Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of leadership, communication, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, and to determine and examine the direct and indirect effects of leadership and communication on job satisfaction through employee motivation in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach in this research is quantitative, the population of this research is all employees of Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 46 people. The sample is 44 people with total sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used SEM and PLS software. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership, communication, motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City are in the high category. Leadership has a significant positive influence on employee motivation. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Leadership has an insignificant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only had an adverse impact on human health, it has also had an adverse effect on the economic sectors/sectors in Indonesia, especially in the banking sector. Commercial Banks in operating their duties as financial organizations/institutions are required to be able to relate to many people. However, from a different perspective, the challenges and dangers of corona virus infection are the main source of problems that weaken this sector. Likewise, during the post-Covid-19 pandemic, the banking sector was required to make policies to recover from the decline in performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to carry out an analysis of banking service digitization strategies in the context of recovering and improving bank performance after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study takes research subjects from the management of commercial banks that have used digital technology in Bali. The technique used in this study is a qualitative method/or technique. The results of his research are digitalization strategies used by commercial banks in recovering and improving performance in the post-pandemic period, namely digital transformation strategies, commercial bank fintech product innovation strategies, bank collaboration strategies with fintech service providers, and collaboration strategies with institutions/institutions. The results can provide recommendations for the management of commercial banks to adopt a policy to improve banking performance after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is an integrated and organized effort to develop the quality of life by managing the provision, development, utilization and maintenance of resources in a sustainable manner. Attack Traditional Village is one of the tourist destinations in Denpasar City which is currently developing rapidly. Attack Traditional Village has very strong potential in the tourism sector because this village is supported by natural charm and socio-cultural values ​​as a tourist destination that is progressing along with the progress of the surrounding tourism destinations. This research will examine the Balinese Kerthi Economic concept, namely a new paradigm in economics that integrates and balances the order of life in order to create physical/material (scale) and non-physical/spiritual (niskala) prosperity and happiness in realizing sustainable tourism in the Serangan traditional village.

Abstract

The development of the competitiveness of UMKM is currently heavily influenced by various factors such as technology, finance, and production processes, and the most important sources are employees with intellectual capital/assets, skills, creativity, and information. Companies or UMKM that have employee capital with large intellectual/assets will the faster the UMKM progress and develop. Competence is said to be one of the factors that affect the performance of UMKM. This is closely related to the performance of SMEs. In the business world, one of them is in the Kamen Prana Sutra Weaving Business in Kalianget Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial and decision-making skills and managerial time on the performance of SMEs. The number of workers in the UMKM is 50 people who will be used in the sample in this study. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this research is the method of distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study state that the parameter coefficient value of the relationship between Managerial and Decision Making Skills on UMKM Performance is 0.000 and the t-statistic value is 4.473, Human and Managerial Time on UMKM Performance moderated by skill and knowledge is 0.018 and the t-statistic value of 2,375. It can be stated that all constructs have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Human resources are the company's most important asset. Even though the development of information technology is increasingly massive, the role of human resources cannot be replaced. This relates to management functions that must be carried out to ensure that the company's business activities run well according to the stated objectives. Therefore, companies are expected to not only focus on work results as a form of employee productivity, but also encourage employee job satisfaction. The greater the job satisfaction felt by employees, the greater their work productivity will be. There are various factors that can influence employee job satisfaction, such as providing financial and non-financial compensation. However, in its development, employee job satisfaction is not only influenced by the company side, but also by the individual employee's condition. Achieving job satisfaction is faced with various obstacles, one of which is related to work-family conflict felt by employees. Untreated work-family conflict can result in work stress and affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe career development, perceived organizational support, employee retention, and job satisfaction of employees at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Bojonegoro and Lamongan, and to analyze the direct and indirect effects of career development and perceived organizational support on employee retention through job satisfaction. This explanatory research employs a quantitative approach, using census sampling for the entire population of 31 employees, with data analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that retention, career development, and organizational support are categorized as very high, while job satisfaction is categorized as high. Career development does not have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, but perceived organizational support does have a significant direct effect. Directly, job satisfaction, career development, and organizational support significantly affect employee retention. Indirectly, career development does not significantly affect employee retention through job satisfaction, while perceived organizational support does have a significant effect on employee retention through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Uma Sapna Villa Bali is a company in the hospitality industry, has 26 units with 5 different categories. The company's consumers come from domestic and international tourists. The problem that occurs in this company is the decreased in guest occupancy rates in 2023, where the occupancy rate in 2022 reached 83.50% while in 2023 it decreased to 76.78%. Uma Sapna Villa needs to conduct an analysis of the company's environment both internally and externally using the IE Matrix analysis to determine the business position and formulate strategies as alternative business strategies and their implications for marketing that can be used as recommendations in making policies in the future. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was collected using the Delphi method with in-depth interview techniques guided by questionnaires and observing supporting documents such as the company website and online travel agents. The respondents in this study were 3 top managers from different divisions of Uma Sapna Villa Bali. The data collected was analyzed using the IFAS-EFAS matrix. Based on the results of the IE matrix analysis for the present and future, Uma Sapna Villa Bali is in Quadrant I in the Growth position with a concentration through vertical integration. In this condition, the strategies that can be used are backward integration strategies, market penetration strategies and market development. The implications for marketing strategy are through e-WOM strategies and attractive brand narratives.

Abstract

Higher education is a source of innovation and solutions for the growth and development of the nation as time goes by. One of the important issues in higher education is the decline in the number of new students entering private universities, influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic and the change of several state universities to become state universities with legal entities. This causes competition between private universities to become increasingly fierce, which cannot be avoided. This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion on the decision to choose a private university in Bali with the brand image variable as the mediating variable. The data used in this research is primary data originating from questionnaires distributed to students at the STIKOM Bali Institute of Technology and Business. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of this research are that promotion and brand image partially have a positive and significant effect on the decision to select private universities and promotion has a positive and significant effect on the brand image of private universities. For indirect effects, promotion has a positive and significant indirect effect on PT selection decisions which is mediated by brand image.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee productivity. This research was conducted at BPR in Bali with a research sample of268 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The research results show that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at BPR in Bali, so that the better the work environment, the more employee productivity at PT will increase. BPR in Bali (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at BPR in Bali so that the more work discipline increases, the more employee productivity at BPR in Bali (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at BPR in Bali, so that the more job satisfaction increases, the more employee productivity at BPR in Bali.

Abstract

Instaskin Bali Clinic is a clinic that provides skincare services, genitals, and esthetics located in Denpasar, Bali. To date, Instaskin Bali Clinic has been committed to continuing to improve the quality of service for patients. With the hard work, this clinic takes several steps, including building good relationships with patients, improved the qualitys of services when patients visit, and updating clinic information via social media. This study is conducted to analyzed influenced of Social Media Marketing, Customer Relationships Management, and Service Quality on Patients Satisfaction in Instaskin Bali. The survey was dispersed online to 100 respondents who are patients Instaskin Bali. This research using multiple linear regression. The result says that’s Social Media Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality partially influence to Patient Satisfaction. When tested together all variables X have an influence to variable Y where percentage 84.2% and 16.8% from other variables not examined in this study.
