This study aims to compare the studentsâ€™ self-confidence between special classes (full day class) and regular classes. The method used is a quantitative study with a comparative study as a research design. The research subjects were 90 students, 30 students form special class and 60 students from regular class. The results of this study have provided an overview of the differences between special classes and regular classes affecting the level of student confidence where students in special classes have high self-confidence compared to students in regular classes. And it can be concluded that self-confidence is formed and develops through the learning process in one's interactions with the environment so that class differences make different levels of student confidence.

This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship as a form of conformity between the application of material and learning media in sex education in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in child protection efforts. The research sample was 34 teachers in Surabaya who were randomly selected. This research uses an ex post facto quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression because this study did not do anything so only wanted to find out whether there is an influence and the relationship between the application and sex education material in learning media in PAUD. The results of this study are tcount> t table and p value (sig) of 0.036 (<0.05) means that Ho is rejected and Ha is not rejected (accepted). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant conformity (13.1%) between the application of material and media, especially about social problems in sex education in early childhood education which is most important and urgent to give to children.

This research aims to describe and develop GLS SMP management at this time, its strengths and weaknesses, and the development of an effective GLS management model in SMP. This type of research is development research. Data collection methods use data triangulation (questionnaire, interview, documentation). Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research show: Model validation was carried out by experts with the results of the validation showing the Glitter SMP model was considered very feasible with an average score of 81.51. The model was tested on the GLS implementers of SMP Negeri 1 Bawen, Semarang Regency, Central Java with the average results of eligibility 84.09. The conclusion is that the Glitter SMP model can be applied effectively in the implementation of GLS in SMP.

The low of studentsâ€™ critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes can be caused by learning difficulties. One of the causes is the lack of availability of learning resources that are relevant and easily applied. The aim of this research is to produce a Problem Based Learning-based e-module based on the results of research that is valid, practical, and effective. The development model used is ADDIE with stages are analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The resulting e-module is very valid and very practical with the validation value by content expert=100%, learning expert=98,65%, field practitioners=92,85%, and then the value of practicality=86,99%. The result of quadeâ€™s rank analysis of covariance test with p-value is 0,000<Î± (Î±=0.05) and the result of ANCOVA test with p-value is 0,000<Î±. The conclusion is Problem Based Learning-based e-module based on the results of research can improve critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

This study aims to determine student perceptions related to technology and media literacy in the Information Technology and Computer Education (ITC Education) Program and to compare technology and media literacy based on the studentsâ€™ level and gender. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and analysis using descriptive and comparative analysis. The population of this study were all 696 students of Information Technology and Computer Education and the sample of this study was 236 taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results showed that the technology and media literacy of ITC Education students belong to the quite good category. In this research, it is known that there are significant differences in technology and media literacy based on gender, while based on the level of students there are significant differences in media literacy but there is no difference in technology literacy.

The purpose of this development research is to develop math worksheets using the SPLDV Calc application and to find out how to improve students' creative thinking skills with a 4D development model that is modified into 3D. The stages of this research development consist of: define, design, and develop. The results of this product development are (1) fulfilling the validity criteria based on the final validation percentage of 87% for LKS and 89% for the SPLDV Calc application; (2) meet the effectiveness criteria based on the results of student learning completeness to achieve classical mastery with a percentage of 86%; (3) meeting the criteria for practicality with a student response questionnaire percentage of 85% giving a positive response. The developed worksheets can improve students' creative thinking skills, it is indicated that there is an increase in the pretest to posttest scores from the N-Gain test score of 0.73 with high interpretation, so that the student worksheets can be used by students in learning This shows that android-based worksheets make it easier to learn mathematics.

This study aims to develop learning media to analyze the building blocks of poetry by using sparkol videoscribe in 10th grade students. This research is a development research (R&D). This research method is used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing the questionnaire which was seen from the results of the high and low percentage of the needs desired by students and the next teacher. Based on the results of product trials, it shows an increase in learning outcomes of 36.76, with a pretest mean of 41.96 while postest was 78.92. Based on these findings it can be concluded that the development of learning media to analyze the building blocks of poetry using sparkol videoscribe has an effect on the learning outcomes of 10th grade students.

In developing studentsâ€™ writing competency, teacherâ€™s strategy and engagement in writing process is very crucial. The strategy of teaching writing should not only focus on language aspects but also should help the students in developing their critical thinking and problem solving skill. The current study investigated the effect of midful learning on studentsâ€™ writing comptency. This study was an experiment study with posttest only control group design. 71 EFL students were involved in this study. In collecting the data,this study used writing competency test and rubric for assessing. The collected data were analzyed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of descprtive statistics showed that the mean score of writing competency of experiment group (82.25)Â was higher than the control group (78.67). A significant mean difference is identified from the result of t test (Sig. .005.) The result of effect size test showed a medium effec (.68) t. Thus, it can be concluded that mindful learning significantly affects studentsâ€™ writing competency. Discussions and suggestions are further presented.

Learning material books that are used today, especially in elementary schools (SD) are still full text, resulting in the low motivation of students to read them because they are not or not interesting. This study aims to develop thematic comics as learning materials in the 2013 Curriculum with the theme "Events in Life" and sub-theme 1 "Occupation of the Occupation of Nationality" in the fifth-grade elementary school. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method of the Dick and Carey model which consists of 10 stages. The study was conducted in fifth grade students in five elementary schools in Majalengka Regency. These results state that the thematic comic learning materials developed are suitable for use in the learning process in elementary school and show very good responses. The advantage of this thematic comic learning material is that it can integrate various subject matter into a theme that is presented into a story with various character characters in it. This comic learning material has an attraction for students because it is different from ordinary reading books in which it presents visualization of imaginative and colorful images.

Children who have difficulty expressing their wants and needs are more likely to be helped and fail to gain independence. Providing stimulation to foster communication skills starting from an early age through play and media activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Hello Book media on early childhood language skills. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment (quasi-experiment). The population in this study were students of group B of two Kindergarten Institutions. The data collection technique uses observation to determine the level of development of language skills. The hypothesis test used is the Independent t-test parametric statistical test. According to the calculation results obtained t = -4,303 with a sig value. = 0.0001. The difference in the mean value between the experimental group and the control group was 2,150. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Hello Book media in learning has a positive and significant effect on children's language skills in Kindergarten.
