Abstract

This article discusses guidance and counseling in an Islamic perspective. This research method is a literature study, which is done by searching, collecting, reading, taking notes on the sub-discussions in Islamic guidance and counseling. The data collection technique in this research is library research, namely data collection activities related to research obtained from books, scientific journals, literature and other publications that are used as references for research researched by the author. The purpose of this study is to find out counseling guidance in an Islamic perspective, not only the meaning of counseling guidance in Islam, but also to explain the purpose, function, therapy in Islam and the requirements of a counselor in Islam. Many already know about the purpose and function of counseling guidance in general, but do not fully understand it Islamically. Especially at times like this that limit meetings, activities that make anxiety or worry increase. So, we explain how to deal with anxiety easily and without the need to visit a specialist or a psychiatrist. If the anxiety level is too high, it is possible to visit a specialist or a counselor. An Islamic counselor must have criteria according to the Islamic perspective. With this journal, it is hoped that it will make it easier for readers to understand counseling guidance in the perception of Islam as well as reminding each other to worship so as to reduce anxiety or worries about life.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the effect of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repitition (AIR) learning model on the historical understanding of the students' abbasid dynasty. This study uses a quantitative approach, in which data collection uses a test description instrument. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis (mean and standard deviation) and t-test analysis to test differences in understanding of the material. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the AIR and students 'understanding is categorized as high 0.97 or 97%, it is said to be high because the implementation of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repitition (AIR) learning model can improve students' understanding. on learning Islamic Cultural History. There is an effect of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repitition (AIR) learning model on students' understanding of the learning of the history of the establishment of the Abbasid Dynasty class XI MIA.3 MAN 2 Barru.

Abstract

The initial problem that became the background of this research was the low motivation of students to learn and also there were still students who did not complete the PAI subject at SMA Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of experimental research. There are 30 students in the Experiment class and 29 students in the control class. This study was conducted to determine how the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on students' motivation and learning outcomes. Based on the research that has been carried out, the following results are obtained: (1) The application of the PBL model affects the motivation of class XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang; (2) The application of the PBL model affects the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model has an effect on student motivation and learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang.

Abstract

Rogers is one of humanism figure who views human as a tough and creative individual to develop him self. His educational background really influence the way he thought and his theory. His most famous theory was client centered. In the theory, a client is considered as a honored and possessed super power within his body. Therapist in this theory is seen like a real friend who is trying to position him and his client without distance nor boundaries. This is intended so that the client is willing to communicate his main problems freely. The goal is to discover his client potential talent owned. This theory will be effectively applied in educational field recently. Within this, students are expected to grow and develop according to their interest and talents, without any outside force. The expected outcome is that the students will become golden individual who have more humanity and creative as well.

Abstract

Nowadays, the prevalence of juvenile delinquency such as brawls between students, drugs, and free sex shows a negative impact on the progress of this civilization. This incident certainly shows fewer results than students' Islamic education in schools. It becomes homework for Islamic religious education as a subject that contains religious values, morals, and ethics. This subject is a leading position in the moral development of students. Several internal and external influences that affect learning outcomes include physical, psychological, fatigue, family, school, and community. The most influencing factor in student learning outcomes is the family factor.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Qur’an tahfidz program and its implication for the morals of students at SMP IT Ar-Risalah Sukoharjo. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Researchers collected data by using interview, observation and documentation studies. The result of this study are that first, the application of program classically, tahfidz week, mabit, tahfidz quarantine, Qur’an camping. Second, the method used in memorizing the Qur’an. Third, obstacles in the implementation of the tahfidz program. Fourth, the supporting factors for the tahfidz program. Fifth, evaluation of the tahfidz program. Sixth, the implications of implementing the tahfidz program with students moral.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, education in Indonesia has experienced various problems, often infecting students. Immoral violations through social media and rampant bullying cases carried out by students have resulted in a crisis of character and morals of the nation's children so that the world of education is getting worse which results in a decline in public trust. The implementation of education with an integrated school model with pesantren is one answer to this problem. MI Ma'arif NU Tunjungmuli 1 is a Madrasah that applies two curricula in the learning process, namely the 2013 curriculum and the pesantren curriculum. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the ontology, epistemology, and axiology of the Islamic boarding school curriculum at MI Ma'arif NU Tunjungmuli 1. The use of data is carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Waka Kurikukum, Board of teachers, and students of MI Ma'arif NU Tunjungmuli 1. The purpose of this study was to describe the ontology, epistemology and axiology of the curriculum of the MI Ma'arif NU Tunjungmuli Islamic boarding school 1. The research shows the results that the pesantren curriculum in the ontology perspective concerns the nature of the curriculum, pesantren, and the pesantren curriculum. In the epistemological review, it presents the method of implementing the pesantren curriculum. In the axiological review, it explores why the pesantren curriculum is applied and what is the purpose of the pesantren curriculum.

Abstract

This study discusses about history of the codification Qur'an, from the collection period to the completion of punctuation marks, analyzes the character values that stand out during the process, with the purpose that these values can be imitated by today's ummah. This type of research is (library research), with data sources from books, articles or journals related to the subject matter. The results showed that historically, there were many problems that occurred at that time, first, the rejection and concern of Abu Bakr and Zaid bin Thabit towards the collection of the Qur'an because of the absence of orders from the Prophet, secondly, during the time of Abu Bakr and Umar as a form of prudence, giving instructions and strict standards must be two witnesses, third, the period of Usman, set one standard manuscript, as a solution to the division of the Islamic ummah related to the problem of differences in qira'at, fourth, improvement of writing and punctuation due to the increasing needs of Muslims great attitude towards the Qur'an, while many of its adherents come from outside the Arabian peninsula. The author's analysis of the values of character education that can be imitated today from all the problems that occurred during the codification period are: the courage to express an opinion if it is the truth and for the benefit of the ummah, wise and humble attitude which is reflected in the leader of the community, obedience to the leader in kindness is a must, prioritizing deliberation as a way of resolving if there is a dispute, being critical of the situation and daring to take decisions if it is for the unity of the ummah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the program insiated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, reciting the holy Quran after maghrib. This study uses CIPP model of evaluation. The samples are taken from several mosques and homes that organized maghrib mengaji (reciting Quran) program in Medan city. The study concludes that the program can be continued because it has revitalized the Muslims culture in reciting Quran after maghrib prayer. This program has achieved the main goal of the governments program that is to restore the Indonesian muslim tradition and the output of the program is absolutely positive since many people have participated in the program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an in tahfidz students and what are the obstacles and solutions. The method in this research is a field study approach using qualitative research. It was carried out at the Ibn Jauzi Islamic boarding school from January to March 2022. The primary data were tahfidz teachers, and secondary data were the head of the foundation and tahfidz students, the validity of the data was done by triangulation of sources, the data was obtained by observation and in-depth interviews, then the data was analyzed descriptively with Miles and Huberman's theory. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an of students are carried out by: emphasizing intentions, motivating students, murojaah continuously and talaqqi in front of the teachers. The obstacles are; the age of the students, the physical condition of the students, the lack of motivation, the physical condition of the teachers, and the feeling of laziness in the tahfidz students. The solution is done by; conduct evaluations, provide continuous motivation, and provide extra supervision.
