This research is motivated by the idea of the low ability determining principal grade IV SDN015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Goals to be achieved in this research is to determine ideagrade IV principal of SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through the application of thetechniques implemented for 1 month. This research was conducted in SDN 015 PagaranTapah Darussalam. Classes are meticulous researchers are class IV by the number ofstudents as many as 24 people. This classroom action research was started in early August2016. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists ofinstruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the research,the conclusion to this research the skills of students in the ability to determine the main ideahas increased. On preliminary data low category with a percentage of 54.2% while in sikus Ifirst encounter increased to 65.1% low category, at a second meeting to 68.8% and thesecond cycle increased to 81.3% categorized as moderate and kemablai increased in thesecond meeting be 85.7% higher category

Learning social science education gives a chance to give some attentions to care and usesurrounding area. Emperical fact in learning social science education before a teacher is onlyperson who gives information that is called teacher centered. Learning materials used focusesinto text books (material in the text books does not adopt and relate into local superiority andwisdom)This research only focuses into development of teaching material of learning socialscience education which has primary school local wisdom basis into competence standart andbasic standart in the first semester of grade IV.This research aims to develop teachingmaterial of learning social science education in Primary School based on local wisdom basiswhich can be used as a reference or supplement by teachers and studetns in learning.Themothod used is research and development design. This research is done into four steps that is1) study literature, 2) research plan, 3) research development, and 4) implementation. Datacollection technique used in this research is using interview, questionnaire, observation,documentations, and test. Meanwhile, triangulation technique and simple statistics are used toanalyze the data. The research showed that 1) teaching materials of of learning social scienceeducation based on local wisdom helps teachers in developing and relating learning materialsin learning social science education with potential of local area especially Siak regency, andb)khususnya di Kabupaten Siak; dan (b) teaching materials of of learning social scienceeducation based on local wisdom helps students to understand potential and condition ofsurrounding area. It is proven by increasing students’ understanding in learning learningsocial science education based on local wisdom from average score in pretest 31,73 into53,85 in posttest within increasing average score 0,33 in fair category.Keywords: local wisdom, and social science education

This study is a class action (class action reseach). The background of this study is the low reading comprehension, it is evident from the 18 students only five students are able to comprehend reading text in a story. For that research by applying cooperative learning model think Paire share. The aim to determine the increase in reading comprehension. This research is a class act who performed at SDN 004 Tapah Pagaran Darussalam, the study was conducted in two cycles. The data collection technique used is the technique of teacher and student activity observation and written tek. Based on the survey results revealed that students 'reading comprehension increased in each cycle, the prasiklus known that the average value of students' reading comprehension is 64.00 in the first cycle increased to 76.60 and the second cycle an increase in the average value the ability of students' reading comprehension at 86.80.

Primary school extracurricular activities are additional activities of the compulsory learning process that must be possessed bystudents so that they can develop their talents, skills, and also characterize elementary school children as a provision in theirlives. The purpose of this study is to describe the extracurricular activities of elementary school art in Pekanbaru. This study usesdescriptive qualitative research methods. The extracurricular activities in Pekanbaru consist of drum band, tambourine, dance,nasyid, choir, painting. some schools run well and some only run if there are competitions or school events.

Character building should be something that must be done continuously without stopping either through coaching, habituation, coaching and other things that improve the character improvement of students. The characters that have been formed will show student behavior through attitudes. Based on observations made at SD Negeri 002 Rambah Samo for the 2019/2020 school year, character education has been implemented through several indicators of character education, so that it will have an impact on student achievement. This study aims to reveal whether there is an effect of character education on student achievement in SD Negeri 006, Rambah Samo District. The hypothesis proposed in this study is character education has an effect on learning achievement. This type of research is simple linear correlation and regression. The research method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were high-grade students (Class IV, V and VI) SD Negeri 006 Rambah Samo, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 107 students. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, so that the total sample size was 84 students. Data were collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. Test the questionnaire by comparingvalue Cronbach's alpha (0.620). The results obtained in testing the research instrument were 0.848, greater than 0.620, so the research instrument was said to be reliable or valid. The results of data analysis showed that the effect of character education on learning achievement was obtained by 52.3%. The level of achievement of the character education variable is in the quite good category, namely 79.25%. Meanwhile, the level of the respondents' achievement in the learning achievement variable was obtained by 77.26% with a fairly good category.

