Abstract

Abstract: This study aims, (1) To find out the character values contained in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi (2) To find out the process of forming character values for students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi (3) To find out the barriers to the formation of character values for students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through documentation, observation and interviews. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis to determine the character formation of students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi. The results showed that: (1) the character values contained in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi were the values of religious character, honesty, discipline, hard work, respect for achievement, responsibility, independence, humility, patience, accuracy, leadership, agility. , cooperation and love of peace. (2) the process of forming character values in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi can be formed through materials and methods in the training process. (3) barriers to the formation of character values in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah are the environment where students live, short training time, inadequate training equipment, lack of joint training for cadres and lack of number of trainers. Based on this, it can be said that there are several processes of forming character values that are less than optimal.Keywords: Formation, character, students

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine: 1) The role of the Orphanage Foundation towards the fulfillment of children's rights to obtain education at the Riyaadlul Yataamaa Orphanage Foundation, 2) the obstacles and supports faced in implementing the role of the Riyaadlul Yataamaa Orphanage Foundation in fulfilling the children's right to education. For this purpose, the researchers used data collection techniques through, documentation, observation, and interviews. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis to determine the role of the Orphanage Foundation in Fulfilling the Right of Children to Get Education. The results showed that; 1) The role of the Riyaadlul Yataamaa Orphanage Foundation in the fulfillment of children's rights to education has been carried out well, marked by the fulfillment of education for foster children. 2) Barriers and Supports faced by the Orphanage in Implementing the Role of the Riyaadlul Yataamaa Orphanage Foundation in Fulfilling Children's Right to Get Education: a) Problems originating from each child's personality, b) Problems arising from the Funding Factor. Abstract

ABSTRACT, This article describes the role of Customs and Excise in Combating Narcotics Smuggling in Tunon Taka Nunukan Port. This study aims to determine: 1) The role of customs and excise in combating narcotics smuggling in the Tunon Taka Nunukan port. 2) Constraints faced by Customs and Excise in combating narcotics smuggling in Tunon Taka Nunukan Port. 3) the solution of the obstacles faced by Customs and Excise in combating narcotics smuggling in Tunon Taka Nunukan Port The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive technique with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. By using primary data sources from 3 informants from Customs and Excise officers in charge of the investigation and prosecution section. Data obtained from the results of the study were processed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, namely: 1) Perana Customs and Excise in combating narcotics smuggling is by conducting patrols and also carrying out the duties and functions of the Customs and Excise. 2) Constraints faced by Customs and Excise are the lack of personnel so that Customs and Excise work cannot be carried out to the maximum extent possible and the lack of detection devices in several locations that are often found in cases of drug smuggling. 3) The solution to the obstacles faced by Customs and Excise in combating narcotics smuggling is by cooperating with the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and the police in order to facilitate Customs and Excise in combating Narcotics smuggling.ABSTRAK, Artikel ini menguraikan masalah Peranan Bea dan Cukai Dalam Memberantas Penyelundupan Narkotika di Pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1)Peranan Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan narkotika di pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan. 2) Kendala yang di hadapi Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan narkotika di Pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan. 3) solusi dari kendala yang di hadapi Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan narkotika di Pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara dan dokumentasi.Dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dari 3 informan dari petugas Bea dan Cukai yang bertugas dibagian penyelidikan dan penindakan. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) Perana Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan narkotika yaitu dengan mengadakan patroli dan juga menjalankan tugas dan fungsi dari Bea dan Cukai tersebut. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi Bea dan Cukai yaitu kurangnya personil sehingga membuat kerja Bea dan Cukai tidak dapat dijalankan semaksimal mungkin dan kurangnya alat pendeteksi dibeberapa lokasi yang sering didapatkan kasus penyelundupan narkotika. 3) Solusi dari kendala yang dihadapi pihak Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan narkotika yaitu dengan mengadakan kerja sama dengan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) dan pihak kepolisian agar dapat memudahkan Bea dan Cukai dalam memberantas penyelundupan Narkotika tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract; This article addresses the issue of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Sustainable Completed Classroom System (SKTB) in SMP Negeri 1 Tompobulu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the primary data source is the informant consisting of school principals, eleven subject teachers and ten students. Secondary data are school data documents. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that (1) The implementation of the automatic promotion system in SMP Negeri 1 Tompubulu was carried out by (a) Allowing students to complete and incomplete to graduate (b) Complete all students before graduating. This causes no more students in SMP Negeri 1 Tompobulu to stay in class, therefore there are students who cannot read even though they are sitting in class IX. (2) The implementation of early clinics in SMP Negeri 1 Tompobulu is only given through written tests and special assignments at the end of the semester, providing short re-learning, while providing special guidance is only given to students who cannot read. (3) Enrichment is carried out by way of being billed or not billed, and is given based on material by some teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Tompobulu and some other teachers do not provide enrichment. Based on the three indicators, the implementation of the Sustainable Completed Class Program in SMP Negeri 1 Tompobulu has not been effective because the plan / program has not been implemented as a whole, so the tasks and objectives of the Sustainable Completed Class System (SKTB) have not been achieved.Keywords: Effectiveness, Implementation, SKTB Program

