Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine about the use of promotional mix variable which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing towards brand image of Nissan March car in Pekanbaru City. Sample’s selection that used with the method of non-probability sampling. Selected sample is only for the consumer that use Nissan March specifically who lives in Pekanbaru city, ever been involved in Nissan March’s promotional mix activity, and the consumer that considered mature enough (about 20 years old) to fill the questionnaire. The data analysis that used is multiple regression linear analysis which use SPSS in version 20. The result indicates simultaneously that all variables of promotional mix have a role in make a brand image of Nissan March car in Pekanbaru City. Known partially that only sales promotion and direct marketing variables that has significant effect for brand image of Nissan March car in Pekanbaru City. Public relation variable also has the role in establish brand image of Nissan March car in Pekanbaru City, however it is not significant. Sales promotion is a kind of promotional mix variable that has the most dominant role in establish brand image of Nissan March car in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Promotional mix, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, and brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of using celebrity endorser Donna Agnesia on Buavita’s television advertising towards consumer perceptions in Pekanbaru. The population in this research are all consumer of Buavita products in Pekanbaru. The number of samples conducted by using Hair et al with 108 people respondents using purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis methodused is descriptive and quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 18.0. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test), indicating that all independent variables studied, namely credibility, attractiveness and suitability of the celebrity endorser Donna Agnesia jointly have a very strong and significant influence towards consumer perceptions of Buavita products in Pekanbaru. Partial regression test (t test) indicates that the attractiveness variables have a dominant influence towards consumer perceptions of Buavita products in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Celebrity endorser, credibility, attractiveness, suitability, consumer perception

Abstract

This research was conducted on ICONinety9 Shop In Mall SKA and CIPUTRA in order to analyze the influence of lifestyle variable by consist of activity, interest and opinion on the purchasing decision of ICONinety9 Products In Pekanbaru. Intake number of samples was done by using a formula approach Hair by respondents as many as 102 people and using purposive sampling and proportionate stratified sampling techniques. The analytical method used is descriptive method, the data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 18.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (test F) known that Fhitung (28,955) > Ftabel (2,697). It means that all independent variables studied, namely activity, interest and opinion has a significant effect on the dependent variable is the purchase decision. Partial regression test (test t) showed that the opinion variable is the variable that most influence the purchase decisions of ICONinety9 Products when compared with variable activity and interest. The magnitude of the effect caused by the three independent variables on the dependent variable was (0,454) this means that the variable activity, interest and opinion jointly influence the purchase decision variable percentage of 45,4%. While 54,6% is influenced by other variables that are not addressed in this research. It can be concluded that the variable activity, interest and opinion simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of ICONinety9 Products In Pekanbaru.Keywords: Activity, Interest, Opinion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The aim of the research is to test the direct and indirect effect of financing decision and dividend policy in mediated by risk toward firm value the company manufactures a variety of industrial sectors companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2008-2012. The population of the research is 54 company and the variety of industry sectors into a sample of 21 companies by N of data as much as 105. The sampling method used is based purposive sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. By path analysis, some important findings are obtained that financing decisions no significant influence directly toward firm value, dividend policy did not significantly influence directy toward firm value, Financing decisions no significant influence directly toward Financial risk. dividend policy did not significantly influnce directly toward financial risk, while the financial risk significatly effects on firm value. This means indirectly the financial risk is not able to mediate the relationship between financing decisions toward firm value. Abstract

The research was conducted on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the Occupational and Environmental Effects of Intrinsic Motivation either simultaneously or partially The Secretariat of the Employee Performance On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau. The variables in this study is: Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation significant influence on employee performance parts secretariat On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is part of the secretariat of the Working Environment While the population in this study is part of the Secretariat employees on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau which amounted to 38 people, with a total sample of 38 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) has a significant effect on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance parts secretariat on is working environment where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables. Recommendations to authors present is the agency needs to pay attention to the work environment and enhance intrinsic motivation for employees to improve employee performance in the future.Keywords: Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pengolahan PT. Sumber Jaya Indah Nusa Coy di Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 112 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik kuesioner, wawancara sedangkan datanya data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji simultan, dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ini terbukti dari hasil uji F yang memperoleh Fhitung= 36,552 diterima pada taraf signifikan 5%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan uji parsial dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ini terbukti dari hasil uji t yaitu sebesar t hitung x1= 2,964. Lingkungan kerja diperoleh hasil uji t yaitu sebesar t hitung x2=3,398 diterima. Diperoleh hasil R2=50,10%, hal ini berarti bahwa kemampuan variabel independen ( kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja) menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas) sebesar 50,10%, sedangkan sisanya merupakan variabel yang tidak terungkap dalam penelitian.Kata Kunci :Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Natiotama Heritage Contranda in Pekanbaru. This study took place in August 2013 until March 2014. Purpose of this study is to analyze market opportunities Enduro Pertamina Lubricants marketed by PT. Natiotama Heritage Contranda in Pekanbaru and to investigate alternative marketing policies that can be done by the company to expand market opportunities.Information retrieval is done by conducting interviews with the parties concerned as well as the analysis of secondary data submitted by the company. Then the results were analyzed using by calculating the Potential, Market Forecasts, and Market Opportunity Sales Potential ditambulasi and then described its correlation with the theories that support the discussion. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the potential market, market forecast, and forecast potential sales opportunities Sales knowable Enduro Pertamina Lubricants sales market is quite large and has increased every year. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam KabupatenSiak. The samples in this study were as many as 33 employees Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak and entirely sampled so this is a research study census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous competence and leadership to employee performance in Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Based on the results of the study showed that the competence variable (X1) partially affect the performance, leadership variable (X2) partially no effect on performance and competence variables (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The suggestion is to employees in order to increase its competence in a way more confidence and always implement systematic steps to solve a problem that occurs on the job. And are expected to maintain an attitude of leadership that leadership in a way more attention to his subordinates and show friendly attitude that strengthen social relationships between leaders and subordinates. Also expected leaders to constantly improve performance employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak by supporting subordinates in improving the quality of work.Keywords : Competence, Leadership, Performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in the Desa Kota Garo, Tapung Hilir, Kampar, province of Riau which began in November 2012 to August 2013, with the aim of analyzing the Non-Physical Effects of Work Environment and Leadership to Work Productivity of Harvesters at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari In Tapung Hilir. In this study consisted of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables . The sample in this study as many as 71 people, the determination of the number of samples based on the method Slovin. While the data analysis using quantitative methods is the method of doubled linear equations with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) version 17.0. Based on the results of analysis show that the non-physical work environment and leadership have a significant effect on the productivity of the harvester at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir. While the variables that have the most dominant effect on employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapunh Hilir is the work environment variable. Thus it can be interpreted that the non-physical work environment and leadership have significant and positive effect on employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir.Based on the study results, the authors suggest that the management of PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir further improve the quality of leadership by putting a person based on their ability so they can create the right ideas in every activity of target achievement without anyone feeling undifferentiated. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzethe influence of organizational culture on motivation and discipline employees working at Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. To find outwhich is the most dominant factor that canaffect the discipline of employees working at Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. This research was conductedat the Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study wereas many as 98 employees Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru using the technique of Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive statistic alanalysis techniques and inferential statistic analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that 1) organizational culture and motivation together significantly influencethe employee's discipline Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. 2) Organizational culture significantly influences employee discipline. Motivation significantly influence work discipline. Motivation showed more dominant influence in determining the changes thatoccur inthe employee discipline Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru when compared with theculture of the organization.Keywords: Motivation, organizational culture, work discipline