The background of this study is the low learning outcomes IPA grade II SDN 014 Silikuan Hulu, Of the 27 students who completed the results of their study only 12 students or 44.5% while the average value of student learning outcomes is 64.4 of learning outcomes is still low by KKM set is 70. Based on this the researchers conducted a study class action by implementing cooperative learning model type STAD with the aim to improve learning outcomes IPA. This study was conducted by two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one daily tests. The instruments used were observation sheet activities of teachers and students and science achievement test. The data collection technique used is the technique of observation and testing techniques. The results showed that after implementation of cooperative learning model STAD teacher and student activity increased in the first cycle of the first meeting of teachers categorized moderate activity, with a total score of 16 or 66.7%. At the second meeting increased with a total score of 18 or 75% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle of the total score increased to 21 or 87.5% in both categories. Furthermore, at the second meeting increasing with a total score of 22 or 91.7% and categorizing them very well. Activities of students has increased at each cycle. In the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of student activity is average, with a total score of the first meeting of 14 or 58.3%, and the second meeting a total score of 16 or 66.7%. In the second cycle the first meeting of the total score increased to 20 or 83.3% in both categories. Furthermore, at the second meeting increasing with a total score of 22 or 91.7% and categorizing them very well. Besides learning outcomes IPA also increased on the basis of the average scores of learning outcomes was 64.4. In the first cycle increased to 79.8. In the second cycle the average value increased to 84.3. Besides classical completeness in each cycle to increase the initial data completeness students 44.4% or 12 students. In the first cycle the number of students who pass are 21 students or 77.8%. In the second cycle students' mastery learning increased with 26 students or 96.3%. It shows in the classical class is also declared complete.

This study aimed to describe the results of learning through the use of media folder. The subject of research grade II SDN 009 Tanjung Palas. Improved learning outcomes in terms of four categories of goods, namely absorption, the effectiveness of learning, mastery learning completeness students both individually and classical completeness and accuracy of the results of learning. The instrument used for data collection is an oral test and a written test in the form of worksheets performed after the learning process. Results Shows absorption learning outcomes on average 83% is considered very good, very effective learning effectiveness categorized with an average of 70. While the completeness of student learning outcomes Presented complete 100%. In addition, increase the thoroughness of students in each cycle, the first cycle (58.82%), the second cycle (70.59%), the third cycle (88.24%). Based on these results it can be concluded that through active learning model of revisiting the difficulty can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

The background of this research is the low ability of long jump student of grade V of SD Negeri 025Koto Senjato, from 45 students only 19 students (42,22%) reaching KKM, mean student average is56,40. This study is a classroom action research that aims to improve students' long jump skills with aplay approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 025 Koto Senjato, the subject of thisresearch is the students of class v with the number of 45 students. This research was conducted in twocycles with four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result ofthe research stated that after applied the play approach, the students' ability in the race far hasincreased in the prasiklus the total number of students who completed is 19 students (42.22%) with theaverage value of 56.40. In the first cycle has increased with the number of 27 students (60.00%) withan average value of 68.80. And in the second cycle has increased with the number of 38 students(84.44%) with an average value of 76.40. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded thatthe play approach can improve the ability of long jump student of grade V of SD Negeri 025 KotoSenjato.

The problem in this research is the learning outcomes of several students in SDN 3 Adipuro that do not meet the completeness standard. The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation between learning time management and the students’ perception of teacher’s professional competence with high class learning outcomes at SDN 3 Adipuro. This type of research was ex post facto corelation. The population was 115 students which 56 students were chosen as the sample. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale has been claimed validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used was Poduct Moment Correlation and Multiple Correlation. The result showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning time management and the students’ perception of teacher’s professional competence with high class learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.534 according to the "strong enough" level.

From the observations, this time the teachers are still very rarely utilize the schoolenvironment as a learning resource. The school environment is not only used as a place tofrolic students during recess. Otherwise recess, teachers often choose quarantining studentsin the classroom, although the example of students have felt very saturated in the classroom.This research is a school action. Subjects in this study were as many as 17 teachers. Based onthe analysis and discussion of the first cycle and the second cycle, it can be concluded that theability of Indonesian teachers in the use of the school environment as a learning resourcethrough increased training approach. This is evidenced, in the first cycle ability of teacherswho earn enough categories numbered 11 persons (64.7%). And that gets the category of lessnumbered 6 (35.3%). In the second cycle that gets both categories amounted to 14 (82.4%).While categorized quite totaling 3 (17.6%).
