Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pendekatan student-centered learning (SCL) di perguruan tinggi pada proses pembelajaran di tiga jurusan yang berbeda yaitu jurusan sosiologi, filsafat agama dan pendidikan bahasa Arab di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Ada dua permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini yakni bagaimana proses pembelajarannya serta apa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan pada tiga jurusan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah metodologi penelitian di jurusan sosiologi, mata kuliah filsafat India di jurusan filsafat agama dan mata kuliah bahasa Arab di jurusan pendidikan bahasa Arab telah menggunakan pendekatan SCL, meskipun proses pembelajaran dari ketiga jurusan itu menggunakan strategi yang berbeda. Strategi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah metodologi penelitian di jurusan sosiologi menggunakan strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan pengajaran terbimbing (guided teaching), jurusan filsafat agama pada mata kuliah filsafat India mengunakan strategi pembelajaran interaktif, lebih menekankan pada diskusi dan sharing diantara peserta didik, sedangkan di jurusan pendidikan bahasa Arab pada mata kuliah bahasa Arab menggunakan strategi pembelajaran peer lesson yaitu pembelajaran dengan cara mengajar sesama teman.Abstract:This research aimed at comparing student-centered learning (SCL) Approach in the university in three different courses in three departments at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. There were two main problems in this research. They were how was the learning process and what strategy used on those three courses. The result showed that the learning process in the three courses namely research methodology course in the department of sociology, Indian philosophy course in the department of Religious philosophy, and Arabic language course in the department of Arabic language education have used SCL approach in the learning process, even though with different strategies. Research methodology course in sociology department used guided teaching strategy, Indian philosophy course in Religious philosophy department used interactive learning strategy since that course emphasized discussion and sharing among the students, and Arabic language course in Arabic language education department used peer lesson strategy, that was the students learned by teaching each other.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bagaimana pun sederhananya peradaban suatu masyarakat, di dalamnya pasti berlangsung suatu proses pendidikan, sehingga sering dikatakan bahwa pendidi-kan telah ada sepanjang peradaban umat manusia. Proses pendidikan merupakan proses pengembangan segala potensi yang dimiliki manusia. Meskipun dalam Is-lam terdapat beberapa pandangan mengenai pendidikan Islam.Paham Qadariyah memandang proses pendidikan Islam dapat berlangsung dengan baik jika manu-sia bersungguh-sungguh berusaha dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai islami dalam kehidupannya. Paham Jabariyah memandang bahwa proses pendidikan tidak be-gitu berpengaruh sebab berhasil tidaknya sebuah proses pendidikan tersebut akan ditentukan oleh Allah. Sedangkan paham Asy’ariyah memandang pendidi-kan Islam merupakan proses yang dinamis, dalam artian manusia di samping te-lah memiliki potensi dasar untuk menerima proses pendidikan ia juga bergan-tung pada kepribadian seseorang.Abstract: No Matter how simple a civilization of society is, there must be a process of edu-cation, therefore it is frequently said that education has existed throughout hu-man civilization. The process of education is the process of developing the poten-tial of every human being. In Islam there are several views on islamic education. The idea of Qadariyah views that Islamic education process can take place pro-perly if the man earnestly try to instill Islamic values in his life. The idea of Jaba-riyah views that the education process is not so influential because the success or failure of an educational process will be determined by God. While the idea of Ash'ari views that Islamic education is a dynamic process, it means that human being not only has a basic potential to be educated but also they depend on their personality.

Abstract

The objective of the national education that has not been substantially achieved is developing generation who believe in one God and having a good character. Educational institutions expected to achieve this, in fact, focus only to students’ intellectual education. The moral education is neglected despite the fact the objective of national education is to develop students to be spiritually outstanding. It is recommended, therefore, that the application of education be evaluated thoroughly, and hidden curriculum could be a solution to this.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sejarah pendidikan Islam hakikatnya sangat berkaitan dengan sejarah Islam sehingga periodesasi sejarah pendidikan Islam berada dalam periode-periode sejarah Islam itu sendiri. yaitu periode klasik, perte­ngahan, dan modern. Di Indonesia, periode tersebut dapat dibagi dike­lompokkan ke dalam: fase datang­nya Islam, fase perkembangan dan berdirinya kerajaan Islam, fase kedatangan orang Barat, fase penjajahan Jepang, fase kemer­dekaan, dan fase pasca kemer­dekaan. Dalam setiap fase itu, pendidikan Islam berkembang dengan ciri yang berbeda-beda. Meskipun demikian, pada setiap fase perkembangan pendidikan Islam tersebut, corak dakwah atau Islamisasi senantiasa melekat yang berfungsi ­­mempertahankan dan mentransformasi nilai-nilai keislaman di dalam penyeleng­garaan pendidikan.Abstract: The history of Islamic education actually closely related with the Islamic history. Therefore, the period of Islamic educational history are within the periods of Islamic education itself, they are the classic, middle, and modern periods. In Indonesia, those periods can be classified into: the coming of Islam phase, the development phase, the establishment of Islamic kindom phase, the coming of Western people phase, the Japanese colonial phase, the independent phase and the post-independent phase. Every phases of Islamic education developed  different characteristic. However, in every phase of the development of Islamic education, the characteristic of dakwah and Islamization always covered the function of defence, and transformation of Islamic values in the practice of education.

