Abstract

The existence of COVID-19 has caused many problems in various fields, one of which is the world of education. Students are required to study remotely so that there is a need for innovation in learning media so that learning materials can still be accepted by students. The purpose of this research is to create digital image learning media as a support for illustration courses in animation study programs where digital drawing skills are needed. The learning media is packaged in an Android-based application to make it easier for students to access because Android is currently often used by students. The method used in building this application is the waterfall method. As for the software needed to build this application, it uses Google sites technology, appsgeyser for navigation and content and Adobe Photopea for design. The result of this research is the creation of digital image learning media applications as a support for illustration courses that can be accessed easily by students. At this stage of testing this application using the black box method to test the program's functionality and also conduct a feasibility test. For the test results, all features can function properly and for the feasibility value, it gets a score of 87% or falls into the very feasible category.

Abstract

Student performance in schools have been always the key factor for the teacher ability to teach and what brings good reputation to the school. Recently schools in Libya are facing an issue trying to figure out why students perform poorly in certain subjects and how can they know how they will perform next in the future in coming semesters in perspective subject. There are several methods proposed to predict the student’s performance, using data mining. This paper proposes using Math and English as key factors to predict the performance of the students. results and findings of the presented method in terms of predicting students’ performance based on their grades in Math and English. The results are divided in to three main sections clustering analysis using k-mean algorithm, classification analysis was done using two rounds first using Gain Ratio Evaluations to find out the top attributes that used by J84 algorithm in second round of classification, and rule association analysis using A priori algorithm. Rule association analysis is applied for the clusters generate by clustering analysis to generate the rules associated with each cluster. For each section, a list of inputs is presented with the scale used for the values followed by the results of the algorithm and explanation for the finding.

Abstract

Manajemen pembelajaran tataboga yang belum memberikan hasil terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan siswa SMALB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional bagi siswa tunarungu melalui keterampilan tataboga. Pembelajaran vokasional yaitu pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang memiliki keterampilan dasar untuk bekal hidupnya sebagai kecakapan hidup (life skill). Peralatan yang lengkap dan siap pakai, akan sangat membantu ABK dalam belajar untuk memahami konsep, memberikan pengalaman nyata, dan membentuk keterampilan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan pada kondisi alamiah dan bersifat penemuan sehingga dibutuhkan adanya analisis dan mengkonstruksi obyek yang diteliti. Pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional bagi peserta didik untuk mempelajari keterampilan kecakapan hidup, sehingga ABK menguasai komptensi yang diharapkan. Standar kompetensi dan Kompetensi dasar untuk  pembelajaran vokasional belum ditetapkan oleh BSNP, oleh karena itu sekolah berkewajiban untuk mengembangkan SKKD pelajaran keterampilan voksional yang mengacu kepada Standar kompetensi Lulusan.Tataboga learning management that has not provided results in improving the quality of high school graduates. This study aims to determine the learning management of vocational skills for deaf students through tataboga skills. Vocational learning is learning related to skills with the aim of creating students who have basic skills for life as life skills. Complete and ready-to-use equipment will greatly assist ABK in learning to understand concepts, provide real experiences, and form skills. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research is carried out in natural conditions and is inventive in nature so that analysis and construction of the object under study is needed. Learning vocational skills for students to learn life skills, so that ABK master the expected competencies. BSNP has not established competency standards and basic competencies for vocational learning, therefore schools are obliged to develop SKKD for vocational skills lessons that refer to the Competency Standards for Graduates.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, unemployment increased to 9.77 million. Youth competition in the world of work will be more challenging if they do not have soft and hard skills. Teenagers who grow up in an environment with complex social problems such as Tikungbaru, where poverty, crime, and juvenile delinquency rates are high, actually need it. Teenagers need self-awareness to select the right career. The purpose of the research was to determine the "Hello, Me!" by searching for interests and talents to increase teenagers' self-awareness. The research method uses an experimental pre-post test design with teenagers aged 12-13 years in RW 08 Tikungbaru. The intervention is the "Hello, Me!" program in tracking interests and talents through CFIT and RMIB, self-awareness training, and group counselling. The data collection uses a self-awareness scale before and after the program. Data analysis used the Parametric Paired-Samples T-test. The results show that sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 0.05 means a significant difference in self-awareness in teenagers before and after the program. The conclusion is that "Hello, Me!" can increase teenagers' self-awareness in Tikungbaru. This research can provide literature references and program solutions to increase teenagers' self-awareness.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kurang berminatnya mahasiswa dalam mengkaji mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni sebagai jalur dalam penyelesaian Tugas Akhir. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD UPP Tegal tingkat akhir. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode case study dan metode survey dengan teknik pengolahan data analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurang minatnya penyelesaian tugas akhir karena kurang ketersediaannya buku referensi, mahasiswa merasa kurang memiliki bakat di bidang seni rupa, kurangnya contoh skripsi yang berhubungan dengan latar belakang dan kompetensi.Kata Kunci: faktor; minat; seni rupa; skripsi

