Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kemampuan Guru dalam Menciptakan Lingkungan Pembelajaran Yang Aman Dan Nyaman Bagi Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba, 2) Kemampuan Guru dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Efektif yang Berpusat pada Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba, dan 3) Kemampuan Guru dalam Melakukan Asesmen, Umpan Balik dan Pelaporan yang Berpusat pada Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripsif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan Guru dalam Menciptakan Lingkungan Pembelajaran yang Aman dan Nyaman Bagi Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan mampu. Pada indikator pertama, guru tidak membeda-bedakan peserta didik meskipun perilakunya beragam. Pada indikator kedua, guru memberikan kebebasan berpendapat kepada peserta didik. Indikator ketiga, guru memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman dengan pemilihan lokasi belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. 2) Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran efektif yang berpusat pada peserta didik pada mata PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan cukup mampu, guru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya. Pada indikator pertama, guru merancang desain pembelajaran terlebih dahulu yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Pada indikator kedua, sumber belajar yang digunakan hanya buku paket. Indikator ketiga, guru lebih sering menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemberian tugas mandiri. Indikator keempat, guru belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dikarenakan fasilitas belum memadai. 3) Kemampuan guru dalam melakukan asesmen, umpan balik dan pelaporan yang berpusat pada peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 5 Bulukumba dikategorikan mampu, yaitu guru melakukan asesmen seperti ulangan harian, mid semester, ujian akhir dan penilaian sikap, guru juga melakukan umpan balik dan pelaporan capaian belajar peserta didik dengan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Minat Belajar, PPKn

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Find out strategies for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. (2) Describe the character values developed in teenagers in the Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. This research approach is descriptive with a qualitative research type. The data sources for this research consist of primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from informants and secondary data sources, namely data obtained through literature study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques.The results of the research show that: (1) The strategy for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural Sikola activities is gathering and discussing together, theater performances, natural schools, as well as exemplary and habituation methods. (2) The character values developed in teenagers after participating in the Tobonga Culture Sikola activities are self-confidence, cooperation, caring for others and the environment, love for local culture and responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motives and control of political money in the election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in 2019. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through interviews. The research data that has been collected and obtained is then analyzed qualitatively to determine the motives and supervision of political money in the 2019 election of members of the Central Buton Regency Regional People's Representative Council. The results of the research show that (1) There are several motives for the money used in the 2019 Central Buton Regency DPRD Member Election (2) Supervision of political money in elections or elections for members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is carried out by the election organizers, in this case the Commission General Elections (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (BAWASLU) by carrying out several supervision and action against election fraud, in this case political money.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) kemampuan guru dalam proses penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar. 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit, 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kemampuan pendidik dalam penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA yang berada di Makassar dinilai sangat baik, pendidik mampu melaksanakan indikator ketiga yaitu penanaman konsep toleransi, penanaman sikap kerjasama, penanaman sikap komunikasi dan empati yang baik, dan penanaman sikap keterampilan dalam menangani konflik, 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Keraton Makassar, dikategorikan baik, peserta didik dapat menerapkan indikator-indikator dari rumusan masalah kedua yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi dalam diskusi pengembangan empati dan penerapan konsep toleransi dalam proyek kelas. 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar diberikan cukup baik. peserta didik mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai toleransi yang telah diperoleh dari kelas dalam kehidupan sosialnya dan secara sadar menerapkan indikator-indikator pada rumusan masalah 3 yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi pada perilaku yang kedua penggunaan bahasa yang menghargai perbedaan dan yang ketiga memahami konsep toleransi secara implisit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (1) determine the strategies used by teachers in implementing diversity values at SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (2) Knowing efforts to implement diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (3) Knowing the inhibiting factors in implementing diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sources of this research are Civics teachers and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) Teacher efforts to increase students learning motivation in Civics subjects at UPT SMAN 2 Selayar. 2) Factors inhibiting teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in civics subjects at UPT SMAN Selayar.