Abstract

Digital transformation has changed Business to Business marketing, including in the petrochemical industry. This research analyzes the implementation of derivative product digital marketing strategies at PT Pupuk Kujang through Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from ten selected journals. As a result, the use of digital platforms, especially company websites, increases operational efficiency and reduces customer acquisition costs. The website functions as the main channel for product information, technical specifications, and transactions with B2B customers. Digital technology helps simplify marketing, increase visibility, and expand the market. The three key success factors are the integration of technology with products, local market contextualization, and the development of an integrated security model. The main challenge is to balance digital accessibility with strict security protocols. This research contributes to the development of a digital marketing strategy framework that can be adapted by similar companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pemanfaatan fintech payment gateway membantu UMKM dalam transaksi yang lebih aman dan efisien serta memperluas jangkauan pelanggan, sedangkan financial literacy memberikan pemilik UMKM pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan yang baik. Kombinasi antara fintech payment gateway dan financial literacy ini meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam kinerja keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fintech payment gateway dan financial literacy terhadap kinerja keuangan umkm di kota denpasar. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden, dan populasi yang digunakan adalah pelaku umkm di kota denpasar sektor usaha kuliner yang sudah menerapkan sistem pembayaran digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fintech payment gateway tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM di Kota Denpasar, tetapi financial literacy terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang pengelolaan keuangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pelaku UMKM Kata kunci : fintech, payment gateway, financial literacy, kinerja keuangan umkm ABSTRACT: The use of fintech payment gateways helps MSMEs in safer and more efficient transactions and expands customer reach, while financial literacy provides MSME owners with knowledge about good financial management. The combination of fintech payment gateways and financial literacy improves MSMEs' ability in their financial performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between fintech payment gateways and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs in the city of Denpasar. The quantitative method used in this study with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents, and the population used was MSME actors in the city of Denpasar in the culinary business sector who had implemented a digital payment system. The results of the study showed that the application of fintech payment gateways did not have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in the city of Denpasar, but financial literacy was proven to have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs, which shows that a good understanding of financial management can improve the financial performance of MSME actors Keywords: fintech, payment gateway, financial literacy, financial performance of MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract The low level of digital skills among MSME players is a challenge in facing the current era of digital transformation. The purpose of this research is to find out about how human resource development in improving the digital skills of assisted MSME players at PLUT KUMKM Cianjur. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis to find out and identify aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the process of developing human resources in improving digital skills. The results found in this study indicate that PLUT KUMKM Cianjur must use more optimal and sustainable training and education methods in terms of efforts to improve the digital skills of MSME actors. However, there are still obstacles including the low level of digital literacy of MSME actors, budget constraints and the availability of existing infrastructure. Based on the results in the SWOT analysis, it is found that PLUT KUMKM Cianjur is still lacking in making efforts to develop human resources in improving the digital skills of assisted MSME players, where based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS calculations, it is found that PLUT's position is in quadrant II with an X coordinate value of 1.09 and a Y coordinate of -0.59, which indicates that PLUT has good strengths but is faced with considerable challenges. Therefore, the recommended strategy is to use a diversification strategy, which means that with these severe challenges, it is hoped that the organization will be able to implement various strategies in order to anticipate threats or challenges in efforts to improve the digital skills of assisted MSME actors. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The population in this study consisted of all employees of Karangasem I Public Health Center, totaling 59 individuals. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample or census technique, where the entire population was used as the sample, amounting to 59 respondents. The analysis techniques used in this research included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Compensation positively influences employee performance through job satisfaction at Karangasem I Public Health Center. The suggestion of this study is that the Head of Karangasem I Public Health Center is expected to improve compensation, enhance job satisfaction, and increase employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of brand trust in mediating the influence of e-wom on purchasing decisions. This study was conducted on Scarlett Whitening consumers in Denpasar City with a quantitative approach using the associative causality method. The sample determination used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 samples was used and used a survey method with offline and online questionnaires. The theory used is the S-O-R Theory and AISAS Theory. The data analysis technique in this study is path analysis using SPSS. The results of this study state that all hypotheses are accepted. E-wom has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. E-wom has a positive and significant influence on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand trust is able to partially mediate the influence of e-wom on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening consumers in Denpasar City. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that brand trust has an important role in e-wom on purchasing decisions. The implication of this study is the importance of Scarlett Whitening building consumer trust in the brand by providing relevant information to build positive e-wom which is expected to increase consumer purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening in Denpasar City.

Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected global economy, the effective implementation of Global Marketing Management (GMM) has emerged as a critical success factor for organizations across industries and scales. This study adopts a qualitative, exploratory approach to examine the strategic complexities of GMM, drawing from secondary data, scholarly literature, and real-world case studies. Focusing on Jollibee Foods Corporation—a Philippine-based multinational brand—the research explores how hybrid marketing strategies that integrate global standardization with local responsiveness are applied in practice. Key challenges identified include cultural misalignment, operational fragmentation, and legal and regulatory constraints, while enablers of success encompass cultural intelligence, integrated marketing communications, and real-time data analytics. The findings reveal that GMM is a dynamic and non-linear process requiring continuous adaptation to cultural, technological, and geopolitical shifts. This study offers strategic insights and practical implications for scholars, marketing professionals, and global business leaders seeking to navigate the evolving demands of international markets.

Abstract

Human resources play a strategic role in organizational development. All actions taken by an organization to achieve a goal depend on the human resources. Achieving organizational goals is influenced not only by the strategic position of each human resource but also by their loyalty. Turnover intention is the final stage in the decision making process before an employee leaves an organization. Among the factors influencing turnover intention are job satisfaction and job embeddedness. This study aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction and job embeddedness on turnover intention. The method used was a systematic literature review. The results of a total of five journals used as references in the literature review found that four journals stated that job embeddedness had a significant influence on turnover intention. The journals that stated that job embeddedness did not have a significant influence on turnover intention were because employees could assess the company's performance and how the company could provide opportunities for employees to develop, which would reduce the desire for turnover. Four journals found that job satisfaction significantly influences turnover intention. The primary factor that keeps generation Y in an organization is the fit dimension of job embeddedness, where employees perceived compatibility with the organization and its environment is a key factor in their retention. Organizations must align generation Y's expectations with the reality of their work to improve job satisfaction. Future research is expected to utilize more varied variables and more specific research subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Semua karyawan PT. GEARINC INDONESIA adalah subjek penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan 40 responden. dengan mengumpulkan data awal melalui kuisioner, dengan 40 responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien 0,408 dan signifikansi 0,015, yang merupakan nilai yang lebih rendah dari 0,05. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi positif oleh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja, masing-masing dengan koefisien 0,414 dan signifikansi 0,000, dimana nilai ini kurang dari 0,05.

Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa adalah sebuah lembaga keuangan milik masyarakat desa yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kekayaan aset desa dan mendukung kegiatan usaha serta kesejahteraan masyarakat desa terutama Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna untuk menguji serta mendapatkan bukti empiris peran teknologi informasi dalam memoderasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan LPD di Kota Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa di Kota Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 153 karyawan operasional yang bekerja menggunakan teknologi informasi di Lembaga Perkreditan Desa di Kota Denpasar yang sudah terdaftar di LPLPD Kota Denpasar. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan LPD. Sistem Pengendalian Internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan LPD. Teknologi informasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan LPD. Teknologi informasi tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja keuangan LPD. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diharapkan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa di Kota Denpasar dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan memperbaiki penerapan sistem pengendalian internal. Selain itu, pelatihan dalam menggunakan teknologi infromasi diperlukan agar teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dan efisien untuk mencapai kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) play a crucial role in strengthening local economic resilience, yet many face challenges adapting to digital transformation. This study examines the influence of digital literacy and online marketing practices on the performance of Asta Dharma BUMDesa in Sembung Gede Village. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with BUMDesa managers, field observations, and analysis of organizational documents. The research findings indicate that BUMDesa managers' digital literacy remains at a basic level, characterized by limited skills in managing digital platforms, branding, and utilizing online marketing. Online marketing activities are still carried out in a rudimentary manner, without a structured strategy, using standard operating procedures, or a lack of dedicated human resources. These limitations significantly impact the visibility, competitiveness, and market reach of BUMDesa products. Although villages have strong economic potential, particularly in agriculture, local food products, and tourism, their integration into the digital market ecosystem remains weak. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy is crucial for improving managerial capabilities, marketing effectiveness, and institutional performance. This study provides insights into the digital readiness of rural economic institutions and recommends sustainable capacity building, strategic digital marketing planning, and collaboration between stakeholders to improve the performance of BUMDesa in the digital era.
