ULUL ALBAB Jurnal Studi Islam (ISSN 1858-4349 and E-ISSN 2442-5249) is the journal published biannually by Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to Islamic studies, with special reference to Islamic law, Islamic education, Islamic politics, society, Islamic philosophy, Quran and hadith, and theology. Ulul Albab has been accredited by The Ministry of Research Tecnology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi No. 48a/E/KPT/2017). The living process is mediated by water to start a long evolutionary line that connected animal, plant, as well the human being. The beginning of life that involved water reflected in all of the life process, such as animal, plant, and human being as well. Single-cell organism is the simplest living thing is surrounded and filled with water. In order to survive, plant has to take water from the ground. While human being's body contains water about 54 % of weight contains liquid. Without water, living thing will not survive. The molecule of water bonds together in a special way that is known as hydrogen bonding. If there is no hydrogen bonding between water molecules so at 1 atm pressure water will be boiling at 100Â° C. This condition can cause disaster to the life on earth, such as blood will be boiling in the body, plants will be wilted and died, and the world will be turn to dry desert. Human no longer can't make their drinks. Water is very important for human life as it reflected in the verse that suggest human being to note the water they drink stated in Qur' an.

The objective of this research is to know the ideas and conceptions of NU scholar about â€œpost-tradisionalisme in islamâ€, which is relatively a â€œnewâ€ term. To answer the focus of this research, the writer used qualitative approach, and the techniques used in collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. While in analyzing the data, the writer used descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that there are some opinions of NU scholars in East Java about postra. First, postra is considered as a phase of social development. Second, postra is considered as typology of islamic thougth. Postra is one of various kinds or typologies of thought developed in islamic context. Third, Postra is considered as an evaluation of the society. Postra is the reality of progress in islamic thought.

Adolescent age is transition time. There are many changes in the transition time. It is also generating a certain difficult problems. The unready adolescent in response their change in life will make them stress. Therefore, the research aims to know about the relationship between religion maturity and stress resistance, and the relationship between emotional intelligence and stress resistance. Sixty subjects were collected from the psychology department of UIN Malang student. The collecting of data sampling was based on the frame of purposive sampling. The used scale was religion maturity scale, emotional intelligence scale, and stress resistance scale. Data anaysis used in this study was product moment correlation. The result of this study is that there is a positive correlation between religion maturity and stress resistance (p=0.029), and moreover a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and stress resistance can be recovered here (p=0.000).

Foundation is a part of building construction having function continuously to support entire or all the building burden to ground. One of the factor of buildingcon truction should be supported by the sturdy foundation, and sturdy foundation depend on his compiler composition and dimension of foundation. Therefore it is needed tire calculations of foundation so that we get well guaranted of his stability. Besides that, ground factor also have stability of structure, because the ground sustain the foundation and place where burden given by foundation. Power factor support the ground against the foundation action is highly varied, it is _depend on composition and nature of ground, information concerning energy number support of this ground can be shown passing investigation _of ground. To guarantee security in a building one of the among others is to looking for comparison between foundations and well-balanced ground. The dimension of foundation must be enough and fit with the power of ground. Detennination of building foundation is very influenced by energy support the ground. And energy support the ground depict strength of ground to accepted burden. Energy support the ground is very influenced by character, nature, type, structure, formation, and component compiler of ground, besides also usage of foundation type is also influenced by contour, ground water face and topography. Energy supportÂ the ground explained by some concept or theories, among others is Terzaghi theory and accepted encumbering principle or apply at the foundation structure. From both this concept determinable of enough and stable dimension of strength sustain a building. The foundation dimension is reckoned by the minimum or smallest measure or dimension, but have ever been optimal to sustain the burden befall it.

Al-Qur'an and of Hadist represent guidance of public or made hold, according to Islam about levying of land for the sake of the public. In al qu'ran, expressed that Allah bestow big grant from above to human being by creating earth, natural resources and water which consist in in it to the human being to be used human being to be able to take care of the continuity of its life and so that human being devote to Allah of SWT, to family and to society. By its, land existence has to be utilized to its of prosperity of society as arranged in Section 33 sentence (3) UUD 1945.