Abstract

Abstract: The aim is to find out: 1) public knowledge about the procedures for implementing local elections in the election of the mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar. 2) the attitude of the community towards the implementation of the election with a single candidate pair in the election of the mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar. 3) the public's response to the superiority of the blank column in the election of the mayor and deputy mayor of Makassar. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study was the people of Kodingareng Island, Kodingareng Village, Sangkarrang Islands District, Makassar City. A sample of 20 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique with certain considerations. The results showed that: 1) Public knowledge about the procedures for implementing regional elections in the Election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Makassar in Kodingareng Village, Sangkarrang Islands Subdistrict, was still lacking, this was due to the low level of political education for the community and the lack of socialization carried out by the KPU. 2) The attitude of the community towards the implementation of the pilkada with a single candidate pair in the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Makassar, Kodingareng Village, Sangkarrang Islands District in general is not agreeing and rejecting the holding of the election with one pair of candidates, this creates a negative public perception of the implementation of the election. 3) The public's response to the superiority of the blank column in the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Makassar in Kodingareng Village, Sangkarrang Islands District, Makassar City is to accept, this is because there is a form of rejection of the implementation of the election with one pair of candidates by the community and the single candidate pair is considered not in accordance with people's wishes.Keywords: perception, pilkada, single candidate pair

Abstract

ABSTRACT, This article outlines the problem of Legal Review of Online Transactions through Social Media Munurut Civil Code (Study of UNM Faculty of Social Sciences Students). This study aims, (1) To determine the rights and obligations between sellers and buyers in online buying and selling transactions through social media (2) To determine the legal remedies carried out by consumers if harmed in buying and selling transactions through social media. This type of research is qualitative research and uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is 20 students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, namely 10 online sellers and 10 online consumers. While secondary data is literature such as books and laws and other related sources. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. Analysis of the data used in this qualitative study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, namely: (1) The rights and obligations of sellers and online buyers include the seller surrendering the goods and the buyer making payments. In addition, both parties are also entitled to a sense of security and mutual benefit. More fully discussed in the Civil Code and consumer protection laws. (2) Some legal remedies carried out by consumers if harmed in buying and selling through social media, namely by contacting the police, and reporting to the bank. The rest of consumers solve their problems with a peaceful path.ABSTRAK, Artikel ini menguraikan masalah Tinjauan Hukum Transaksi Jual Beli Online Melalui Sosial Media Munurut KUHPerdata (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial UNM). Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) Untuk mengetahui hak dan kewajiban antara penjual dan pembeli dalam transaksi jual beli online melalui social media (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh konsumen apabila dirugikan dalam transaksi jual beli melalui social media. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu 20 orang mahasiswa fakultas ilmu sosial yaitu 10 orang penjual online dan 10 orang konsumen online. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu literature seperti buku dan undang-undang maupun sumber lain yang berkaitan . Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Hak dan kewajiban penjual dan pembeli online antara lain penjual menyerahkan barangnya dan pembeli melakukan pembayaran. Selain itu, kedua belah pihak juga berhak atas rasa aman dan saling menguntungkan. Lebih lengkap dibahas dalam KUH Perdata serta undang-undang perlindungan konsumen.(2) Beberapa upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh konsumen apabila dirugikan dalam transaksi jual beli melalui social media yaitu dengan menghubungi pihak kepolisisan, dan melaporkan kepada pihak bank. Selebihnya konsumen menyelesaikan masalahnya dengan jalur damai.

