Abstract

Advertising in Indonesia experienced rapid development after the political reform in 1998. Because directly the nuances of freedom of communication enjoyed by the public, encouraging the making of advertisements to be expressive with a touch of creativity in accordance with the dynamics of the demands of society. Vircansa Media Production is one of the companies in Pekanbaru that is engaged in creative agency and offers marketing strategy services, video ads, product, compro, graphic design and social media management. Vircansa Media Production offers services that can promote the optimization of a company’s digital marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Vircansa Media Production’s creative agency marketing communication strategy in increasing the number of customers. . Abstract

SMPN 4 Kandis is one of the favorite junior high schools in Kandis Kota Village, but in the last 5 years there have been no school achievements recorded, and many students do not reach the minimum score assessment/KKM. Students' lack of motivation to learn is a factor in this problem. In the learning process, motivation and enthusiasm are very important things that children need to have. Interpersonal communication between parents and children is needed in order to build learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the how the aspects of interpersonal communication between parents dand children in building student learning motivation and to understand what are the inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication between parents and children in increasing student learning motivation at SMPN 4 Kandis. This research used descriptive qualitative methods, with twelve research subjects selected using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques were interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used was Miles & Huberman's interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking techniques are extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that interpersonal communication between parents and children is key to building learning motivation through the application of interpersonal communication aspects, namely openness, empathy, support, a positive attitude, and equality. Children with parents who apply aspects of interpersonal communication tend to have children with high learning motivation and good learning achievement, and vice versa. The inhibiting factors of parents' interpersonal communication in building children's learning motivation are internal factors such as laziness as well as external factors such as socialization and excessive use of gadgets. Abstract

Public service providers as a consequence of the implementation of regional autonomy, especially after the enactment of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. However, various issues have arisen among the community, it turns out that the service rights received by the community have not met the expectations of all good parties. Law no. 25 of 2009, what is meant by public service is an activity or series of activities in order to fulfill service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident regarding goods, services and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The problem in this research is that public services in Pematangkapau Village are still not effective and efficient. The service provided is still not optimal. These complaints are about the service taking a long time and there is still work that cannot be completed as it should be. After the expansion of the Pematangkapau subdistrict office, there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure which can then hinder the provision of services. This research uses a qualitative approach. The types of data are primary data and secondary data, primary data is obtained directly from informants. Meanwhile, secondary data is supporting or strengthening primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted regarding the evaluation of public services using this theory. Through interviews with informants, it was seen that the awareness of the Pematangkapau subdistrict office employees in carrying out their duties was considered by the majority of informants to be good, although there were still several shortcomings, such as sometimes some employees arriving late and incomplete infrastructure and uncertain service times. Factors inhibiting the implementation of public services at the Pematangkapau Subdistrict office, Kulim District, Pekanbaru City are the lack of employee resources and the lack of facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Handling of roadside parking is a problem in the community where parking rules have not been implemented and implemented properly because there has not been regular guidance and supervision of parking in the city of Pekanbaru so that it has an impact on the community and revenues for the region's original income. Pekanbaru is still found to have parking violations through the Pekanbaru City Parking Technical Implementation Unit as an implementing element of parking handling, of course, carrying out parking handling cannot be separated from guidance and supervision so that roadside parking activities in Pekanbaru City run according to applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors for the Parking Technical Implementation Unit of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in the Guidance and Supervision of Parking in the City of Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the guidance and supervision of parking in Pekanbaru City has not been carried out optimally by the Pekanbaru City Parking Technical Implementation Unit where there are still parking officers who have not applied parking retribution fees in accordance with applicable regulations, there are no strict sanctions for illegal parking users, there are no activities data collection and supervision for every parking lot in the city of Pekanbaru, causing concern for the parking service user community. However, the authors suggest that the Pekanbaru City Parking Technical Implementation Unit conducts guidance and supervision of parking activities, collects data and supervises parking locations in Pekanbaru City every working day, provides strict sanctions for parking officers who violate the rules, especially increasing parking fees, and imposes sanctions. for parking attendants who do not wear parking uniforms and parking tickets, as well as collaborating with the community in accommodating community input suggestions regarding parking in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

This research was carried out in Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency to find out several things. Kuantan Mudik District, which has 23 villages and its capital city, namely Lubuk Jambi, has a lot of natural and economic potential to advance regional development. This of course requires planning for the development of facilities and infrastructure from the government. This research uses qualitative research methods, using two data source methods, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained using interviews and documentation. And Secondary Data was obtained using books, journals, theses, laws, Home Affairs, Regional Regulations, and also social media and official websites. The results of this research show that it is not yet fully effective. In implementing the stages, the sub-district has formed a team to organize the Musrenbang, held MusrenbangDes in all villages in the Kuantan Mudik sub-district, conducted a pre-district Musrenbang before the implementation of the Musrenbag at the sub-district level. Then in the evaluation section of plan implementation, of course the level of participation is very influential in implementing Musrenbang. However, the results of this research still contain several shortcomings, such as some participants who were unable to attend due to livelihood obstacles, and also many community proposals that were not fully accommodated. Abstract

