Abstract

This purpose of study analyzed mobile learning application using by Dangle tool through Islamic values for students of English department at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Research method conducted descriptive qualitative. Population conducted of 136 students 4th semester of English department in 2019/2020 academic year in University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Sample of 32 students taken Curriculum Design Material subject of English department at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The technique of collecting data used observation and documentation during the learning process. Data collection method carried out using by the spiral model of Kemmis and Mc and Taggart, these were; Action planning, treatment / observation of action, reflection and revision. The results of study showed the students can use the dongle properly and enthusiastically used it in the class of assignment presentation. M-learning application of dongle tool should be carried out in all classes in University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara to advance learning technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Quran. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic type. The data collection techniques are non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: 1) The background of the implementation of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Quran is the existence of the students with special needs at Taruna Al-Qur'an Kindergarten which is a regular Kindergarten (Context aspect), 2) The Human Resources (HR) for the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program consists of mentors, namely devotion students from Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Qur'an Taruna and companions, namely teachers who accompany each student (Input aspect), 3) The Implementation of the Al-Quran Therapy Program is started with an opening greeting by the teacher, followed by greeting the students, reciting theraupetic verses by both the teacher and the student which is stated by reciting ta'awu?, and the teacher dismiss the therapy session by giving a closing greeting (Process aspect), 4) The students who join the Al-Quran Therapy Program tends to be calmer and they even can memorize and recite the verses of Al-Quran (Product aspect).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management

Abstract

The Head of Madrasah has a role in various matters related to improving the quality of both human resources and infrastructure in each madrasah he leads, teachers as human resources elements in madrasahs need strategic steps taken by the head of madrasah to improve their professionalism, this research aims to explore how the role of madarasah head in improving teacher competence in MTs Istiqamah Talu Talamau Subdistrict. Research is designed with an explorative qualitative approach, namely a study that aims to find the role performed by the head of madrasah through the search of various sources, the source of this research is madrasah supervisors, teachers in MTs Istiqamah and madarasah heads as a form of confirmation, to obtain data from the specified sources, in this research used observation techniques, interviews, documentation studies and focus group discussions, data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is that the head of madrasah plays a role in increasing the professionalism of teachers in the form of informative, coordinate, consultative and informative.

Abstract

Cooperative learning model Think Pair Share is a process of learning activities that includes providing material, group division, giving questions, giving questions and delivering the results of group discussions conducted by students. Cooperative Think Pair Share type centers on students so that students play an active role and are directly involved in the learning process. This research process was carried out because of the learning process which was still classified as classic and less effective. In addition, the role of students is still not maximized then the learning process which takes place in the morning and afternoon today makes students bored and bored with the subject matter. This is the lack of understanding of students about prayer, especially Sunnah prayer and lack of interest, enthusiasm and learning outcomes of students in the learning process in Islamic Education subjects. This study aims to improve students' understanding of Sunnah prayer in Islamic Education subjects by applying the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model in class VIII.3 SMP Negeri 2 Mattirobulu, Pinrang. The variable that becomes the target of change in this study is the result of increasing student understanding, while the action variable used in this study is the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data collection techniques used was observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students from cycle I to cycle II had increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model can improve the results of students' understanding of Sunnah prayer at SMP Negeri 2 Mattirobulu, Pinrang.

Abstract

The presence of modernization in the world of Islamic education seems to be a necessity that cannot be avoided. The birth of reformer figures in the Islamic world who came from the Middle East and Indonesia became a separate impetus to accelerate the pace of renewal of Islamic education. This research uses library research type (library research) which is carried out using literature (literature) in the form of books, notes, and research reports from previous research. Sources of data can be obtained from documents or document studies. Document study, namely looking for data about things or variables in the form of notes or transcripts, books, newspapers, magazines, and other documents needed for research data. This research proves that the flow of renewal in Islamic education finds momentum when the Indonesian government is able to synergize with Muslim figures. Likewise, the accommodative and cooperative attitude displayed by some Indonesian Muslim leaders and Islamic community organizations has contributed to the government's belief that advancing Islamic educational institutions is not something that is scary but will add stability to the condition of government and politics in Indonesia. It is at this stage that the reform of Islamic education is ultimately integrated into the national education system.

Abstract

This article explains about the increased student activity during the covid-19 pandemic by using quiziz application in Islamic Religious Education learning. Quiziz has the advantage of being able to provide a pleasant atmosphere for students with music and pictures that change. Students will race in getting the highest rank because this quiziz uses a rating system. Playing games with this quiziz app can provide an experience for students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques used for observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed the use of quiziz in PAI learning makes the activities and learning outcomes of students so increased, from 31 students who were previously only active 15 people, but after using the quiziz application has increased and can also improve the learning results that were previously only completed 7 people, but after using the quiziz application to 20 students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the design of Islamic educational learning through the art of music, lighting and spatial neuroscience perspectives. This is important because Islamic education has not yet maximized innovative learning methods in using the learning model. This research approach is qualitative type of literature. The data sources of this study are literature in the fields of music, spatial lighting, Islamic education and neuroscience. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively using inductive thinking patterns. The results showed that the design of learning through music is able to optimize human brain function in both emotions, motivation, to positive actions, because the right and left brains functioning means that the cognitive and psychomotor aspects function optimally. Optimization of lighting in the study room has a great effect on the brain because most of the human brain receives information / knowledge through the human eye. Spatial design in learning is the optimization of the learning room in order to provide a sense of security and comfort in the learning process.

Abstract

The ability to read and translate Arabic is part of an important ability to be owned by learners, because without this ability, learners will have difficulty in revealing the meaning contained in written manuscripts in Arabic. In connection with this urgency, the study aims to describe changes in the ability to read and write Arabic using the method of al-Qawa'id wa al-Tarjamah. This study was conducted using experiments, namely researchers doing treathmen to experimental classes. Research data is collected through pre-test and post-test. The study sample was determined in clusters, based on the technique, the study sample amounted to 64 who were members of the experimental class and control class. The results of the experiment proved that there was a significant increase in the ability of learners to read and translate Arabic scripts, the increase was seen from the increase in the acquisition of test results after the treatment.

Abstract

Management is one of the most important aspects in managing a dynamic and diverse society, so it can be solved by good management in the community. Da'wah with its various variations always fills the joints of the life of every religious community. Of course, it cannot be separated from the elements of Islamic education management in society. This study aims to describe the actualization of education management and instill the values of da'wah bil hal through an infaq voucher program that is tailored to the needs of the local community. Da'wah bi al-hal through Participatory Action Research can actually bring benefits and change for the community in realizing their hopes and finding solutions to their difficulties. This activity involved stakeholders Blotongan Village, religious and community leaders, mosque takmir and mosque youth. The results of the study show that the application of education management and da'wah bil things that have been done can increase participation, environmental awareness, and through the media infaq vouchers are able to support the prosperity of the mosque.