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include: interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results were processed using qualitative descriptive data analysis.The results of this research show that: (1) Teachers efforts to increase students’ learning motivation in civics subjects by explaining learning objectives to students, using varied learning methods, providing objective values to students, using ice breaking in learning, giving quizzes to student and giving praise to students successes. (2) The inhibiting factors for teachers in increassing students learning motivation in civics subjects are students laziness, students poor attitudes towards learning and differences in students levelss of intelegence.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the Pancasila Education teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. (2) Knowing the inhibiting factors of Pancasila Education teachers in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. To achieve the research objectives, it uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data source. The research data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing techniques.The results showed (1) The inhibiting factors of Civics teachers in overcoming the delinquency of students due to the lack of understanding of students so that they turn to acts of recognition and the social environment factors of students who follow the behavior of their peers caused by the lack of supervision and guidance from parents and internal conflicts in the family system can also trigger delinquent behavior of students, so that the delinquency that occurs is included in the category of ordinary delinquency and delinquency that leads to offenses, such as skipping school, active smoking, drinking alcohol, wild racing, and brawls between students. (2) The Civics teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar uses preventive, repressive and curative strategies, these three aspects include prevention, rule enforcement, and behavior improvement. In the application of the teaching and learning process has been maximized, as well as the application of Civics subjects and the involvement of other teachers has been implemented, but there is still a lack of interaction between students and parents which results in delinquency due to social environmental factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors causing the failure of diversion at the Baubau City District Court. The research approach used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation using research instruments in the form of interview guides, recording and documentation tools. Triangulation and member checking are used as procedures to check the validity of the data, as well as using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques. The research results prove that the factors inhibiting diversion include a) legal substance factors in accordance with article 7 of the SPPA Law b) legal structure factors and law enforcement officers. Diversion failure occurred because the victim wanted to continue the case through legal channels. c) Legal culture or legal culture factors. People think that Butonese people usually have high levels of egoism.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai wawasan kebangsaan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat amat penting untuk dilakukan secara terus menerus sejalan dengan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Nilai pancasila disini hadir sebagai penjembatan dalam menumbuhkembangkan wawasan kebangsaan. Pancasila sebagai pedoman hidup bangsa dan ideologi negara Indonesia mulai kehilangan pamornya dan tergantikan oleh kebudayaan asing yang terbawa oleh globalisasi.begitu turunya nilai penerapan pancasila dalam kehidupan seharihari.bahkan,banyak nya generasi muda yang tidak begitu memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kebangsaan khususnya penerapan pancasila dalam aspek kehidupan.menurunya rasa persatuan dan kecintaan terhadap tanah air,maka perlu kita kembali meenumbuhkan rasa cinta dan persatuan terhadap tanah air dengan menerapkan pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.karena kian hari semakin menurunya nilai pancasila tersebut,sebagai generasi muda indonesia kita harus menghidupkan dan menumbuhkembangkan kembali nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pancasila tersebut.padahal nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pancasila sudah sesui dengan adat istiadat dan kebudayaan yang ada dalam aspek kehidupan masyarakat bangsa indonesia.tujuan penelitian adalah membantu dan menganalkan kepada generasi muda indonesia bahwa turunya rasa kecintaan dan penerapan nilai pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.dan juga membantu generasi muda indonesia bisa memahami dan mengenal jati diri bangsanya yang kian hari makin menurun bahkan sudah mulai terlupakan

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) Community legal awareness regarding waste management in Patampanua Village, with indicators (a) knowledge of the law, (b) understanding of the law, (c) views on the law and (d) actions towards the law. (2) the role of the village head in forming community legal awareness of waste management in Patampanua Village. This research is a qualitative survey research, the types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is community legal awareness and the role of the village head regarding waste management in Patampanua Village. The research results show (1) Community legal awareness in Patampanua village regarding waste management is still low. In the first indicator, people show a desire for the rule of law, but in the second indicator, their knowledge of these rules is very minimal. The third indicator highlights that the public's view of laws related to waste management is also limited. Furthermore, in the fourth indicator, community action against the law shows a tendency to dispose of waste not in accordance with applicable regulations. (2) Patampanua Village faces challenges in waste management. Even though the village head has carried out outreach, there is an assessment that these efforts are not yet fully relevant. Legal regulations regarding waste management are still lacking, and although there have been positive steps such as providing rubbish bins and the presence of daily officers, information regarding waste management is not yet provided to the public.