Abstract

MERI HANDAYANI, 2022. Implementasi Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengwasannya. Skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Prodi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Muh. Sudirman, S.Ag., M.Pd. selaku pembimbing I dan Dr. Nurharsya Khaer Hanafie, selaku pembimbing II.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengawasannya. (2) Kendala yang hadapi dalam pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengawasannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian penelitian hukum empiris yakni yuridis sosiologis dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari Satpol PP, Kepolisian dan Masyarakat. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya yakni melakukan kegiatan pengawasan peredaran minuman beralkohol secara intern dan ekstern, memberikan pembinaan atau sosialisasi ke tempat-tempat penjualan minuman beralkohol, melakukan razia atau tindakan penyitaan, dan memberikan sanksi bagi pelaku pelanggar perda baik berupa sanksi pidana kurungan, denda maupun sanksi administratif yaitu pencabutan izin usaha penjualan minuman beralkohol. (2) Adapun kendala yang meghambat pelaksanaan penegakan perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 terdiri dari keterbatasan aparat penegak hukum dalam melakukan pengawasan, kurangya sosialisasi perda ke masyarakat, tidak adanya anggaran operasional untuk mendukung kegiatan penegakan perda, kurangya kesadaran masyarakat dan adanya kebiasaan mengonsumsi minuman beralkohol.

Abstract

Abstract, The study was conducted to analyze the achievement of standards of educators and education personnel. This is important to discuss to ensure the achievement of an institution in eight national education standards. This research method uses descriptive method. The participation of this research was 25 educators and education staff in SMP Muhammadiyah Cipanas Middle School, Cianjur Regency. The instrument used refers to nineteen standard indicators of educators and education personnel in the form of interview guidelines. The conclusions of this study are (1) the achievement profile of the standard indicators of educators and education personnel, showing varied results with an average achievement of 83%; (2) indicators that have not reached the maximum score are certification teachers, BK teacher professionalism, BK Teacher Ratio, and Library Staff. Recommendations on the results of this study need an in-depth study of certification teachers and the ratio of BK teachers in schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Prosesi tradisi adat tulude di Kecamatan Manganitu. (2) Nilai-nilai Pancasila yang terkandung dalam tradisi adat tulude serta (3) Nilai tulude begitu relevan dengan nilai Pancasila di Implementasikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data primer yaitu informan dan sumber data sekunder yaitu kepustakaan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses upacara adat tulude memiliki sifat yang religius dilaksanakan dalam bentuk adat tulude yang memiliki makna mengarah pada Pancasila dan disukseskan oleh kerja sama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah demi terlaksananya upacara adat tulude. (2) Keterkaitan Nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan nilai-nilai yang termuat di upcara adat tulude dapat kita jumpai bahkan tidak lazim dalam kehidupan kita yang di mana manusia adalah mahkluk sosial membutuhkan oranglain untuk berinteraksi dan lain-lain yang intinya bahwa saling mendukung serta saling hidup rukun dan damai dan (3) Nilai tulude yang relevan dengan nilai pancasila yang masih melekat erat dilihat dari hubungan keluarga maupun orang lain yang selalu menghargai yang tua begitu pun yang tua menghargai yang muda. Nilai yang tulude yang relevan dengan pancasila di lihat dari kue adat tamo yang di simbolkan sebagai pohon kehidupan dengan lambang atau makna yaitu persatuan dan kesatuan bagi masyarakat Sangihe.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine: (1) The consequences of the habit of playing online games on the behavior of students in the household environment (2) The efforts of parents in overcoming the negative impact of student behavior from playing online games. This study uses a qualitative approach which is analyzed and written descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation methods involving as many as 20 (twenty) informants consisting of students and parents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Online games affect the daily lives of students indirectly, this can be seen through the consequences arising from the habit of playing online games in the family household environment in Pappa Village, Pattallassang District, Takalar Regency including: (a) behavior emotional or speaking impolitely, (b) being dishonest or lying, (c) sleeping when school is online (online), (d) neglecting prayers, and (e) not caring about the surrounding environment. (2) Parental efforts in overcoming the negative impact of student behavior from playing online games in Pappa Village, Pattallassang District, Takalar Regency, are carried out through (a) parental supervision, (b) providing advice to children, (c) tightening rules at home, and (d) cooperation between the school and parents. This paper is expected to help in efforts to overcome online game addiction. Furthermore, future research needs to examine in depth other alternatives for the negative impact of online games.
