Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis (JAB) is the biannual scientific journal of Business Administration, published by the Center for Business Studies (CeBiS), Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis is issued two (2) times a year, every March and September, which contains essays or research results in Business Administration. Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis aims to disseminate the ideas and scientific analysis in the field of Business Administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Anteseden dari Orientasi Pasar yang meliputi Penekanan Pimpinan Puncak, Penghindaran terhadap Resiko, Sistem Re- ward berdasarkan Kinerja Pemasaran, Persaingan dan Gejolak Pasar, serta pengaruh- nya terhadap orientasi pasar pada perusahaan industri kreatif pada industri kreatif Kota Bandung. Untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan penelitian, maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Tipe penelitiannya adalah Descriptive Research dan Verificative Explanation Research. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri kreatif di Kota Bandung. Unit pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau pimpinan, dengan total ukuran sampel sebesar 165 perusahaan dari 15 subsektor di Industri Kreatif. Selanjutnya masing masing variabel akan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis secara empiris dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penekanan pimpinan puncak, penghindaran terhadap resiko, sistem reward berbasiskan kinerja pemasaran, persaingan dan gejolak pasar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap orientasi pasar dan penghindaran terhadap resiko berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap orientasi pasar. Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan teruji. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem reward berdasarkan kinerja pemasaran merupakan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi orientasi pasar. Selain itu juga koor- dinasi antar fungsi pada perusahaan industri kreatif merupakan yang paling dominan dalam mengukur orientasi pasar dibanding dengan orientasi konsumen dan orientasi pesaing.

Abstract

Corporate governance is still at the top of the agenda for Indonesia and Asian corpo-rations. The issue of corporate governance arises since economic crisis in Indonesiaand Asian countries. Country factors can play a key role in setting the framework forcorporate governance practices at the individual company level. Given that corpo-rate governance matters regardless of the particular system - the legal and economicframework conditions - investors have shown growing interest in a global bench-mark of good behavior. There persists the belief that good corporate governance canhelp create shareholders value and ensuring that enterprizes only responsibility tosociety is to maximize profits without breaking the law, hence the role of corpo-rate governance is to provide appropriate corporate control. This article elaboratedabout implementation good corporate governance ; benefits, obstacles, challenge andopportunity for Indonesia corporations.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance

Abstract

Business education is the enterprise of education at the study and research of the fieldof business, usually in university education. It is oriented toward preparing studentsfor the practice of an occupation in business or business related fields. Businesseducation usually thought in a business school, is a university level institution thatconfers degrees in Business Administration. It teaches topics such as accounting,finance, marketing, human resource management, organizational behavior. In Indonesia,Business Administration is a department or a study program of a faculty suchas Department of Business Adminitration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences,Parahyangan Catholic University. Business school includes school of business, businessadministration and management. They use combination of theory, case studymethod, simulation and practice.

Abstract

Advances in technology are causing transport becomes cheaper and government support to promote tourism has positive impact in the hospitality business, even in West Java, there are around 1,649 registered hotels. Various hotels are competing in various forms of strategies. One strategy used is rife customer intimacy strategy in the form of packages that provide customized according to the preferences of the target customer.Research type is qualitative that use five hotel as samples. Data collected through interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and evaluation of the Standard Operating Procedures and systems used by the hotel. Analyze data using MIT 90s Framework and BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation) to determine the systems needed by the hotel as well as describe the proposed system of this research.This research focuses on designing information systems that can support hotel in offering customized packages. Keywords : Information System, Customer Packages

Abstract

The importance of developing and maintaining enduring relationships with customersof service businesses is generally accepted in the marketing literature. A keychallenge for researchers is to identify and understand how managerially controlledantecedent variables influence important relationship marketing outcomes (e.g., customerloyalty and word-of-mouth communication). Relational benefits, which havea focus on the benefits consumers receive apart from the core service, and relationshipquality, which focuses on the overall nature of the relationship, represent twoapproaches to understanding customer loyalty and word of mouth. This article integratesthese two concepts by positioning customer satisfaction and commitment asrelationship quality dimensions that partially mediate the relationship between threerelational benefits (confidence benefits, social benefits, and special treatment benefits)and the two outcome variables. The results indicate that the concepts of customer satisfactionand commitment serve to significantly contribute to relationship marketingoutcomes in services. On the other hand, the data does not approve that there is apositive effect of relational benefits to loyalty.Keywords: relational benefits, relationship quality, relationship marketing outcomes,satisfaction, commitment, loyalty, word-of-mouth communication

Abstract

Game theory has actually been initiated by several mathematicians but game theory began to receive widespread attention since the publication of a book entitled Theory of Games and Economic Behavior, in 1944, which was written by a mathematician John von Neumann and economists Oskar Morgenstern. Game theory continues to evolve to this day and although it is still considered as part of economics but game theory had been applied in various disciplines such as psychology, politics, management, social sciences. So that people can understand it more easily, can be used examples of simple games, among others, two-person zero-sum game, maximin and minimax, ultimate game, linear programming. The game is simple to be useful because most of the game invites players to use logic to achieve profits for himself. Keywords: game theory, mathematics, payoff, matrix, saddle point

Abstract

MOR – C photography is a company that offer services for digital camera and lens be based order by customer, the production process used sequence method to avoid lateness in service order. The author is using description method in research method. The research is doing by case study in production process of service company, and then identification various of factor that influence production process. The technique to collected actual data from the service company, the author used interview, observation, and documentary data from company.In sequencing method there are many method used by companies in general like FCFS (First Come, First Serve), SPT (Short Processing Time), LPT (Longest Processing Time), EDD (Earlier Due Date), and CR (Critical Ratio). MOR – C photography used FCFS method in sequence of service order, but still occured lateness in order first week 12,8 days; second week 11,8 days; third week 17,9 days; and fourth week 13,1 days. MOR – C photography should use SPT method to finished the order be based short processing time and routine controling total of order. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat PT. Dirgantara In- donesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat yang berjumlah 56 karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kausalitas komparatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat PT. Dirgantara Indonesia.

Abstract

Mostly corporate social responsibility activities are programs generated that have nodirectly beneficial impacts to the business. In fact, those activities are merely thespace of philanthropy, so the business core existence as a profits seeker missed out totreat the market as a potential beneficial and advantage. The corporate social responsi-bility, however, which is mixed and derived by two-sided market, localization, buyingmode, and strategy value based, will drive the bottom of pyramid as a potential marketof the competitive advantage for company’s economic sustainable development andlong-term profits. In case of poverty (TKI), the companies can perform a strategybusiness for economic prospect and development through business innovation and/orinnovation of corporate social responsibility, and vice versa.Keywords: CSR, the bottom of pyramid, 2-sided market, localization, and compet-itive advantage
