuhi syarat.  Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat lima intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kondisi depresi postpostpartum, antara lain: terapi pendidikan terstruktur, terapi thought stopping, terapi managing our mood (MOM), terapi relaksasi musik, dan intervensi pemberian suplemen zat besi. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terapi pendidikan terstruktur, terapi thought stopping, terapi managing our mood (MOM), terapi relaksasi music, dan intervensi pemberian suplemen zat besi efektif dalam mencegah atau mengurangi depresi post partum. Kata kunci: depresi postpartum, intervensi, pencegahan INTERVENTION TO REDUCE POST-PARTUM DEPRESSION ABSTRACTPostpartum depression often occurs after childbirth, which results from a history of previous premenstrual dysphoric disorders, psychosocial stress, and inadequate social support for the mother. Interventions are needed to prevent postpartum depression during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The aim of the study was to find out effective interventions in preventing post-partum depression. A comprehensive literature search was carried out through the EBSCO Database found 6,620 articles and 21,163 ScienceDirect articles. After screening, 5 articles were obtained which fulfilled the requirements. There were five interventions that could be carried out to reduce post-postpartum depression, including structured educational therapy, thought stopping therapy, managing our mood (MOM) therapy, music relaxation therapy, and iron supplementation interventions. This study can be concuded that structured educational therapy, thought stopping therapy, managing our mood (MOM) therapy, music relaxation therapy, and iron supplementation interventions are effective in preventing or reducing post-partum depression. Keywords: intervention, prevention, post-partum depression

Abstract

Gejala premenstrual syndrome dialami 23% remaja putri di Indonesia. Premenstrual syndrome timbul pada siswi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu meningkatnya stres atau tekanan yang dipengaruhi oleh usia, kelas, dan gaya hidup. Stres adalah reaksi tubuh terhadap tuntutan atau beban yang bersifat non spesifik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan premenstrual syndrome pada siswi SMK Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional study dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswi SMK Islam yang berjumlah 64 siswi. Sampel yang diambil yaitu berjumlah 40 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa bivariat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji spearman. Hasil analisis menggunakan software menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0,0001 dimana nilai ρ < α = 0,05, artinya bahwa Hα diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,681 menurut tabel inteprestasi korelasi yaitu tingkat hubungan kuat dan arah korelasi positif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah ada hubungan positif antara tingkat stres dengan premenstrual syndrome, yaitu semakin basar nilai tingkat stres maka semakin besar pula nilai premenstrual syndrome. Kata kunci: remaja,  premenstrual syndrome, stres STRESS LEVEL CONNECTED WITH PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME ON STUDENT IN ISLAMIC VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ABSTRACTThe premenstrual syndrome symptoms experienced by 23% of young woman in Indonesia. Premenstrual syndrome are generated by some factors, one of which is increase in stress influenced by age, class, and lifestyle. Stress is the body’s reaction to nonspecific demands or load. The purpose of this research was to investigated the correlation between the stress level with the premenstrual syndrome among student in Islamic Vocational High School. The study using a correlational study design with case control approach. The population of this research is student in Islamic Vocational High School which totaled 64 student. Samples have taken from total 40 respondent by using purposive sampling techiques. The study used spearman tes for bivariat analysis. The result using a software showed ρ value = 0,0001 where the ρ value < α = 0,05, it means Hα was accepted. The value correlation 0,681 that level of correlation strong with positive direction. The conclusion are any positive correlation between stress level with premenstrual syndrome, if the value of stress level was higher the value of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) was higher too. Keywords: premenstrual syndrome, stress, teenagers

Abstract

Kegagalan toilet training mengakibatkan anak tidak percaya diri, rendah diri, malu berhubungan sosial dengan temannya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat keberhasilan toilet training pada anak usia pra-sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Tunggul Wulung. Desain penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan pendekatan study cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposif sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 35 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi chi-square Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan responden yang menggunakan  pola asuh demokratis sebanyak 71,4%, pola asuh permisif sebanyak 25,7%, pola asuh otoriter sebanyak 2.9%, pola asuh penelantar sebanyak 0%. Sedangkan untuk tingkat keberhasilan yang berhasil sebanyak 34,3%, cukup berhasil sebanyak 65,7%. Setelah dianalisis dengan korelasi chi-square diperoleh hasil nilai korelasi positif 0.403 dengan signifikansi α (0.034 < 0.050). Semakin ke arah pola asuh demokratis penerapan toilet training akan berhasil sedangkan semakin ke arah pola asuh penelantar penerapan toilet training kurang berhasil. Kata kunci: anak usia pra sekolah, pola asuh, toilet training PARENTING STYLE  RELATED TO THE SUCCESS OF TOILET TRAINING IN PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN ABSTRACTTherefore parent building for independence of children is needed that was realized by toilet training. Toilet training’s failure can result the children in feeling inferior, unconscionable and ashamed to communicate friendliness. This research was aimed to know the relation between parent’s way of care with degree of toilet training success for children at pre-school age in TK Dharma Wanita Tunggul Malang. Design of this research was analytic observational using  approach cross sectional study. Samples were selected using purposive sampling base on inclusive criterion as much as forty respondents. Data were collected using questioner then analysed with correlation of chi-square. From the result of research it was got that the respondent using the way of democratize care was 71,4%, the way of permissive care was 25,7%, the way of authoritative care was 2,9%, the way of neglect care was 0%. Whereas by degree success to success was 34,3%, enough success was 65,7%,. After analyzed using correlation of chi-square it was got positive correlation 0.403 with significance α (0.034 < 0.050). It can be concluded that there was significance relation between the parent’s way of care and degree of toilet training success for children in pre–school age at TK Dharma Wanita Tunggul Wulung Malang. The more democratic care the application of toilet training the more success while the more neglect care the application of toilet training the less success.  Keywords: pre-school, the way of care, toilet training