Abstract

Current research intends to explore authentic leadership's role in the classroom's learning management process and motivation. The object of this research is PKBM An-Nur in Sukamakmur Bogor. The research instrument used interviews and direct observation. The results showed that authentic leadership affects work involvement and affective well-being related to management in PKBM An-Nur. Authentic leadership shows results in the expected direction, namely tutor awareness in teaching and building teamwork in PKBM organizations. Fatigue negatively affects performance and well-being, whereas engagement predicts well-being positively. Quantitative excess is positively associated with attention and burnout. Authentic leadership shows an indirect effect on all outcomes. Quantitative advantages also mediate the relationship between Authentic leadership and engagement and fatigue and sincerity of being a PKBM tutor.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi covid-19 memberi dampak signifikan pada dunia pendidikan.  Bagi siswa kelas 2 mata pelajaran bahasa inggris merupakan mata pelajaran sulit terlebih di saat pandemi covid 19 ini yang melarang pelaksanaan proses pengajaran secara tatap muka.  Materi bahasa inggris Kelas 2 Semester 1 diantaranya diajarkan kosakata angka, buah, sayur, baju dan hewan.  Pada umumnya anak-anak lebih suka bermain sehingga adanya game edukasi si gelis (genius english) ini bertujuan agar siswa dapat bermain dan belajar.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengemas materi kosakata kelas 2 sd menjadi sebuah game sehingga diharapkan kemampuan kosakata bahasa inggris dapat meningkat. Untuk menghasilkan game edukasi ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Research and Develompent dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu meliputi Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluasi.  Adapun software yang digunakan adalah Adobe Animate 2017, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Air dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Action Script 3. Pada tahap evaluasi game edukasi ini terlebih dahulu melalui uji kelayakan oleh 2 ahli media dan 2 ahli materi dan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 90,6% atau sangat baik.  Game edukasi ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas 2 dalam kosa kata bahasa inggris. Pada uji coba penerapan kepada sebanyak 20 siswa menghasilkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 32 point.  Game edukasi si Gelis (Genius English) ini dapat menjadi suplemen bahan pembelajaran kelas 2 sekolah dasar.The covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the world of education. For grade 2 students, English is a difficult subject, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which prohibits face-to-face teaching. English materials for Class 2 Semester 1 include numbers, fruits, vegetables, clothes and animals. In general, children prefer to play, so the existence of this educational game Gelis (English Genius) is intended so that students can play and learn. The purpose of this research is to package the vocabulary material for grade 2 sd into a game so that it is expected that the vocabulary skills of English can improve. To produce this educational game, researchers used the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The software used is Adobe Animate 2017, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Air and uses the programming language Action Script 3. In the evaluation stage of this educational game, first it goes through a feasibility test by 2 media experts and 2 material experts and produces an average feasibility score of 90, 6% or very good. This educational game can improve the ability of grade 2 students in English vocabulary. In the application trial for as many as 20 students resulted in an increase in the class average score of 32 points. This educational game Si Gelis (Genius English) can be a supplement to the second-grade learning materials for elementary school.