Basically, the perspective of Ulamaâ€™ Syiah Isna â€˜asyariyah about jihad is not different from Sunniâ€™s perspective. Other side, still there different between them and this become something that â€œmust beâ€ there for them.Ulamaâ€™ Syiâ€™ah Isna â€˜Asyariyah said taht the main of jihad are Imamah and all of this its implications, which are placed in the central position os Syiâ€™ahâ€™s thought. However, that thought differentiates Syiâ€™ah and Ahl Sunnah wa al-Jamaâ€™ah themselves.Imamah is a concept of leadership after the death of Muhammad SAW, it convinced as the certainly of religion. Imamah is supported by Ijtihad of Ulamaâ€™ Syiâ€™ah Isna â€˜asyariyah intensively to strength the argumentation of Imamah certainly. The Ijtihad elaboration about imamah becomes a concept of Marjaâ€™iyat-i-Taqlid and Wilayat-i-Faqih. It is very important to Syiâ€™ah, because the highest Mujtahid/Marjaâ€™ is as the changer of Imam Mahdi. Ijtihad Imamah related to the perspective of Ulamaâ€™ Syiâ€™ah Isna â€˜Asyariyah ulama is something certainly. The implication of imamah is the birth of theories, such as, â€˜ismah, taqiyah, Marjaâ€™iyat-i-taqlid and Wilayat-i-Faqih. And all of these are the consequence of Ghaibat al-Imam (themystery of Imam Mahdi).

The city is one of important aspects of the earth. The universe has been created with various kinds of creature. However, to be able to survive, there are two important things to do: a) surviving to compete, and b) surviving to live. The human being becomes the subject for any building plans for nation advancement. On the other side, the environ- ment which becomes the object of building plans is frequently ignored. It should not happen as al-Qur'an states that the universe is created for human's benefits based on its Standard and function. When the universe does not function as its standard, there will be a disaster. For that reason, building infrastructure in the city should consider the surroundings, and does not make the nature as the place of throwing away. The building process which synergies with al-Qur'an aims to make people aware and change their behavior for the safety of the universe. In al-Qur'an, it is stated that if the human is not back to his/her 'fitrah' will disappear because of any damages created by human himself.

Light plays vital role in human life, without which objects will be impossible to see and the beauty of world and universe will not be unseen. The theory of light merely describes its nature and leaves the essence unknown. Samuel Johnson maintains that light is known to everybody, but it is not easy to reveal its reality.Light of universe is the light of God shining upon the heart of His open-hearted servants dan embellishing His pious and devoted ones. Therefore, the heart of servant who is endowed with God's light will glow like the sun shining the moon. God's light in human heart surpasses fender light of the moon, becomes cure and draw near to God.

The computer technology has incredibly increased. Computer software and hardware compete to meet the customer's needs. The research intends to spread the knowledge of information technology, specifically, on the artificial intelligence. The concept of artificial intelligence is adopting and imitating human form, character, and habit which to be implemented on the computer. Using natural approach, the research aims to investigate whether artificial intelligence (AI) will produce the duplication of God's creation. Another important reason of other reseaches on AI is to create a computer which is smart and able to understand human brain working system. Hence, AI has been designed into more practical with faster CPU, cheaper mass memory, and sophisticated software tool. The concept of integrating AI science or collaborative art among sub-fields of technology will stimulate and lead to further AI researches, and it will be an interesting topic for AI researchers for developing AI technology in the future.

Along with the industrialization policy in the New Order era, city expansion was a certainty. As a result, rural communities began to change significantly. The changes included economic activity patterns. In short, development as the New Orders jargon and symbol of progress has resulted in the collapse of the established rural traditional social structures. Suralaya community, as a part of the outskirts of Betawi, axperiences the same thing as the other parts of Betawi as a whole. It gets the effect of industrial area and city axpansion. The demographical and geographical pressures from Jakarta and Tangerang and Governmants industrialization policy really have long-term impact on Suralaya community. In facing such condition, Betawi society who devote their lives to their religion, that is, Islam, make the religion as basic identity because Islamic teachings give them feeling of pride and safe protection from any threats. Nevertheless, we have to consider that in reality, religion is not the only determiningfactor. We are sure that religion is only one of the factors that influence human behavior, and that religion itself is also influenced by the material condition of a society. However, we have to acknowledge that religion reflects on the traders daily behavior, together with their experiences, spirit, talents, and struggles in their business. We can see those from the way they interpret the religious symbols in relation to their daily business activities.
