Abstract

In the world of tourism, building a quality information is one thing to note because it involves decision-making for the visitors or tourists. The quality of this information will be processed with a quality information system and then create results / output that is useful for people who need information to travel them. Today's eco-tourism has become a more dominant choice for tourists who want to visit Indonesia especially to eastern Indonesia one of them is West Mangggarai Regency. Information about the ecotourism area of Mbeliling Forest, West Manggarai regency has become the attention of the visitors because inside the mbeliling forest there are some very promising tourism potentials, it could be for the years to come, this area will often be visited by many tourists. The purpose of the study to determine whether there is a significant influence the quality of information (independent variable) to the loyalty of tourists (dependent variable). Using quantitative method, the questionnaire will be done some analysis such as data quality test (validity and reliability), simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that as much as 15.3% variable quality of information affect the loyalty of tourists among some other things that affect (84.7%). It is also explained that there is a positive effect of information quality on tourist loyalty of 0,322

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know wtether knowledge, skill, responsiveness and communication skill influence in job competition for graduate student from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA. The population in this study are student pf Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata SMPTA that graduated in 2013 until 2016, the total population in this studt is 702 and 200 respondents who have worked taken as samples, samples were taken with non probability sampling technique and accidental sampling approach. Sampling approach using regression equations obtained results that through test results F (regression analysis jointly) may note that the value of F = 147.104 count with the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the test F reinforced with testing the determination of the coefficient that shows the value of 74.6%) (0.746. From Test t (partially) can result in variable knowledge with a value of t = 3,173 and significance of the value 0002 < 0.05, variable skill with a value of t = 2,949 and value the significance of 0.004 < 0.05, variable attitude with a value of t = 2,688 and value the significance of 0.008 < 0.05, variable communication skill with a value of t = value and significance of 4,497 0000 < 0.05. From the above results can be known that the hypothesis posed was not proven in other words that all of these variables can be said to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as partial toward the ability of STP graduates AMPTA in the face of competition in the world of work

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Internal Marketing (leadership, consultative, motivation, work standard, communication, and training) in developing the quality of Wendit Water Park attraction through description analysis. Respondents for this study were a total of 100 people who used for analysis.Respondents were taken randomly to answer the questionnaire. Testing was used for description analysis.The results of statistical analysis of description obtained that Internal Marketing has a strong contribution (80%) to the development of Wendit Water Park attraction, meaning that if Internal Marketing (leadership, consultative, motivation, work standards, communication, and training) is developed, it will lead to high quality tothe attraction of Wendit Water Park (WWP ). Six factors of Internal Marketing that reflect the success of marketing activities at Wendit Water Park (WWP) attraction.In average, WWP already has a good perception in scale 4 (70%), while the factor that has the highest frequency is sharing communication in Wendit Water Park (WWP)

Abstract

The era of information and communication technology provides opportunities and convenience for tourists to meet their needs of self-actualization by telling their experiences through writing, so-called travel writing. Travel writing can be used as a source of information to guide some potential tourists in planning their travels. Furthermore, it can also increase the number of domestic tourists’ visit to several tourist destinations spread across the nation. This research, through the descriptive qualitative approach, aims to thoroughly describe the phenomenon of the use of travel writing as the source of travel information. The informants in this research were 7 people. The data were collected through in-depth interview and questionnaire. The research results shows that magazines, newspapers and web portals have high credibility, while travel blogs have an objective and reliable. There were 5 characteristics of travel writing which expected by the reader such as simple writing, clear language, photo display, facts, and have value of benefits

Abstract

This research aims to give knowledge about Jatiningsih Sendang Maria Cave as a potential spiritual tourism object, a place of pilgrimage and increasing knowledge of the Christian community about Jatiningsih Sendang Maria Cave. The type of this research is a qualitative research. An observation and interview method is needed to get the data of the research. This research focuses on the potential of Jatiningsih Sendang Maria Cave as a spritual tourism object. The results of this research indicate that the potential of Jatiningsih Sendang Maria Cave as a spiritual tourism object in Yogyakarta, it can be reached by riding various types of vehicles such as motorcycles, cars, tourist buses. Abstract

