Abstract

The role of pesantren in the development of civil society in this era of globalization needs to be re-examined. Along with the various challenges in this era, certain steps required to reconstruct the strengthening of the role of pesantren. Pesantren which has been able to play a role of educating the students should be developed with greater emphasis on strengthening civil society more comprehensively. Based on data and analysis, the authors conclude that: First, schools in addition to religious education institutions, also has the potential for the development of civil society in public education by taking various measures. Second, the schools in conducting educational development of civil society in the community can take two ways: (1) perform variety useful and beneficial activities to the surrounding community (2) to make educational planning directed at the ability and skills of the students respond to the needs and demands communities of origin. Third, the main role of schools in developing Islamic religious education should continue to be empowered and developed primarily related to entrepreneurship and independence, as well as efforts to integrate the religious knowledge and development of civilization in this era of globalization. Peran pesantren dalam pengembangan civil society di era globalisasi ini perlu untuk dikaji ulang. Seiring dengan adanya berbagai tantangan di era ini, langkah-langkah tertentu diperlukan untuk merekontruksi penguatan peran pesantren ini. Pesantren yang selama ini mampu berperan mendidik para santri hendaknya dikembangkan dengan lebih menekankan pada penguatan civil society secara lebih komprehensif. Berdasarkan  data dan analisis,  penulis menyimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, pesantren di samping sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama, juga memiliki potensi untuk melakukan pengembangan pendidikan civil society di masyarakat dengan melakukan berbagai upaya. Kedua, pesantren dalam melakukan pengembangan pendidikan civil society di masyarakat dapat menempuh dua cara: (1) melakukan berbagai akvititas yang berguna dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya (2) dengan membuat perencanaan pendidikan yang diarahkan pada kemampuan dan ketrampilan para santri dalam merespon kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat asalnya. Ketiga, peran utama pesantren dalam melakukan pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam hendaknya terus diberdayakan dan dikembangkan terutama terkait enterpreneurship dan kemandirian, serta upaya memadukan antara pengetahuan agama dan kemajuan zaman di era globalisasi ini.

Abstract

Lack of attention and guidance from parents to children, resulting in the child will be negatively affected in the use media.Minat kids to reading material that is very important for children of school age actually outweighed by the interests of children to television. Media literacy programs required to address issues Government Elementary School students (MI) Al-Hikmah Ngadirejo Hamlet Village Resources Simo Boyolali District of which are susceptible to the negative influence of television media. Also the students are still low interest in reading. Results of media literacy is the strengthening of the students' interest in reading MI Alhikmah Source Simo Boyolali and increased knowledge and understanding of students and parents about the negative and positive impacts of the television media.

Abstract

Wana Wisata of Balesari village has huge potential to be developed into a national and even international tourist village. Balesari village is also categorized as a virgin, and it still has many local wisdoms that can be a special attraction for domestic visitors and also foreign tourists if the community of Balesari can manage it properly and maximally.. The focus of the contribution of Tidar University to the community is to serve the community to support the development of rural areas, one of them is Wana Wisata of Balesari Village. The development of villages is focused on Balesari Culture and Language activities that is cultural and linguistic conservation that manifests in awareness of activities, training, and cultural and linguistic assistance to become a tourist icon in Balesari village. In addition gradually over a period of 3 years, Balesari Culture and Language programs will also conserve the culture and language based on local wisdom in the village of Balesari gradually as a catalyst that will participate in improving the development of Balesari Wana Tourism Village. Desa Wana Wisata Balesari memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah desa wisata bertaraf nasional bahkan internasional. Desa Balesari juga dikategorikan masih perawan, masih terdapat banyak kearifan lokal yang dapat menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi para pengunjung domestik apalagi wisatawan asing apabila masyarakat dapat mengelolanya dengan baik, maksimal, dan profesional. Fokus kontribusi Universitas Tidar kepada masyarakat adalah melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mendukung pembangunan wilayah perdesaan salah satunya adalah Desa Wana Wisata Balesari. Pembangunan desa tersebut difokuskan dalam kegiatan Balesari Culture and Language yaitu konservasi budaya dan bahasa yang mewujud dalam kegiatan penyadaran, pelatihan, dan pendampingan budaya dan bahasa agar menjadi ikon wisata di desa Balesari. Selain itu secara bertahap dalam jangka waktu 3 tahun, program Balesari Culture and Language juga akan melakukan konservasi budaya dan bahasa berbasis kearifan lokal yang terdapat di desa Balesari secara bertahap sebagai katalisator yang akan ikut mempercapat laju perkembangan Desa Wana Wisata Balesari.

