Abstract

Community service activities is carried out by using pendekataan empowerment. The essence of this approach seeks to stimulate the independence process of the community (self sustaining process) of yourself. As a result of such devotion is the First; RA teachers achieved the standard HR professionals who are able to plan and carry out learning in accordance with Permindikbud clause of 146 and 137. Second; Participants devotion has two kinds of things, namely; 1) 80% of the training participants can understand the curriculum 13, to recognize the characteristics of learners, master models and learning strategies RA 2) 85% of participants proficient in motion and song, adept at making APE in learning and being able to make RPPH in RA. Third; Teachers increasingly skilled make APE and assign tasks meaningful to students, teachers are increasingly skilled in managing the class, and implement learning strategies.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is not research but the analysis is based on the logic of thedevelopment of the phenomenon of Islamic education in Indonesia today. Basic truthsthat are used more in the analytical logical truth . This paper aims to examine thedevelopment of Islamic education from the point of view of nationality. The focus ofthe study focused on the phenomenon of categorization between Islamic educationand general education in Indonesia. At the moment general and Islam categorizationare a reality of education in Indonesia. Islamic education as part of the nationaleducation has increased significantly lately. Islamic education on the one hand anincrease in contributed greatly to the education of the nation. But on the other handhas the potential to become the exclusive power to hinder the national education. Thisphenomenon requires a discussion of the whole in order to gain an understanding ofthe neutral. So this phenomenon is not a new issue that can impede the progress ofnational education.هذه الورقة ليست نتيجة للبحث، ولكن يستند التحليل على منطق ظاهرة التربية الإسلامية في إندونيسيااليوم. الحقيقة الأساسية التي يتم استخدامها أكثر في الحقيقة المنطقية التحليلية. تهدف هذه الورقة إلىدراسة تطوير التربية الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الجنسية. ركز تركيز الدراسة على ظاهرة تصنيف التعليم فيإندونيسيا بين الإسلام والجمهور. حاليا التصنيف العام والإسلام هو واقع التعليم في إندونيسيا. وزاد التربيةالإسلامية كجزء من التربية الوطنية بشكل ملحوظ في الآونة الأخيرة. زيادة التربية الإسلامية من ناحية توفرمساهمة كبيرة لتعليم الأمة. ولكن من ناحية أخرى لديه القدرة على أن تصبح قوة يمكن ان تمنع التعليمالوطني الحصري. هذه الظاهرة تتطلب مناقشة كله من اجل الحصول على فهم للمحايدة. ذلك أن هذه الظاهرةليست مشكلة جديدة قد تعيق التقدم التربية الوطنية.

Abstract

Kompetisi dunia kerja di era global ini tidak hanya terjadi di level nasional melainkan internasional. Realitas ini menuntut lembaga-lembaga pendidikan memiliki kualitas lulusan berstandar internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implikasi penerapan  Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 di Madrasah Aliyah NU Banat Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan dari teori Deming, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan (plan); madrasah merumuskan sasaran mutu, isu-isu internal eksternal, resiko-peluang, serta kebutuhan dan harapan pihak berkepentingan. Tahap pelaksanaan (do); madrasah melakukan komunikasi, sosialisasi dan menggalang dukungan untuk menjamin proses Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 di madrasah. Tahap pemeriksaan (check); madrasah melakukan audit internal, audit eksternal dan menyebarkan angket layanan. Tahap peningkatan berkelanjutan (act); madrasah menggunakan hasil angket layanan yang telah disebar dan juga meningkatkan grade dalam sasaran mutu. Implikasi penerapan sistem ini diantaranya terciptanya sinergitas kebutuhan akreditasi madrasah, peningkatan citra madrasah,  peningkatan kualitas program, dan peningkatan kedisiplinan

