Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dari pengujian pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat bahwa sig (2 tailed) antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,480 dan >α0,05 maka dinyatakan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari pengujian pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat bahwa sig (2 tailed) antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,277 dan >α0,05 maka dinyatakan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari pengujian pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat tidak ada variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, maka dinyatakan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersamaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerjaKata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja

The reciprocal of WOM (word of mouth) & switching cost into purchasing and loyality. The purpose of research The affect WOM and switching cost of the decision to purchase & loyalty; The affect the decision to purchase of loyalty . The population this research are 200 Meat Me Café & Butchery’s customers in jakarta who were randomly selected by mixed data with SEM, AMOS21 program . The results of research explained that WOM and switching cost are influential decision to buy & loyalty, and the decision to buy influences loyalty. The WOM & switching cost substantiate same as purchase of the decision, and loyalty.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) mempunyai perbedaan dari pembelajaran Numbered Kepala Kooperatif ini Together (NHT), di mana didapatkan 1 = 83,00 dengan SD x 1 = 8754 untuk kelas eksperimen 1 sementara itu pada 2 kelas eksperimen didapat 2 = 80.889 oleh SD x 2 = 7672. Data hasil analisis ini menunjukkan t komputasi t tabel (0.348 1.670). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara hasil siswa yang diajarkan oleh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Kepala Kooperatif ini Together (NHT) pada materi pelajaran matematika di SMPN I Tanjung MorawaKata Kunci :Model Pembelajaran,Kooperatif Think Pair Share,Numbered Together

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di PT. JNE Medan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen Besarnya pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 68,4%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 12,1%. Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen di JNE Medan, dengan tingkat kemampuan Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan untuk menjelaskan Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 86,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan

The main objective of this research is to provide insight to companies about the importance of forming an alliance portfolio in the development of sustainable innovation. The method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 19. The sample was drawn from the entire population of Large and Medium Enterprises who never committed a strategic alliance and are in Medan. Based on the analysis found that the diversity of resources alliance portfolios provide significant pegaruh to business innovation for medium and large companies in the city of Medan. But in fact not only the diversity of resource variables that affect the alliance portfolio creation process of innovation, but also variable experience in making alliances and their high level of market uncertainty in Medan.Keywords: Diversity of Resources, Alliance Portfolio, Innovation, Market Uncertainty, Alliance experience.

Based on the test results, there is increasing student’s understanding of the material implementation of IS-LM model in each cycle. The average value in the first cycle for the fourth semester / A / IESP reached 76.16 and the second cycle is 91.88. Mastery learning in the first cycle is 57.1% and the second cycle is 98.22%. The average value in the first cycle for fourth semester / B / IESP reached 76.25 and the second cycle is 97.95. Mastery learning in the first cycle is 54.5% and the second cycle is 97.73%. Increased understanding of the students followed by increased activity.The conclusion of this study is the student's understanding increased with applied learning model CTL in the 4th semester student majoring in economics faculty UMSU economic development. Researchers suggest that professors use in the CTL learning model learning course material application of IS-LM model in macroeconomic 2 courses and lecturers should earnestly to guide students in learning.Keywords : Understanding of material application IS-LM model, Contextual Teaching and Learning

The company was running a business, either directly or indirectly affects the viability of the company. From the ANOVA or F test , obtained F count of 49.839 with a significance level of 0.000 . So F count > F table (49.839 >3,09) or sig F < 5% (0,000 <0,05). It means that the variable quality of products and brand significantly the simultaneous influence towards the customer loyalty (y). By this it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be proven .R-square for y ( customer loyalty ) is 0.526. This means that 52.6% of variation in customer loyalty (y) is influenced by the variable x1 ( product quality ) and variable x2 ( brand ) or influence product quality (x1) and brand (x2 ) collectively or synchronously to the variable y ( customer loyalty ) amounted to 52.6 % and the balance of 47.4 % is determined by other variables .Due to the quality of products significantly affect the increase of customer loyalty , then the quality of the resulting product is maintained and if necessary enhanced through increasingly sophisticated technology so the results more satisfying consumer. Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah pengaruh pendidikan dan Penempatan kerja Karyawan, baik parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusnatara III (Persero) Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan. Dimana sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Data diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, Selanjutnya dilakukan uji analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, ujit t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial dan simultan, Pendidikan dan Penempatan Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kemampuan Pendidikan dan Penempatan Kerja Karyawan dalam menjelaskan kinerja adalah sebesar 43.7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56.3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.

The approach used in this research is associative which is one type of explanation which is a research study that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. This research was conducted at the University of North Sumatra Muhammadiyah location at Jl. Muchtar Captain Basri Medan. In this case the study population are all consumers of Android-based Samsung mobile phone users with no measurable amount. The sample in this study 100 consumer Samsung Android-based mobile phone users. Based on the research results it can be concluded service quality affects customer satisfaction samsung mobile phones. Product quality to customer satisfaction samsung mobile phones. From the calculation, that the quality of product and service quality affects customer satisfaction. The most dominant variable effect on customer satisfaction is the variable quality of service.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
