Abstract

This research is written in account to Prime Minister Degree No. 116/2017/ND-CP and Circular No. 04/2018/TT-BGTVT. Which halts all vehicular exports from Indonesia to Vietnam since January 1st 2018. Indonesian is known as a country that has exported 27,840-36,469 cars in 2017 and 2018.The perspective that is used in this research is the liberalism perspective. The perspective in which all business actors, whether domestic or foreign plays an important role in the global economy process. The theory that is used is the diplomacy theory with negotiation concept and nation state level of analysis.Indonesian conducted a negotiation mechanism in resolving automotive export barriers to Vietnam. Indonesian government complied to the Vietnamese government request to fulfill Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) certificate CBU in order to adjust to the import regulations applied in Vietnam. Keywords : Indonesian Government, Vietnamese Government, VTA, Gaikindo, Diolomacy, VAMA, Negotiation.

Abstract

This reseach aims to know about duties and functions of pokdarwis in penyengat island, tanjung pinang city. This reseach was used qualitative method with descriptive approach to discrib the condition and explain that happened by collecting the data and information on thevield. And the informant key in this reseach was one chief of pokdarwis and sixteen member of pokdarwis in penyengat island, tanjung pinang city. In this research, the thechnique to collecting the data used interview, obsevation and documentation. Based on  the result of the research, can be concluded that all pokdarwis divisions of penyengat island have done all the thing that refer to the grand theory that used. Abstract

The tittle of this research is Front Office Operational Implementation at PT. Mudaris Mandiri Wisata. This Research aims to : (1) to know How the Front Office Operational Implementation at PT. Mudaris Mandiri Wisata, (2) to explain the assessment system about front office operational implementation, (3) to know the threat that happened to Front Office operational Implementation at PT. Mudaris Mandiri Wisata. This Research was used qualitative method with descriptive approach to describe and explain the condition that happened by collecting the data and information on the field. The Informant key on this research was 1 Front Office staff of PT.Mudaris Mandiri Wisata. This research was hold at PT. Mudaris Mandiri Wisata, Rambutan St, No.19 B, East Sidomulyo, Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru, Riau. This Research was hold about 4 months, start from February-May 2021. In this Research, the Collecting data technique was Observation, Intervie and Documentation. Based on the result, we can conclude that the Front Office Staff at PT.Mudaris Mandiri Wisata have done all the thing that reverse to the theory. Beside, for assessment system of Front office Operational that implemented by the Management based on 2 assessment side, that is the assessment from customers and the assessment from Company Manager, and it will be evaluated each month.Key word : Implementation, Front Office, Travel Agency

Abstract

This research aims to explain factors influence the fluctuation of Indonesian natural rubber export to China in 2012-2016 Rubber is one of the crops that has an important role in the economic activities in Indonesia. Rubber is one of the prominent export commodities in the country, besides oil and gas. This research uses a export theory, liberalism perspective, which is then supported by nation-state analysis level. The methodology using a qualitatve method and collecting the data using a library research literature.The results of this study are the occurrence of fluctuations in Indonesian rubber exports to Tiongkok which are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors are domestic rubber prices and the level of domestic rubber production. Meanwhile, the internal factor are the international price of rubber, the exchange rate of the rupiah against the Chinese yuan, the gross domestic product of Tiongkok, the International Tripartite Rubber Council (ITRC) policy and the level of rubber consumption in Tiongkok.  Keywords: Exports, Liberalism Perspective, Fluctuations, Natural Rubber

Abstract

This research aims to know how community participation and how to manage the tourism object of Sarasah Murai Nagari Harau Waterfall Regency of fifty West Sumatera province and at the stage of development of existing tourism objects and potentially to be developed. This research describes qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to describing the real state by collecting data and information in field. There is a research subject of researchers using the informant as many as 9 people concerned with the subindicators. With the data collection techniques in this study use observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the public response to community participation in the management of the Tourism object Sarasah Murai Nagari Harau Regency of Limfifty City West Sumatera Province has been running in four indicators of participation, namely investors, executor, managers, and monitors, each already involve the community in every participation, but on the investor's indicator is not optimal because , while the planner indicator has not been carried out because it has not involved local communities. Keywords: community participation, management, tourism object Sarasah Murai Waterfall

Abstract

Today's technological developments are something that cannot be avoided and have different effects on each society, such as technological developments in the transportation sector. At present the transportation sector is experiencing developments, such as in the past, people only knew to use transportation services manually but nowadays the use of transportation services can be done using internet-based applications. For example, the development of conventional ojek driver transportation services to online ojek drivers. The formulation discussed in this study is how the response of conventional ojek drivers to online ojek drivers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, and what factors make conventional ojek drivers still survive in the presence of online ojek drivers. The theory used is the response theory according to Sukamto, namely there are three cognitive, affective, and conative. Data analysis used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was nonprobability sampling with a census method with a total of 97 respondents. From the results of research in the field it can be concluded that the response of conventional motorcycle taxi drivers to online motorcycle taxi drivers in Mandau District is positive with sufficient cognitive response, affective response affects, and low conative response. Meanwhile, there are two factors that influence conventional motorcycle taxi drivers, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that exist from within and external factors are factors that exist from outside that influence conventional motorcycle taxi drivers to survive.Keywords: Response, conventional motorcycle taxi drivers

