Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professional competency and pedagogical economic performance of teachers  in high schools of Bandung City. The population in this research is economic teachers in public senior high schools of Bandung City. Methods that were used in this research is the explanatory survey methods, while the sample collection was undertaken through a method of simple random sampling , so we get  90 economic teachers  as a sample. Data collected from primary and secondary data through information from the school .The results of the study show professional competency and pedagogical significantly influences the performance of economic teachers in high schools in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which students can be actively involved in the classroom by using group discussion methods based on cooperative learning model learning together, and also to know the extent to which students can express opinions and give responses to the opinions of his classmates communicatively by using the method of discussion group learning cooperative learning model together. The approach used is through classroom action research (Classroom Action Research), through cooperative learning methods. Steps taken with stages: (1) plan, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results showed that: (1) During the learning process using the method of group discussion based on cooperative learning method of learning together student learning activity can increase because students are empowered and given trust and actively involved in learning activities. The average percentage achievement of students' learning activity continues to increase which in pre cycle stage is only 34,1%, then reaching 65,8% percentage in cycle 1 and increasing again to 92% in cycle 2. (2) Positive impact from increasing activeness learning is on student learning outcomes which also experienced an increase wherein the precycle cycle the average value of students only 61.3 and increased in the cycle 1 to 75.7 and increased again to 83.09 on cycle 2.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain of locus of control on employees performance, analyze the effect of job stress on employees performance and analyze the effect of locus of control and job stress on employees performance. This study was conducted at Construction Services Development Agency (LPJK) Central Java Province in Semarang City with a sample of 30 employees. In this study, the sample using a questionnaires consisting of items of statement about the locus of control, job stress and employee performace. The result of this study is the influence of locus of control effect to the employee’s performance; there is influence of job stress on employee performanc; there is influence of locus of control and job stress on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence Promotion, Price and Quality Service to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Housewares Indonesia Medan. The result of this research is there is significant influence of Promotion to Consumer Satisfaction, The amount of influence of Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction is 20,9% There is significant influence of Price to Customer Satisfaction, the amount of influence Price to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 16,2% There is significant influence Quality service to consumer satisfaction, the amount of influence Quality of service to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 63.6% Promotion, Price and Quality of service together significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Houseware Indonesia Medan, with the capability of Promotion, Price, and Quality of service to explain customer satisfaction is equal to 82,5% while the rest equal to 17,5% explained by another variable not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Turnover Turnover and Fixed Assets Turnover to Return On Equity (ROE) with Institutional Ownership as moderating variables either partially or simultaneously on the company Property and Real Estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The approach of this research is the quantitative approach, population in this research is a company of Property and Real Estate which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2011-2015, sample in this research is determined by purposive sampling from 50 companies, and 14 companies that meet the criteria to be sampled research. The type of data in this study is secondary data. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially Cash Turnover effect is not significant to Return On Equity. Receivable Turnover has no significant effect on Return On Equity and Institutional ownership does not moderate the influence of both. Fixed Assets Turn over significant effect on Return On Equity and moderate Institutional ownership. Simultaneously variable Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Fixed Assets Turnover significant effect on Return On Equity. Institutional Ownership has no significant effect on Return On Equity and Institutional Owners moderate the relationship between Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Fixed Assets Turnover with Return on Equity. Ownership of Institutions as Moderating Variables in this study.

Abstract

Career development is a process and activities to prepare an employee to occupy a position in an organization or company, which will be done in the future. The objective of this study was to determine whether there is influence career development and motivation on employee job satisfaction BPJS Employment Branch Office Belawan. Data collection techniques in this research is the study of documentation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test and F) and determination. The results of this study concluded that: (1) the career development have positive effect on job satisfaction which means that career development can improve employee job satisfaction; (2) motivation does not affect the job satisfaction; and (3) that the career development and motivation significantly influence job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and academic support on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Data from 68 students STIEPARI Semarang is used to test the hypothesized model. Research using saturation sampling techniques and data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and academic support in a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Theoretical implications of the results of research supports the theory and existing research. In addition, managerial implications of the results of research suggest the educational institutions to consider entrepreneurship education and academic support as a factor that is important enough to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how mudharabah financing in PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita, (2) to find out why mudharabah financing decreases in 2015, (3) to know the ability of mudharabah financing in generating profit at PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita William Iskandar Medan. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with case study approach. The technique of collecting data is done through primary data that is data obtained directly from the data source where this research conducted at PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita William Iskandar Medan and secondary data are data obtained from the literature and books that have to do with the problem to be studied. The analysis tool used is trend analysis. The results showed that the ability of mudharabah financing in generating profits can be said to be able to increase profits for the company although the financing decreased the profit generated increased. mudharabah financing has a significant ability to increase net income for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of employees at the Office Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar. The type of research is descriptive, with population of all employees at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office amounting to 265 people / employees. Determination of samples as much as 20 percent with the technique of sampling by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, as many as 53 people. Data collection was done through observation technique, questionnaire, interview and documentation, while data analysis was done by percentage technique then interpreted descriptively. The result of the research shows that employee work motivation at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office is in high category, seen from maintenance factor and satisfaction factor with sub indicator of organization policy, good supervision, adequate compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, job performance, and responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of discussion and role playing methods in the performance management class, whether more effective than the lecture method previously used by most students. This is because the old method is considered less effective and does not get optimal results. Visually the students tend to be less immature in learning, less expressive and less terganli abilities inidividunya. This research is expected to provide new colors for students and teachers, so that will make students become more creative and passionate in learning so that learning achievement will become better. This research will also help to increase the self-reliance, self-confidence and competitive spirit of the students because the method is applied more interactively, involving both parties ie students and lecturers and the ability to work together in groups so far from monotonous impression. This research is a classroom action research, designed specifically in its application and adapted to the syllabus and lecture unit units agreed upon by the institution. The results of the study was as expected although not maximal, the increase in student achievement has been seen with the results of tests conducted by researchers. Student behavior is also seen there are changes, more confident, creative, better tolerance, cooperative and more independent.