Abstract

Abstract

The leader is the person who is authorized to lead the activities in a group, the leadership role of the headmaster means a lot to the school, the success of the school is very closely related to the style and approach of the headmaster's leadership, how the headmaster manages his subordinates in order to produce the order as expected. This research is a field research with qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were the principal and administrative staff. Data obtained by interviews, observations and documentation.The results of this study concluded that there are implications of situational leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of administrative performance seen from the type of situational leadership, namely the first instruction process of the principal to the administrative admin coordinator, the second consultation process between the administration and the principal, resulting in a harmonious relationship and also intertwined two-way communication, the third process of participation when the principal is involved in the work that coincides with the administrative staff and the fourth process of delegation of the principal on administrative performance does not provide training directly to support the performance of the administration.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the opposition of a rural community at Kedungbanteng, Paguyangan, Brebes in responding to the pace of modernity, which tends to degrade human morality as its main actor. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This study uses the interview method with structured interview guidance and participatory observation. A combination of several existing techniques carried out the data collection. Those techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, three methods were used: source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. It was found that the opposition applied by society in responding to the fundamental changes due to modernization was using zuhud behaviour. Specifically, these oppositions were manifested by eliminating materialism, increasing the caution of seeking sustenance (wirai), and firmly rejecting the formalist tradition diversity (fikih oriented). The zuhud movement can be carried out because a charismatic figure initiated it. In addition, what is quite prominent is the tomb pilgrimage to certain tombs believed to be the tombs of local ancestors and kyai. Pilgrimage can increase awareness that life exists in the world and in the grave; there is also life in the afterlife. So that someone will be careful and prepare provisions for the next life. The emphasis is on the spiritual practice of religious teachings rather than studying texts. So rarely try to find arguments as the basis of certain practices. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap resistensi kelompok masyarakat di Dusun Kedungbanteng, Desa Paguyangan, Kab. Brebes dalam menanggapi laju modernisasi yang dewasa ini cenderung menurunkan moralitas manusia sebagai aktor utamanya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi transendental. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan metode wawancara serta pedoman wawancara terstruktur, serta observasi partisipatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggabungkan beberapa teknik yang ada. Teknik-teknik tersebut adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan tiga metode yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknis, dan triangulasi waktu. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa resistensi yang dilakukan masyarakat dalam menyikapi perubahan mendasar akibat modernisasi adalah praktik zuhud. Lebih khusus lagi, secara praktis resistensi ini dimanifestasikan oleh; menghilangkan paham materialis, meningkatkan kehati-hatian dalam mencari rezeki (wirai) dan sangat menentang tradisi agama formalis (berorientasi fikih). Gerakan zuhud tersebut dapat terlaksana karena diprakarsai oleh sosok yang kharismatik. Selain itu, yang cukup menonjol adalah ziarah makam ke makam-makam tertentu yang diyakini sebagai makam para leluhur dan kyai setempat. Ziarah dapat meningkatkan kesadaran bahwa hidup ada di dunia dan di alam kubur; ada juga kehidupan di akhirat. Sehingga seseorang akan berhati-hati dan mempersiapkan bekal untuk kehidupan selanjutnya. Penekanan terdapat pada pengamalan spiritual ajaran agama daripada mempelajari teks. Sehingga jarang mencoba mencari argumentasi sebagai dasar dari praktek-praktek tertentu.)

Abstract

Purpose – School preparation in response to the new government policy for face-to-face learning requires the active roles of teachers and students, particularly concerning children's mental health. The importance of addressing children's mental health during the transition from online to face-to-face learning needs more attention. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the strategies employed by teachers in maintaining children's mental health during face-to-face learning at Playgroup Jaya Lestari in Kalinyamat Wetan Village, Tegal City. Design/methods/approach – This research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research are educators, including principals and teachers. The data analysis techniques applied are data reduction, data display, and verification. To test the validity of the data, source triangulation was used, involving teachers and students at Playgroup Jaya Lestari. Findings – The results indicate that strategies employed by teachers to maintain children's mental health during face-to-face learning include using both individual and group approaches. These strategies emphasize the roles and functions of teachers as inspirers, mentors, and more. Teachers can maintain children's mental health by organizing learning activities that involve play, ensuring children remain happy, cheerful, and free from stress or laziness. These strategies are reinforced through their direct application in teaching and learning activities. Research implications/limitations – The findings highlight the importance of increased awareness of children's mental health, which impacts developmental psychology and the learning process. This research underscores the necessity for educators to focus on mental health early in the educational environment. Practical implications – The research demonstrates the need for effective strategies for teachers to maintain children's mental health during the learning process. It also emphasizes the importance of institutional readiness to address future challenges and the necessity for collaboration with professionals in psychology to tackle early childhood mental health issues. Originality/value – This study provides a new perspective by examining the mental health of children in relation to Early Childhood Development psychology and the role of teachers in this developmental process. Abstract

The shift in the democratization of education has been influenced by the decentralization of education in Indonesia since 2001. The shift in the dominance of education management from centralized to decentralized can also be seen within Islamic educational institutions. Democracy can be seen, among others, by applying the concept of community-based education in a national education administration organized by Islamic institutions. Data were obtained through interviews, participatory observation and document study. Interviews were conducted with key informants: the principal, teachers, parents, students and the user community. The characteristics of democratization in Islamic schools generally begin with a dialogue between democracy and Islamic teachings. The acceptance of democracy in Hj Isriati's institution is understood as a concept that aligns with Islamic teachings (humanistic model). The acceptance of democracy in Al-Azhar school can be classified into integralistic democratization. Democratization in Islamic schools in Semarang city in managerial aspects is generally based on competitive and professional aspects. This is because Islamic schools are private schools whose funding sources are mostly from the stockholder community, which demands high competition and professionalism to exist in the community. Democratization in the aspect of learning in Islamic schools is generally based on Islamic characteristics and becomes the most prominent feature in democratization in the aspect of learning.

Abstract

A children's social emotional development is the behavior or attitude of children interacting with the surrounding environment. Children's social emotional abilities are obtained when children are able to communicate with family, friends, and the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the pattern of good communication between parents and children for the development of children's social emotions in TK Tarbiyatul Athfal 04 Protomulyo Kaliwungu Selatan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using research subjects of 3 parents of class B3 children. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Children will be active at school and able to interact with their friends because the stimulation provided by their parents at home is going well. Not all children have good social emotional, due to the lack of communication intensity between parents and children. Parents with higher education tend to pay attention to children's social emotional by implementing democratic communication patterns.