The village has three local village-scale tourist attractions. However, the local community lacks initiative and knowledge for developing tourist attractions in the future. In fact, if this tourist attraction is managed well it will have a positive impact on the community's economy. This research aims to find out the process of tourism-based community empowerment in Koto Mesjid Village. The research method design in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that explains systematically, factually and accurately the phenomena raised in this research. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with key informants consisting of the Village Head and the implementing team, while supporting informants consisted of members of the Village Community Empowerment (PMD). The data analysis technique involves data reduction and data presentation. The findings in this research show that at the awareness stage in community empowerment, the entire community is included without discriminating against certain classes or groups by capacitating the provision of facilities and infrastructure, counseling and socialization which are held periodically, forming community teams which are divided according to the abilities of each member, realization of performance in the form of mutual cooperation to increase community productivity, however at the community capacity stage it has not been properly capacitated due to the village being unable to fulfill training activities from within. The empowerment stage implements participation, motivation, independent managerial activities, as well as evaluating activities to see community empowerment in management. Abstract

Souvenirs are an important part of a tourist city, one of the potential attractions that supports the development of tourist areas is typical food. And this research aims to create an alternative to matoa fruit galamai to improve the procedure for making galamai with various fruit flavors such as matoa fruit. If you already know the steps for making matoa fruit galamai products, it will be an inspiration of knowledge for people who want to increase their income by opening a business. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The result of this research is the very distinctive taste of matoa fruit, its chewy texture is brownish in color. The packaging color used is white. What is contained in this research is of course intended to be able to apply the new strategies obtained and as a reference for further research regarding new alternatives to this matoa fruit. Abstract

This research is based on the problem of a lack of active community participation in implementing the musrenbang of Cinta Damai Village, Tapung Hilir District, as well as the lack of application of the principles of implementing the musrenbangdes in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No.050- 187/Kep/Bangda/2007. This research also explains the factors inhibiting the implementation of musrenbang in Cinta Damai Village. Then, this research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach, where the type of data used is primary data from key informants and secondary data that is relevant to the research context. Data collection techniques used include interview techniques and documentation. Next, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to answer the research questions asked. The results of this research show that the lack of active participation in the implementation of the musrenbangdes in Cinta Damai Village is influenced by several factors, from socio-economics, egocentric nature, knowledge, skills, attitudes and political views. Abstract

The labor-intensive rural sanitation program has provided access or opportunities for workers, especially craftsmen in the villages, in the sense that this program aims to provide employment opportunities for craftsmen who currently or do not have work so that with the existence of government programs that require craftsmen they can provide income. as well as improving the economic level of village communities. In this way, it can help the economy of the poor. This research aims to analyze the community's response regarding the implementation of a labor-intensive rural sanitation program in Tanjung Air Hitam Village, Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency in 2021. The method in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sanitation program in Tanjung Air Hitam Village was carried out by craftsmen from outside the village, giving rise to opposition within the village community. This has been proven based on research results using questionnaires as a measuring tool for responses from respondents/the public. And not all poor people receive the Tanjung Air Hitam Village Sanitation Program. This is proven by the number of sanitation facilities intended for poor people, which amounted to 79 people, but only 52 people were able to accept it, while the remaining 27 people or other poor people who were promised a number of jobs from this program were in fact not involved as artisan workers. This has caused disappointment for the people of Tanjung Air Hitam Village. Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Sanitation Program

Abstract

Indonesia has the second longest coastline in the world after Canada, with great potential for coastal abrasion. One of the areas that has the potential for abrasion is Dumai City, which is geographically located on the east coast of Sumatra. For this reason, regulations in the form of clear authority are needed to prevent these problems. The purpose of this research is to find out the authority delegated to the Regency / City Government in taking care of its coastal and marine areas after changes in previously established regulations and to see the role of the Dumai City Environment Office in preventing coastal abrasion in Mundam Village, Medang Kampai District, Dumai City in 2020. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research location is in Dumai City, to be precise at the Dumai City Environmental Agency, the Dumai City DPRD and Mundam Village which is the area that is the most location point of abrasion in Dumai City in 2020. The type of data in this study is divided into primary data with purpsive sampling technique and secondary data in the form of supporting documents related to coastal abrasion in Dumai City. The result of this research is that the existence of regulatory changes has an impact on the limited authority of the Regency / City Government in managing its coastal and marine areas, especially in abrasion prevention efforts, where the authority is fully given to the provincial government. For this reason, the Dumai City Environment Agency can only carry out the authority of assistance tasks delegated from the provincial government in the form of monitoring the quality of the coastal and marine environment, and the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 has an impact on the programs carried out in abrasion prevention efforts. This makes coastal abrasion still occur in Dumai City and Mundam Village is the location of the most abrasion in 2020. Keyword : Authority, Role, Environment Agency of Dumai City, Beach Abrasion