Abstract

This article aims at comprehensively assessing the extent to which the role of information and communication technology in supporting learning process and integration model is offered by considering various opportunities and constraints faced in the imple-mentation of innovation diffusion. The use of Internet-based infor-mation communications technology such as Electronic Mail (E-mail), HP, Digital Cameras, MP3 Players, Web Sites, Wikipedia, YouTube, blogging, and podcasting are proven to be a source of learning and they are very important to be integrated. The integration of the infor-mation communication technology into learning can be applied thro-ugh innovation and diffusion strategies and ASSURE model.

Abstract

This paper contains the results of the research which aimed to determine the ef-fect of the implementation of classroom management on students learning beha-vior at the Department of Islamic Education Management at Tarbiyah and Tea-ching Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research approach was quantita-tive with the type of Ex Post Facto and the model of research was descriptive cor-relational study. The population of the research was all of the students of the De-partment of Islamic Education Management of Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty. The sample consisted of 31 students. The methods that were used in the data col-lection was a questionnaire on the implementation of classroom management and a scale of learning behavior. Data analysis techniques used was simple linear reg-ression formula. The results of the research pointed-out that there was a positive correlation between the implementation of classroom management and students learning behavior. This means that the better the implementation of class mana-gement, the better the student learning behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh menajemen kelas terhadap ke­aktifan peserta didik di MTs Madani Alauddin Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis peneli­ti­an ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digu­na­kan adalah Ex Post Facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta di­dik di MTs Madani Alauddin Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah 337 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 84 peserta didik. Instrumen yang diguna­kan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk manajemen kelas dan skala untuk ke­aktifan belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial dengan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan teknik ana­li­sis data statistik deskriptif, manajemen kelas di MTs Madani Alauddin Ka­bu­pa­ten Gowa berada pada kategori sedang dan keaktifan belajar peserta didik di MTs Madani Alauddin Kabupaten Gowa berada pada kategori sedang. Sedang­kan hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,250 le­bih besar dari pada nilai t tabel distribusi dengan nilai 1,980 dengan taraf signifi­kan­si sebesar 5% (3,250 > 1,980) = (thitung > ttabel) berarti ada pengaruh mana­je­men kelas terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik di MTs Madani Alauddin Ka­bu­paten Gowa.Abstract:This study aims to determine the influence of class management on the learner acti­vity in MTs Madani Alauddin Gowa. This research was quantitative research and the approach was Ex Post Facto. The population in this study were all stu­dents in MTs Madani Alauddin with 337 learners and the sample of research which amounted to 84 students. The instrument used in this study was a ques­tion­naire for classroom management and scales for learning activity. Data ana­lysis techniques used were descriptive statistics and inferential analysis tech­niques with simple regression. Based on descriptive statistical analysis, class ma­na­gement at MTs Madani Alauddin Gowa Regency was in the medium category and the learning activity of learners in MTs Madani Alauddin Gowa Regency was in the medium category. While the results of inferential statistical analysis showed the value of t arithmetic of 3.250 is greater than the value of t distribution table with the value of 1.980 with a significance level of 5% (3.250> 1.980) = (t count> t table) means there is influence of classroom management on the learning activities of learners in MTs Madani Alauddin Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

One of the important tasks in teaching is assisting students to think. Synectics Model matched with Mind Maps are viewed necessary to be applied in the instruction in order to achieve the target.The research is an experiment research with pre-test post-test control group design. The results of analyses indicate that: (1) there is significance difference with the mean score of creative think ability, creative attitude, and mastery of biology materials due to difference of instruction model used, (2) there is no significant difference of mean score of creative attitude among the students who belong to the high and low achievement. (3) there is no interactional effect between the instructional model used with the students entry behavior towards creative thinking ability, creative attitude, and mastery of biology materials.

Abstract

Some people argue that the teaching of Indonesian has not been satisfactory in terms of quality and its relevance to students need. In fact, the ability of students to express their idea logically is still considered poor. This is one of issues which needs solution. With regard to this issue, a number of factors should be put under conside-rations including the principle of curriculum, syllabi, approach and method, teaching process, and the principle of teaching Indonesian.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran pen­di­dikan Agama Islam terhadap pencegahan penggunaan narkoba pada peserta di­dik SMA di Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Regresi Li­near Sederhana. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA jurusan IPA dan IPS. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis statistik deskripsi dan statistik inferensial. Ha­sil pe­ne­li­tian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pembelajaran Pen­di­di­kan Agama Islam pada SMA di Kota Parepare terhadap pencegahan penggunaan narkoba. Ha­sil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pem­belajaran pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap pencegahan penggunaan narkoba pada peserta didik SMA di Kota Parepare dengan nilai signifikan 0.001 < 0.05 dan nilai koefisien determinasi 47.52.%.Abstract: The main focus of this research is the influence of islamic educational learning to prevent the drug abuse among the senior high school students in Parepare city. This is a quantitative research using simple linear regression design. The sample of this research is the eleventh grade students of IPA and IPS. The methods of collecting data is questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this research shows that there is a correla­tion between islamic educational learning and the prevention of drug abuse. The regression test shows that there is a significan influence of islamic educational learning toward the prevention of drug abuse among the high school students at Parepare city shown by the significance value 0.001 < 0.05 and determinant coefficient 47.52%