Anak usia dini merupakan masa-masa kritis bagi perkembangan nya sebagaimana terjadi pesatnya perkembangan otak sebagai dasar dari pembangunan keterampilan dan kecerdasan berkelanjutan untuk masa depan anak yang terjadi sebelum usia 6 tahun yang dipengaruhi oleh rangsangan dan pengasuhan. Perkembangan anak yang tumbuh di negara berpenghasilan menengah dan rendah gagal mencapai potensi perkembangan, faktor penyebab diantaranya terdapat kemiskinan, kekurangan gizi dan stimulasi yang tidak memadai yang beresiko meningkatkan kematian dan morbiditas. Stimulasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan tahap belajar anak dengan menerapkan stimulasi dengan metode bermain yang menyenangkan sehingga tujuan peningkatan perkembangan tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan review pengaruh stimulasi dengan cara bermain terhadap perkembangan pada anak. Sumber data mereview artikel didapatkan dari Pubmed, ProQuest dan Wiley dengan total 390 artikel. adapun artikel yang berhasil di review terdapat 3 artikel sesuai dengan Kriteria inklusi 1) Anak, 2) Bermain, 3) Stimulasi, 4) Perkembangan. Studi appraisal dengan menggunakan Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP), metode sintesis dengan menggunakan Patient Intervention Comparison Outcome (PICO). Hasil dari review 3 artikel ini adalah pentingnya melakukan stimulasi dengan bermain seperti menggambar, bermain bola, bernyanyi, tebak kata sangat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan perkembangan serta memperkuat landasan dalam melakukan penelitian. Kata kunci: anak, bermain, perkembangan, stimulasi METHOD METHOD OF APPLICATION PLAY AS STIMULATION TO IMPROVE CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT ABSTRACTEarly childhood is a critical period for development as rapid brain development occurs as a basis for the development of skills and intelligence for the future of children that occur before the age of 6 years, which is influenced by stimulation and care. Stimulation is carried out in accordance with the learning stages of children by applying stimulation with play methods that are fun so that the goal of increasing development is achieved. The purpose of this research is to review the effect of stimulation by playing on development in children. Data Sources and Methods : The data source for reviewing articles was obtained from Pubmed, ProQuest and Wiley with a total 390 articles. There are articles successful in reviews there are 3 articles according to the Inclusion criteria 1) Children, 2) Playing, 3) Stimulation, 4) Development. Appraisal study using the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP), synthesis method using Patient Intervention Comparison Outcome (PICO). The results of the review of these 3 articles are the importance of stimulation by playing such as drawing, playing ball, singing, guessing words very influential to improve development and strengthen the foundation in conducting research. Keywords: child, development, play, stimulation

Abstract

There are around 20 million people worldwide suffering from schizophrenia. In Indonesia there is an increase in the number of schizophrenic clients, which were originally 1.7 per 1000 to 7 per 1000 population of Indonesia where Central Java is in the fifth position of mental disorders. The symptoms of schizophrenia are divided into 2 categories, positive and negative. Positive symptoms that can appear in schizophrenic clients, one of which is the risk of experiencing behavioral disorders, namely violent behavior. Violent behavior can result in loss of individual control so that it has the potential to hurt oneself, attack others and damage the environment. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care from assessment to evaluation of schizophrenic clients with a focus on the study of the risk of violent behavior through interventions to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi. This research includes field research using descriptive analytic methods through case exposure with the nursing process approach. Research subjects are schizophrenic clients with risk of violent behavior. In this study using the instrument aggression questionnaire to measure the level of client aggression. The results showed the provision of nursing care to schizophrenic clients with the risk of violent behavior through intervention to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi showed improvement in the condition of the client which has a significant influence on mental status decline and aggression scores.

Abstract

College students are vulnerable to experiencing psychosocial problems. Psychological stressors cause changes in a person's life so they are forced to adapt or cope with stressors that arise. . Changes in learning methods become one of the triggers for psychological changes, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety affects student learning outcomes, because it tends to produce confusion and distortion of perception. Prolonged anxiety that occurs continuously can cause stress that interferes with daily activities. If not resolved can lead to more serious psychological problems such as depression. Student anxiety, stress and depression are further enhanced by the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic with online learning methods. The study aims to determine the level of student anxiety in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 190 college students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. . The sampling technique used is total sampling.The research instrument used the DASS-21 questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results of the study found that the majority of psychological problems experienced by student in the online learning process are anxiety, A total of 79 students experienced mild anxiety, 23 students experienced mild stress and 7 experienced mild depression.
