Abstract

The GNNT (National Non-Cash Movement) program is in line with fintech innovations that have a real impact on improving the efficiency of the payment system, financial inclusion, and the Indonesian economy. In the Kedungkandang sub-district area of Malang City, the number of culinary MSME units has increased, which can encourage GNNT to be realized. However, many culinary MSMEs have not optimized using QRIS as a non-cash payment tool. This study aims to see the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use, and risk on culinary msmes’ interest in utilizing QRIS. This research uses Quantitative method approach in this research. Culinary MSMEs are in Kedungkandang District, Malang City, as the research population. The sample was taken by a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data ere collected by n distributing questionnaires and was measured using nominal and Likert scales-data processing with Stata 17 software with a multinomial logistic regression model. The results show that perceived benefits, convenience and risk partially affect the interest of culinary MSMEs in using QRIS. The perception of benefits, convenience and risk encourages an increase in the probability of interest in culinary MSMEs in using QRIS so that perceived benefits can increase MSME understanding of the benefits of QRIS, the perception of ease of use supports increased adoption of QRIS use; perceived risk can encourage strengthening the QRIS security system so that MSMEs are more confident and adopt QRIS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial behavior of female MSME entrepreneurs, with income as a moderating variable. The data were collected by using a survey as the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents for this study were female MSME entrepreneurs residing in Solo and Yogyakarta, totaling 400 respondents, with 200 from each region. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out offline and online via google form. The results indicate that financial knowledge and income do not influence financial behavior, while financial technology and lifestyle negatively affect financial behavior. Internal locus of control and spiritual intelligence positively impact financial behavior, with income which is not able to moderate the relationship between financial knowledge and financial behavior. These results have implications for the financial behavior of women who work as MSME entrepreneurs to improve their financial knowledge so that they become better and wiser in their financial behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sharia financial literacy and family income on household consumption debt in Surabaya. This research method uses a quantitative approach through questionnaires to 115 house-holds in Surabaya. The sample in this study was Surabaya City house-holds, which the researchers obtained based on established criteria. The sample that met the criteria was 115 households. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests, which are processed through the SPSS application. The research results show that partial sharia financial literacy does not have a significant influence on household consumption debt, while family income has a significant negative influence on consumption debt. The better the sharia financial literacy, the higher the household consumption debt; on the other hand, the higher the income, the lower the consumption debt. The implications of the results of this research are that households play an active role in Sharia financial inclusion but do not understand or study Sharia financial literacy. The high level of household consumption debt is influenced by needs and lifestyle. The household income factor is wiser in its use, where households with higher incomes tend to have lower consumption debt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, risk perception, lifestyle, and the use of digital payments, all of which are mediated. by intention, on Generation Z in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques involving 175 Generation Z respondents in Surabaya. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a direct influence on the intention and use of digital payments, while risk perception does not directly affect the intention to use digital payments but directly affects the use of digital payments. Meanwhile, lifestyle does not directly affect the use of digital payments. This study proves that the intention to use digital payment applications is able to mediate the influence of financial literacy on the use of digital payments. Yet, the intention to use digital payment applications is not able to mediate the perception of risk in the use of digital payments. It can be implied that financial literacy is important for increasing the use of digital payment applications for Generation Z in Surabaya through high intentions.

Abstract

Financial behavior reflects how individuals manage financial resources to meet their needs and achieve life goals. Financial behavior, when supported by financial literacy, experience, and self-efficacy, can enhance living standards. This study aims to explore the influence of financial literacy, financial experience, and the role of financial self-efficacy as an intervening variable. of lecturers at Universidade da Paz. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. Total respondents were 100 lecturers at Universidade da Paz Timor Leste. Research on financial behavior has been conducted in Indonesia and other countries. However, similar research has not touched the society in Timor Leste. Therefore, this research is very important to do in order to enrich empirical findings in behavior finance research. Data was collected using the survey method through questionnaires. Analysis is conducted using SEM-PLS. The results showed that financial literacy and financial experience had no significant direct effect on financial behavior. Financial self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior and is proven as a mediator in the relationship between financial experience and financial behavior. The implication is that Universidade da Paz lecturers should improve their financial experience by growing their self-efficacy which in turn makes their financial behavior better.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Higher education institutions face challenges in providing services to meet student expectations. This study aims to examine the impact of service quality on student satisfaction using the HESQUAL (Higher Education Service Quality) model. Sampling was used with random sampling technique, involving 290 respondents. Data analysis was conducted with SEM-PLS. The results showed that administrative services, physical facilities, and teaching quality had a significant positive impact on student satisfaction. However, academic services related to the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) do not have a significant impact on student satisfaction. The results of this study imply that to increase student satisfaction, education service providers should optimize administrative procedures, better facility maintenance, and excellent lecturer services.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja pada karyawan yang berkerja dibagian produksi di PT. Intidragon Suryatama Mojokerto. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 120 responden pada bagian produksi dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner cetak yang dibagikan secara langusng pada responden, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dalam pengambilan data, jenis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah data primer data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden. teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 10%. penelitian ini menggunakan metode struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLSveris 4.1.0.9. pada penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaru signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelelahan kerja , kelalahan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja dengan kelelahan kerja sebagai variabel medasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and health service quality on patient satisfaction and loyalty at Rangkah health center, Surabaya. The background of this study is based on the increasing need for responsive, modern, and digital technology-based health services, especially in the context of competition with private health facilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 179 respondents who have been treated at Rangkah health center. The analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that both digital marketing and health service quality had a significant effect on patient satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, patient satisfaction was shown to act as a mediating variable between digital marketing and service quality with patient loyalty. These findings confirm the importance of integration between effective digital marketing strategies and improved service quality in building sustainable patient loyalty. This study provides strategic implications for public healthcare managers in the face of digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan telah mendorong Puskesmas untuk mengadopsi sistem pendaftaran online dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan Permasalahan antrean panjang dan rendahnya kepuasan pasien di layanan kesehatan mendorong kebutuhan inovasi digital, khususnya pendaftaran online, serta peningkatan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendaftaran online dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan 200 pasien sebagai responden, dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendaftaran online dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, yang selanjutnya memediasi pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap loyalitas pasien. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dan peningkatan kualitas layanan dalam membangun loyalitas pasien. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengelola layanan kesehatan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pendaftaran online dan memperkuat kualitas pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh isu penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) berbasis environmental, social, and governance (ESG) yang diyakini berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan, meskipun bukti empiris yang ada masih menunjukkan hasil yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan SAK berbasis ESG terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur menggunakan rasio ROA, ROE, dan NPM, dengan mempertimbangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan, leverage, serta perbedaan sektor industri. Populasi penelitian mencakup perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2024, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 perusahaan yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ESG, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, serta tidak ditemukan perbedaan pengaruh ESG antar sektor industri. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi penerapan ESG, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage tetap memiliki relevansi dalam menjelaskan variasi profitabilitas. Oleh karena itu, integrasi praktik ESG dengan strategi keuangan menjadi penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan kinerja perusahaan dalam jangka Panjang.
