Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kencana Amal Tani PKS - Seberida. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation and job satisfacation on employee loyality. The study population was 78 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation and job satisfacation as independent variables and employee loyality as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21.The results of this study concluded that the variable non-physical work environment, non-financial compensation, and job satisfacition positive and significant effect on employee loyality. In this case the non-phsical work environment, the company should increase activities that can foster a sense of togetherness among employess. Non-financial compensation can be enhanced by company’s employees by giving praise, promotions and awards for excellent employees. Variable empluee satisfacation can be improved by placing the employee in the right position, raises salaries, promotion for excellent employee and make good non physical work environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect spirit of work, discipline, and monitoring of work to performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan. The population in this study were all employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan totaling 146 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the spirit of work, discipline of work, and monitoring significant effect on the performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan, spirit of work significant effect on employee performance, disciplined work significantly influence employee performance, monitoring significant effect on employee performance. So it is expected to employees in order to increase knowledge and skills of the existing work in the company. Companies must pay attention to and improve employee spirit of work again so that the employee's performance can be improved further. Moreover, it also can make employees more satisfied in performing his job is to give appropriate salary for the work of the employees, the Company must provide a comfortable workplace for employees, the protection tools complete working cycle workplace air nice, thus employees will be more enthusiasm for work. If the employee morale in the company decreased, then the employee's performance will decline as well. Expected to companies that give strict sanctions against employees who are not disciplined in the work so that it can make employees always adhere to the rules and regulations made by a company. And it is expected that the leadership of the company to constantly improving rules or standards on work given so as to provide feedback tehadap the work of subordinates.Keywords: Spirit, Discipline, Monitoring, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of business strategy, firm characteristics and political connection on tax management. Tax management is a dependent variable in this study that measured by current effective tax rate. Independent variables of this study are business strategy, firm characteristic, and political connection. Firm characteristic that proxy by leverage and capital intensity. The samples of this research are the manufacture firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The samples are collected using purposive sampling method and resulted 55 firms become the samples. Data analyzed by classic assumption tests and examination hypothesis by panel data regression. The result shows that there is negative effect of leverage on tax management. Another result shows that there is positive effect of capital intensity on tax management. Business strategy and political connection were not shown to affect tax management.Keywords : tax management, business strategy, firm characteristic, leverage, capital intensity, political connection

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Net Profit Margin and Ownership Structure towards the Income Smoothing on the Manufacturing Business Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Periods of 2011-2014.The population in this research is manufacturing business listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange periods of 2011 – 2014. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling method in which the population of 141 selected according to criteria of a sample of 25 companies selected. The method that used to examine the effect of firm Size, Financial Leverage, Net Profit Margin and Ownership Structure towards the Income Smoothing on the Manufacturing Business Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Periods of 2011-2014 is multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that firm size effect on income smoothing to the value thitung3,775>ttable1,985 with significant value of 0,039. Financial leverage effect on the income smoothing to the value thitung3,129>ttable1,985 with significant value of 0,018.Net profit margin effect on the income smoothing to the value thitung3,198>ttable1,985 with significant value 0,034. Ownership Structure effect on the income smoothing to the value thitung2,750>ttable1,985 with significant value 0,045.The result of this research showing that the firm size, financial leverage, net profit margin and ownership structure, influential towards the income smoothing. The great effect inflicted (R2) by the fourth of this variables towards dependent variable is 54, 6%. While, the rest is 45, 4% affected by others variables are not completed in this research.Keywords: Size, Leverage, NPM, Ownership,Income Smoothing.

