Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Commitment, and Work Productivity at the Village and Community Empowerment Service of Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment on the Work Productivity of employees at the Department of Community and Village Empowerment, Bojonegoro Regency. This research is an explanatory research and uses a quantitative research approach. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, totaling 37 people. Total sampling technique or census sampling so that a sample of 37 people is determined. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis which is then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Commitment, and Work Productivity of Employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bojonegoro Regency in the high category. Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment all have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Department of Community and Village Empowerment, Bojonegoro Regency

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy, love of money, and locus of control on financial management behavior, and to see whether financial self-efficiency can moderate this relationship. The population used in this research is the Millennial Generation who live in Denpasar City which cannot be determined. Purposive sampling is used to obtain respondents with certain criteria. There were 19 indicators used in this research with a total of 104 research subjects who met the sample criteria to be used. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 24.0 for Windows. This research found that financial literacy and love of money are determinants of financial management behavior. Financial management behavior is influenced by financial literacy and love of money. In this context, these two factors enable the millennial generation in Denpasar City to carry out financial management behavior armed with their literacy and love of money. This research also found that financial self-efficacy strengthens and weakens the relationship between financial literacy and love of money, respectively. It is known that financial self-efficacy, in this context is a person's self-confidence in managing their finances well, can be the basis for strengthening and weakening the financial management behavior of the Denpasar City millennial generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the training conditions, organizational culture, motivation and performance of employees in Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. To test and analyze the effect of training and organizational culture on employee motivation. To test and analyze the direct effect of training, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. To test and analyze the indirect effect of training and organizational culture on performance through the motivation of employees of the Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City. This type of research is explanatory research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City, totaling 44 people. As for the sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The research sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample. Data analysis was performed by path analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using SmartPLS software. The results of the study can be concluded that Performance, Training, Organizational Culture in the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City are in the very high category while work motivation is in the high category. Training has a significant effect on employee motivation. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee motivation. Training directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture has no direct significant effect on Employee Performance. Work motivation directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through employee motivation. Training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through employee motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, communication and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Sinar Kuta. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Sinar Kuta with a total sample of 40 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Sinar Kuta. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Sinar Kuta. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Sinar Kuta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior on investment interest. Investing is one way to manage finances. When someone is interested in investing, that person already has sufficient financial knowledge or literacy regarding current economic conditions and is supported by an attitude in managing finances well (Financial Behavior). This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to 101 students of the accounting study program at Triatma Mulya University. This research was assisted by the SPSS 22 statistical tool. The results of this research show that Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior have a significant effect on investment interest and have a contribution of 81.6%, the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of employee work both in terms of quality and quantity in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned to the employee. To improve employee performance, it is necessary to have high competency and good work motivation so that employees are increasingly encouraged to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at KOPPAS Srinadi Printing and Convection Unit. The population and sample in this research were all employees at KOPPAS Srinadi Divorce and Convection Unit, totaling 31 employees. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS version 3.0. The research results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation is able to mediate the effect of competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) is behavior shown by employees in concrete actions in the form of completing work beyond the formal obligations set by the company, but can support organizational function effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation on OCB. This research conducted at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar with a population of 122 employees. Determining the number of samples was carried out using the slovin formula so that a sample of 94 employees was obtained and the sample determination method used was sample random sampling. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of thirty-two statement items as measured by a likert scale with five answer choices. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear analysis techniques consisting of a determination test, t test and f test. The result of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar. The advice given to company management is to pay attention to statement items on organizational culture variables, organizational commitment and work motivation which have low values and are still below the average variable value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of motivation on the effect of work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT BPR Santi Pala. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The research population is employees of PT BPR Santi Pala, namely 38 employees who work at the company. Sampling using the saturated sample method using the SEM-PLS model. SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SmartPLS, it shows that: Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted because the t-statistic value is 3.569> t-table 1.96 and the p-values are 0.000 <0.05. Hypothesis testing on H2 and H3 is also accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. In addition, the mediation hypotheses H4 and H5 are accepted because the p-values are smaller than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the effect of work experience on employee performance.

Abstract

: In conducting business operations, it is essential for every company to possess the ability to effectively manage its assets in order to fulfill its business goals. Financial performance is one of the measures indicating the success of a business. Financial performance, proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), is used to measure a company's effectiveness in generating profits by utilizing its assets. The greater a company's ROA, the better its position in terms of asset utilization. This study aims to explain the influence of intellectual capital, board of directors, managerial ownership, and company size on financial performance in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study comprises all Banking Companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2022, totaling 47 companies. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 18 companies. The analytical technique employed to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant influence on company financial performance (return on assets). However, the board of directors, managerial ownership, and company size do not influence financial performance (return on assets) in banking companies.

Abstract

In a fiercely competitive business era, a company's success is not only determined by the products or services it offers, but also by its ability to truly understand and fulfil customers' needs and wants through its products and digital marketing. By understanding customers deeply, companies can design effective marketing strategies that focus on creating sustainable satisfaction for customers, so as to make customers loyal and willing to buy products again. This study aims to analyse the role of brand image in mediating the effect of product innovation and digital marketing on repurchase intention. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results showed that product innovation and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and brand image is able to mediate product innovation and digital marketing on repurchase intention. In an effort to increase repurchases, companies must focus on developing product innovation and digital marketing strategies..