Abstract

Research work and lecturer’s dedication that is realized with paralegal training activities to assist victims of violence against women and children. Facilitation of litigation and non litigation related materials to paralegals includes social analysis exercises, fact-finding, fact-organizing, reporting and briefing of formal and material law, among others criminal law, civil law, state administration law, criminal procedure law, civil and legal law state administrative events. Paralegals are taught so that they can mapping problems, building communication strategies, and networking to gain support in providing assistance to victims of violence. The next stage is for the continuous delivery of materials, training, and interaction between researchers and participants working together either directly or online until the participants have successfully accompanied them to the legal process. Kerja penelitian dan pengabdian dosen yang diwujudkan dengan aktivitas pelatihan paralegal untuk melakukan pendampingan korban kekerasan perempuan dan anak. Dilakukan fasilitasi materi terkait litigasi dan non litigasi kepada paralegal meliputi latihan analisis sosial, pencarian fakta, pengorganisasian fakta, laporan, dan pembekalan hukum formil dan materiil antara lain hukum pidana, hukum perdata, hukum administrasi negara, hukum acara pidana, hukum acara perdata dan hukum acara tata usaha negara. Paralegal diajarkan sehingga mampu melakukan pemetaan masalah, strategi komunikasi, dan membangun jejaring untuk mendapatkan dukungan dalam melakukan pendampingan terhadap korban kekerasan. Tahap berikutnya adalah untuk penyampaian materi, pelatihan, dan interaksi terus menerus antara peneliti dan peserta bekerja sama baik secara langsung atau online sampai peserta berhasil melakukan pendampingan sampai menuju proses hukum.

Abstract

Community service activities is carried out by using pendekataan empowerment. The essence of this approach seeks to stimulate the independence process of the community (self sustaining process) of yourself. As a result of such devotion is the First; RA teachers achieved the standard HR professionals who are able to plan and carry out learning in accordance with Permindikbud clause of 146 and 137. Second; Participants devotion has two kinds of things, namely; 1) 80% of the training participants can understand the curriculum 13, to recognize the characteristics of learners, master models and learning strategies RA 2) 85% of participants proficient in motion and song, adept at making APE in learning and being able to make RPPH in RA. Third; Teachers increasingly skilled make APE and assign tasks meaningful to students, teachers are increasingly skilled in managing the class, and implement learning strategies.

Abstract

This paper tries to uncover the alleged conflict regarding the building of the church in the village of the Dermolo Kembang District Jepara Regency precarious and prone to conflict ended with shade. Also who those parties are considered to play a role in the effort to create a conducive climate. As a result, first, in order to optimize the role of religious institutions to manage the plurality of fine, completion of religious harmony in the village Dermolo Jepara regency using hearted approach, meaning invited intensive communication and sit down with all parties on a regular basis until otherwise completed while wary lest result of the agreement provoked by the person who does not like the conditions of security and peace. Second, community, religious leaders, and religious institutions play an important role in creating such harmony.