Abstract

Bina Kasih Hospital is an organization / institution that is engaged in providing services and and has the intent and purpose to promote and improve health services in Pekanbaru. In carrying out its activities, the service is something that must be considered by the management of the hospital because the hospital is an activity engaged in services. Therefore, satisfactory service would be a good image for the hospital so that it can be a reference for prospective patients to seek treatment at the hospital. In the enterprise, human factors on the employees themselves will evolve into complex problems, such as poor work performance, low work ethic, high employee turnover and other things that can inhibit the development and achievement of corporate goals.The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses that is mediated by the motivation to work at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru totaling 72 people with census sampling method. This study using path analysis (path) with SPSS 21.Results of the study found that compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on the motivation of the nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. While the motivation, compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. Then motivation does not mediate the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital.Keywords : Compensation, Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examine the effect of organization commitment, professional commitment, task complexity and locus of control to job satisfaction auditor. Respondents in this study are auditors who worked public accounting firm at Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam. Population is auditor working at Public Accounting Firm at Pekanbaru, Padang, and Batam. The number of auditors who become the sample is 65 auditors from 13 Public Accounting Firm. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling, while the data processing method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) using SPSS software version 24.00 to process the data. The result shows that the organization commitment, professional commitment, task complexity and locus of control give effect to job satisfaction auditor.Keyword : organization commitment, professional commitment, task complexity, locus of control and job satisfaction auditor.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze The Influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism onTeachers Performance (Study at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School). There are independent variables in this research such as Competence (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Teachers Professionalism (X3) and Teachers Performance (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were all teachers at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School and total sample were 58 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism both simultaneously and partially had effects with Teachers Performance at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School. Response of all variables give a different result each other. Competence were dominant factor towards Teacher Professionalism. Test result by simultaneously test obtained Fcount ((45,593) > Ftable (2,776) that means all those 3 dependent variable had simultaneous effect to teacher performance. The expectation of this research is Al Azhar Syifa Budi II School should improve Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism among teachers in order to improve Teachers prerformance.Keywords : Competence, Commitment, Professionalism, Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted atPT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. With the aim to identify and analyze The Effect Of Health And Safety On The Spirit Of Work And Achievement Employees In PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. Where in this study population was all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar totaling 121 people. The sample used in this study were 121 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Based on the test results if the data using path analysis can be drawn some conclusions, namely: There are influence which of signifikan among Health And Safety to spirit of work employees in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If problem of working safety and health don’t be managed better hence will will lessen the spirit of work employees. Problems of employees working safety and health seen from: Equipments and supply of work exist in company not yet fully awake better, Employees very easy hit by disease in working. There are influence which is signifikan among health variable and working safety to employees labour capacity in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If employees labour capacity don’t be improved by hence will affect ugly to company. So also on the contrary if company or organization can realize healthy and balmy work atmosphere hence will be able to improve labour capacity all its employees. Variable spirit of work represent variable having an effect on dominant to employees labour capacity. From result of perception which writer conduct seen that spirit of work employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar still not yet is maximal so cause their labour capacity become to lower.Keyword: Health and Safety, Spirit, and Achievement Employees.

Abstract

PT. Indrapura Pekanbaru Assurance is one of the non-bank financial institutions, where their activities in the face of competition from other non-bank financial institutions to market their services to the public. To cope with the competition, it is necessary to seize the marketing strategy for its target market as much as possible to anticipate any changes in the marketing environment. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of the cost of advertising, individual sales, publicity and direct marketing to the volume of sales at PT. Indrapura Assurance Pekanbaru.The types and sources of data used in this research is secondary data, ie data obtained by the authors of the company in the form of marketing promotion cost data and the number of policies sold in 2010-2015 as well as some other data assessed as having relevance to this study. Then the data will be analyzed using ANOVA with SPSS 21.The result showed that the variables simultan eously advertising, individual sales, publicity and marketing directly affect the volume of sales. Partially get the result that the cost of advertising, sales and marketing individuals direct positive effect on the sales volume. While publicity is not a positive effect on sales volume. Values obtained adjsuted R square of 0.995 which means the percentage of the influence of advertising, personal selling, publicity and marketing directly affect the volume of sales at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at Home general hospital area petala bumi pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of labor conflicts, workload and communication on performance. the study population was 58 nurses and all variables using the census work conflict, workload and communication as independent variables and the stress of nurses as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS 20 for windows. This study concluded that labor conflicts, workload and communication positive and significant effect on nurse work stress. The coefficient of determination obtained nurse work stress 0,936, which means that the labor conflict, workload and communication have contributed influence on the dependent variable is equal to 93,6% while the remaining 6,4% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model and also not inspected in the research results. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows the independent variables studied were work conflict, workload and communication have a significant effect on the dependent variable stress of the nurses.Keywords : Labor conflict, Workload, Communication, Work stres.