Abstract

Guru yang hebat dalam organisasi sekolah, karena mereka berkontribusi pada prestasi siswa, hasil sekolah, dan pertumbuhan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji esensi tindakan dan motif tujuh orang yang sangat produktif di kalangan guru di Beit Lahia, Gaza. Analisis terhadap tujuh kebiasaan orang yang sangat sukses dipandang sebagai penghasut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan 70 responden memperoleh kumpulan kuesioner. Guru sekolah negeri di Beit Lahia, Gaza, adalah responden laporan ini. Versi 24.0 dari Program Statistik Sosial Sains (SPSS) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data yang ringkas dan inferensial. Lupakan frekuensi, persentase dan rata-rata, statistik deskriptif digunakan. Statistik inferensi yang meliputi uji-T, uji ANOVA satu arah, dan Uji Korelasi Pearson digunakan untuk menjawab semua hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, rata-rata rata-rata untuk tingkat praktik tujuh perilaku orang yang sangat sukses (min = 3,24) dan tingkat motivasi (min = 2) ditunjukkan. Selain itu, hasil juga mengungkapkan perbedaan substansial (p 0,05) untuk praktik tujuh perilaku individu yang dipengaruhi gender yang sangat produktif. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan penting antara praktik perilaku tujuh orang yang sangat sukses dengan tingkat motivasi guru di sekolah negeri Beit Lahia, Gaza. Simpulan penelitian ini dapat menjadi penting untuk membantu guru merefleksikan dan menguraikan kinerja mereka sendiri dan menghasilkan materi pembelajaran yang baru digunakan dalam konteks mereka.Great teachers in a school organization, as they contribute to student achievement, school results, and national education growth. This research is conducted to examine the essence of the actions and motives of seven highly productive people among teachers in Beit Lahia, Gaza. The analysis of the seven extremely successful people's habits is seen as inciting. This research uses quantitative approaches, and 70 respondents obtained a collection of questionnaires. The government schoolteachers in Beit Lahia, Gaza, are respondents to this report. Version 24.0 of the Science Social Statistics Program (SPSS) was used to evaluate concise and inferential data. Forget frequency, percentage and mean, descriptive statistics were used. Inference statistics which included T-test, one-way ANOVA test and Pearson Correlation Test were used to address all the study hypotheses. Based on the research findings, the average mean for practice level of seven highly successful people(s) behaviors (min = 3,24) and motivation level (min = 2) was shown. Furthermore, the results also revealed substantial differences (p 0.05) for the practice of seven behaviors of highly productive gender-affected individuals. The results also revealed that there is no important association between the practice of seven highly successful people (s) behaviors and the level of teacher motivation in the Beit Lahia, Gaza, state schools. The results of this study can be is important to help teachers to reflect and elaborate on their own performances and produce as a result learning material to be newly utilized in their contexts.

Abstract

This research can find out (1) the impact of appreciation on the understanding of the work of public high school teachers, (2) the impact of rewards on organizational loyalty of public high school teachers, and (3) the impact of job understanding on organizational loyalty of public high school teachers. The research methodology used is a survey with lane analytical techniques in testing the thesis. This study used samples of about 96 state high school teachers to take simple random samples (simple random samples). This research was conducted in the North Jakarta area. Based on the details of the thesis test, the research results can be broken down as follows: (1) there is a direct positive impact of rewards on job understanding; (2) there is a direct positive impact of rewards on organizational loyalty; and (3) there is a direct impact of positive job understanding on organizational loyalty. The implementation of this research is an effort to increase the loyalty of public high school teachers, which can be implemented through increasing appreciation and understanding of work.

Abstract

Information Communication and Technologi (ICT) telah merambah dalam setiap bidang kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Peranan ICT dalam dunia pendidikan sangatlah besar, tidak hanya dikalangan perguruan tinggi semata namun juga pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Pada Amandemen Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, dinyatakan bahwa setiap anak berhak mengembangkan diri melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasarnya, berhak mendapatkan pendidikan dan memperoleh manfaat dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, seni dan budaya, demi meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya dan demi kesejahteraan umat manusia (pasal 28 C ayat 2), dalam rangka mengembangkan diri anak usia dini, sekarang banyak kita dapati berbagai layanan pendidikan baik formal maupun non-formal. Apapun bentuk layanan tersebut, seyogyanya memperhatikan prinsip pembelajaran anak usia dini. Selain memperhatikan prinsip pembelajaran, cakupan materi yang diberikan juga sangat beragam sesuai dengan aspek perkembangan anak, salah satunya adalah aspek perkembangan kognitif. Dalam perkembangan kogninif, anak usia dini dibekali dengan pemahaman tentang matematika dasar seperti mengenal warna, bentuk, ukuran, pola, memecahkan masalah, bilangan dan berhitung. Menguasai keterampilan matematika dasar sangat penting karena hal tersebut terdapat dalam kehidupan nyata sehari-hari anak. Berbagai media dapat digunakan dari yang terdapat pada tubuh anak sendiri seperti jari tangan dan kaki, pakaian, juga peralatan makan warna-warni dan berbagai ukuran, balok-balok, tumbuhan, sampai multi media canggih dengan beragam program yang dirancang sesuai usia dan kebutuhan anak usia dini. Sekarang banyak didapati CD/VCD pembelajaran matematika dasar yang dikemas menarik dan dijual bebas di pasaran. Tinggal bagaimana kita sebagai orang tua/pendidik memilih yang sesuai kebutuhan dan ramah bagi anak. Untuk itulah, maka dalam makalah ini, kami membahas tentang ICT dan Matematika bagi Anak Usia Dini.Kata Kunci: ICT; pembelajaran matematika; anak usia dini