Abstract

This devotion aims to madrasah teachers in the city of Semarang able to develop web based assessment and able to improve the quality of process and learning outcomes. Devotion is done by providing training and assistance of web-based automated assessment (web based assessment) to madrasah teachers in Semarang city. The training was conducted in Physics Computational Laboratory of Physics Department of UIN Walisongo Semarang. Web-based automated assessment exercises (web basedassesment) are conducted using schoology. The result of this program of devotion is the training activity of making web basedassesment has been able to increase the competence and teachers of madrasah aliyah in Semarang city and develop web based automatic assessment in madrasah. Secondly, through teacher training activities can improve the ability in developing online learning media as an independent learning media for students.  Teachers who have received training are expected to pass on their knowledge to teachers in their respective schools. Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar guru-guru madrasah di kota Semarang mampu mengembangkan web based assesment serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (web based assesment) kepada guru-guru madrasah se kota Semarang. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium Fisika komputasi Jurusan Fisika UIN Walisongo Semarang. Pelatihan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (web basedassesment) dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan schoology. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan web basedassesment telah mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan guru-guru madrasah aliyah di kota Semarang dan mengembangkan penilaian otomatis berbasis web di madrasah. Kedua, melalui kegiatan Pelatihan guru mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran online sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa. Guru yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan diharapkan dapat menularkan ilmunya kepada para guru di sekolah masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the implementation of impartial reading strategies namely collective reading, guided reading, and independent reading performed by teachers of early grades at Islamic Elementary School (MI and MIN) in six madrassas in Semarang. Implementation is conducted after the training of impartial reading is made and continued by providing assistance to teachers in creating impartial reading programs, applying impartial reading strategies, organizing the variety and types of books, and managing students in impartial reading. The program is focused on the use of books containing Islamic values as the development of modules or manuals that have been used to implement the strategy.

Abstract

Cultivation of hydroponic plants need to be socialized in detail and depth to the students Ponpes Life Skill DaarunNajaah. In addition to training students to grow plants that are effective and efficient, training hydroponic plant cultivation is expected to train the spirit of independence and entrepreneurial spirit in view of this hydroponic plant is a plant that has the potential to sell on the market because the quality is good for health. Farming with hydroponics system saves 90% of water use compared with planting in the ground. Hydroponics system has many advantages than conventional systems with their land.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of Indonesian society to fulfill the worship of hajj is the reason for the long queue of quota of pilgrimage. Therefore, strong commitment is needed for Hajj pilgrims in improving services to pilgrims Hajj. One form of service is the assistance in the form of guidance of pilgrims held by Hajj pilgrims in their respective areas. Hajj pilgrimage during this only focus on the hajj manasik only. In the history of Islam in Indonesia shows that Haj is one of the effective path in the process of disseminating knowledge and understanding of Islam to Indonesia. The method used in this activity is by using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The result of this activity is that pilgrims are in need of this kind of provision to fortify them from radical Islamic ideology especially those that lead to the movement to establish an Islamic caliphate. All elements must play an active role in counteracting this movement that is by strengthening the values of national insight for prospective pilgrims jama'ah. Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) should be able to play a role in overcoming this problem. Antusias memasyarakat Indonesia untuk menunaikan ibadah hajimenjadi alasan panjangnya antrean kuota ibadah haji. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan komitmen yang kuat bagi penyelenggara haji dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada jamaah haji. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan tersebut adalah pendampingan dalam bentuk bimbingan manasik haji yang diselenggarkan oleh penyelenggara haji di daerah masing-masing. Pendampingan jamaah haji selama ini hanya fokus terhadap manasik haji saja. Dalam catatan sejarah Islam di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa haji merupakan salah satu jalur yang efektif dalam proses penyebaran keilmuan dan paham Islam ke Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa calon jamaah haji sangat memerlukan pembekalan semacam ini untuk membentengi mereka dari ideologi islam radikal lebih-lebih yang mengarah pada gerakan mendirikan khilafah islamiyah. Semua elemen harus berperan aktif dalam menangkal gerakan ini yaitu dengan menguatkan nilai-nilai wawasan kebangsaan bagi calon  jama’ah haji. Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji (KBIH) harus mampu berperan dalam mengatasi masalah ini.
