Abstract

The results of research by the author, it can be concluded that brand awareness for Tupperware including the excellent category in which the brand is well known Tupperware respondents, including elements of the overall perception of quality including good category, brand association element is also included in both categories, and brand loyalty for Tupperware which include both categories / consumers loyal to Tupperware products and overall conclusions Tupperware brand has good equity in the views of respondents.Keywords: Brand Equity, Tupperware Products

Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Receivable Turnover dan Debt to Asset Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Sedangkan secara simultan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Rceivable Turnover dan Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada perusahaan Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2013.Kata Kunci     : Return on Asset, Receivable Turnover , Debt to Asset Ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhkompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan analisis regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap pada PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan yang berjumlah 204 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 135 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dan kuantitatif dengan alat ukur statistik koefisien jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antaravariabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

The results showed that, Advertising is the most frequently promotional device used by creative industries. From 30 creative Industries, there were 26 (86.67%) who used advertising to promote their products. Moreover, advertising also has the most dominant influence on the quality of the creative industry's competitiveness. Partially, among the five types of existing promotion mix; advertising, personal selling and sales promotion are promotion mix that significantly affect the quality of the creative industry's competitiveness. they are proven to improve productivity, profitability and broad market coverage of the creative industries. Abstract

This study explain Academic Support with production base education method or vocational which is applied in Polytechnic State Of Cilacap (PNC) to Influence Factor Attitude that will ultimately increase student interest to plunge in the world of technopreneur. The sample used is 170 students majoring in technology field. Determination of sample using purposive sampling with technique of path analysis and test sobel. The result of the first hypothesis shows the pattern of vocational learning applied in PNC as Academic Support does not support student entrepreneurship interest, the second hypothesis shows the role of Academic Support in the PNC environment has a significant impact on the increase of student attitudes in the effort to influence entrepreneurship interest, and the third hypothesis shows that attitude Factors influence the interest of students to entrepreneurship. The mediation test of attitude factor variables acts to mediate between the variables of Academic Support on the entrepreneurial intention variables in technology (technopreneur).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of leadership to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan, to determine the relationship of compensation to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan, to determine the relationship of leadership and compensation to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan.  Analysis techniques used in this study, multiple linear regression testing, Classical Assumption Test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The analysis showed that the influence of leadership compensation variable (X1) on the performance (Y) is indicated by t count equal to 6,886 with 0,000 sig probability is smaller than 0.05. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is received it can be concluded that the leadership (X1) partially have a significant influence on employee performance (Y). effect of variable compensation (X2) on the performance (Y) is indicated by t count of 6943 with 0,000 sig probability is smaller than 0.05. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is received it can be concluded that the compensation (X2) partially have a significant influence on employee performance (Y). While the magnitude of the impact that indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination value of research results is 0.925 or 92.5% showed approximately 92.5 performance variable (Y) is influenced leadership (X1) and compensation (X2). The remaining 7.5% are influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawandiperoleh nilai2,296>1,997 dengan taraf signifikan 0,025< 0,05 dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawandiperoleh nilai 4,154>1,997 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Pada uji F terlihat bahwa 19,209> 3,14 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitaskerjakaryawan. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi hasil penelitian ini adalah 0,691 atau 69,1 % menunjukkan sekitar 69,1 variabel produktivitas (Y) dipengaruhi pelatihan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2). Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil tes, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi pasar valuta asing dalam setiap siklusnya. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I untuk semester 5/A/IESP mencapai 76,95 dan pada siklus II yaitu 93,37. Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I yaitu 63,05% dan pada siklus II yaitu 100%. Peningkatan pemahaman diikuti juga oleh aktivitas mahasiswa yang meningkat. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pemahaman mahasiswa meningkat dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran CTL paada mahasiswa semester 5 jurusan ekonomi pembangunan fakultas ekonomi UMSU. Peneliti menyarankan agar dosen menggunakan model pembelajarn CTL ini dalam pembelajaran materi kuliah pasar valuta asing pada mata kuliah ekonomi internasional 2 dan dosen harus sungguh-sungguh membimbing mahasiswanya dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Pemahaman materi pasar valuta asing, Contextual Teaching                          and Learning

Abstract

This study aims to find out the training conducted for employees, employee productivity influence the impact of training on increasing employee productivity, and obstacles faced by PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya in conducting training and how to overcome them. The research method used in this research is explanatory research explaining causal relationship between independent variable (training) and dependent variable (work productivity) with data collection technique using interview, observation, spreading of questionnaire, and library study. This study uses a population of 244 people. While the sampling technique used is a random sampling technique, where samples taken from some of the population of 71 people. The results showed that Training Implementation has significant effect on the Increasing Employee Productivity PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya, judging from the determinants, the factors of measuring and influencing factors with the indicator is the development, use of time and the work achieved.

Abstract

From the calculation gained result for R=0.861 and R Square=0.742, it means relationship between leadership and work ethic to performance is 86.1 % and 74.2% (for R Square) it shows that the relationship is strong and positive, and the rest amount of 25.8 % explained with another thing that researcher doesn’t do. For influence of variables (leadership and work ethic to performance) can seen from calculating result of F-test (anova/simultaneous test) and T-test (partial test). From F-test gained  226.890 with 0.000 as a significant level, and F table for 161 in significant 0.05 is 3.84, it means F calculated > F table. From T-test for influence of leadership to performance gained significant level is 0.048 > 0.05, and T calculated is 1.995 > T table 1.960. Work ethic also has influence to performance, it seen from significant score is 0.000 > 0.05, and T calculated 12.795 > T table 1.960. Keywords: leadership, work ethic and employee performance