Abstract

Students who live in a dorm and who live with their relatives are different in terms of life style. It is known that students who live with their relatives are more capable in handling the everyday conflict which is faced. The conflict happened because of the daily interaction among the students and their relatives who they live with. In contrast, the students who live in a dorm which is known that there are variety of people with their own characteristics. The research metodhs using purposive sampling technique.  Most of them who are involved in the conflict will be thinking of moving on to another place which is far away from the old one. This research was conducted to the female students who live in Asrama Karimun Putri Dang Melini and get involved with their private conflict. This research is aimed to analyse the factors which causes the private conflict which is usually happened among the female students who live in Asrama Karimun Putri Dang Melini and to know the solution of it. The eight of the female students who Live in Asrama Karimun Putri Dang Melini were selected to be the sample of this research. In collecting the data the techniques which were used are observation, interview and documentation. The technique which was used in analysing the data was descriptive-qualitative that was by revealing the fact, the condition, the phenomena, the variable and the condition which was happened during the research and provide it just the way it is. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the factors which cause the private conflict in Asrama KArimun Putri Dang Melini are, 1) the difference of feeling and principle, 2) The difference of culture, 3) The difference of goal in life, 4) The change of social value and the way of overcoming it are, 1) Negotiation, 2) conciliation, 3) Meditation and 4) Arbitration.  Keywords: Interaction, conflict, the solution of the conflict.

Abstract

Hospitality is one of the tourism sectors that provides facilities in the field of services which include food accommodation and entertainment. Food beverage product is one of the sections in hotels that focuses on providing food, one of which is pastry with various cakes that have standar recipes, Standar recipes are benchmarks for achievement based on at the level of best desire which is used as a comparison to achieve the degree that is considered the best The research will be carried out at the Royal Asnof Hotel Pekanbaru, this hotel was chosen as a place of research to find out how the application of standar recipes in the manufacture of pastry products at Royal Asnof Hotel Pekanbaru is in accordance with professional standars This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques in this study use documentation observation, interviews so that a clear picture can be obtained of the object under study and can be used. Conclusion Based on the research shows that the application of standar recipes in the manufacture of pastry products at the Royal Asnof Hotel, Pekanbaru is in the bad category and has not been in accordance with the professional good standars of the application of recipe standars            Keywords : Standar Recipes, Pastry, Cake, Hotel

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Soko Jat Plantation Cooperative in the Pangean District of Kuantan Singingi Regency in the 2014-2018 period in terms of the analysis of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency, Profitability, and Activity methods used are descriptive quantitative methods. Research data and information were obtained from the Sako Jati Plantation Cooperative in the district of Kuantan Singingi, located in Soko Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.From the data analysis using liquidity ratio analysis it can be concluded that for Liquidity Ratios with the Current Ratio indicator are in poor criteria with an average of 790.4% and Cas Ratio are in poor criteria with an average of 96.956%. Solvency Ratio with Debt to Asset Ratio indicator is in bad criteria with an average of 90,694% and Debt to Equity Ratio is in bad criteria with an average of 931,55%. The Profitability Ratio with the Retrun On Asset indicator is in good enough criteria with an average of 4.456% and the Retrun On Equity is in a very good criterion with an average of 38.034%. Abstract

MTs Miftahul Ulum Kepenuhan is a school that excels in terms of extra-curricular activities in the kecamatan kecamatan, upstream Rokan Regency. There is one extracurricular activity that has the most outstanding achievements compared to other extracurricular activities, namely in the field of volleyball. The achievements of MTs Mifathul Ulum volleyball include winning 2 axioms in the district, becoming a district representative for POPDA, successfully sending 2 students to PPLP Riau, and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the method used, the communication techniques used and the obstacles that occurred during vollyball training.This study used qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at MTs Miftahul Ulum Kepenuhan, Rokan Hulu Regency. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive technique, with the number of informants, namely 11 people. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis according to Miles & Huberman. The data validity checking technique used in this research is Participation Extension and Triangulation.The results showed that the method used by the instructor when training students was varied, including the command method used by the instructor in providing directions that had to be done and implemented. The training method is used to improve the ability to play volleyball. a demonstration method that requires an instructor to practice directly what he says. The method of discussion and question and answer is a method intended to accommodate questions from students and overcome problems experienced. training method with friends In this method relying on one friend who is more proficient at playing volleyball. Then there are three communication techniques used, namely, persuasive communication techniques, the techniques needed to be able to stimulate the enthusiasm of students in practicing. Instructive techniques that cover the entire volleyball training process. Human relations techniques are intended to create a team approach and cohesiveness. Then there are three types of obstacles, namely obstacles at the source or from the communicator, obstacles to the channel, namely inadequate tools and field conditions and obstacles to the communicants, namely the absorption and catching power of each different student.