Natural tourism destinations Watu Amben is tourist destinations which presents a panorama of the natural landscape which is located in the village of Pandeyan, district Piyungan, Bantul. One of the efforts made by the Manager of Watu Amben to introduce these tourist destinations to the public is using social media Instagram. Based on the foregoing, the researchers conducted a study with the title "Tourist Perception of Social Media Account Instagram@watuamben". Research methods used in this research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in nature tourism Watu Amben, with data collection techniques observation, interview, questionnaire and the documentation. The interviews addressed to account manager Instagram @watuamben and also tourists coming to Watu Amben, while questionnaires addressed to tourists visiting the Watu Amben. The purpose of this research is to know the visitor's perception of social media account Instagram @watuamben. The result of this research is that the pictures or videos that uploaded in Instagram by @watuamben could change the tourist perspective about tour destination waktu ambrn when they see the pictures and the videos. Also, the researchers hope that the administrators of Instagram account @watuamben could use the media social to introduce the tour destination watu amben to publiceffectively

Abstract

Yogyakarta which has a unique culture and nature and also relics of historical and religious relics can be a point of interest for domestic and foreign tourists. With diversity is quite a lot of power. This research is why Alternative Tour Packages will be an attraction if in a pack in such a way that becomes a diverse and interesting tour packages. With qualitative descriptive research methods found in addition to the main destinations Parangtritis Beach which was first famous. With the packaging method of alternative tour packages and promotions will make the new destinations become the main and complementary destination support power for a visit in Yogyakarta. Can be condluded that Parangtritis which became the main destination for tourists domestic is a region that has the potential to be developed, this area there is destination 1.Nature 2.Religi 3.History 4.Culture but not packaged into a package of alternative tourism. Packaging Alternative Tour Packages in addition to increasing the number of tourists visits also the level of customer satisfaction is increasing because it does not accumulate on one Destination that is Parangtris Beach can be distributed to this destination equally.The results of this research area is the Parangtritis Beach could be developed into an alternative tour package based on the study of researcher. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the new standard protocol for tourist destinations in Sleman Regency, to check the actual conditions of the readiness of tourist destinations to reopen and to see the compliance of tourists to the regulations of the new standard protocol in Sleman Regency. The research method uses quantitative-based data with a survey method. The research location took eight leading tourist destinations in Sleman Regency, namely: Monjali, Prambanan Temple, Blue Lagoon, Deswita Pentingsari, Deswita Kelor, Sleman City Hall, Abhayagiri, and Hotel Sahid Jaya. They were collecting data using field observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research was carried out on 1-24 August 2020. The results showed that the tourism sector in Sleman Regency could be reopened with various conditions for the good of all parties, significantly improving the community's economy. The opening of tourist destinations in Sleman Regency must be accompanied by strict supervision, especially regarding implementing health protocols

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of natural tourist attractions (attractions, amenity, accessibility) on the performance of nature-based tourism businesses. The unit of analysis of this study was 207 tourists visiting Hutan Mangrove Pantai Baros Bantul, Hutan Mangrove Wana Tirta, Pantai Pasir Kadilangu, dan Hutan Mangrove Jembatan Api-Api Temon Kulonprogo taken by incidental sampling technique. the data was collected by a questionnaire validated with part-whole and Cronbach alpha. Normality and multicollinearity tests were used to test the feasibility of variables as a condition for the use of partial regression analysis. The findings of this study show the long-term impact of satisfaction and a significant revisit on the absorption of labour and income of local communities as an important of the business performance of nature-based tourism.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe “the existence of pedicab in developing tourism in Malioboro” which is viewed from the perception of pedicab drivers toward tourism in Malioboro and the strength and the obstacle of a pedicab. Malioboro is one of the tourist objects in the City of Yogyakarta that currently still to place the public transportation non motorized such as pedicab in developing the tourism in Malioboro. Its existence is also one of the tourism activities in the region that have made as to the beautiful one for tourists. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data is collected through observation, an interview and a literature review. The result of the research shows that the perception of pedicab drivers toward its tourism is good. There is progress in tourism in Malioboro street. Second, it can be viewed from the strengths and the obstacles of pedicabs. The strength shows that pedicab is a means of promotion and advertisement of tourism in Malioboro. The pedicab is an icon of Yogyakarta, especially in Malioboro. The obstacle is the existence of competitors in the field. This condition makes the difficulties for the pedicab as non-motorized transportation. In the economic aspect, this phenomenon will influence the economic life of the pedicab driver.
