Abstract

Going concern assumption used in the preparation of the financial statement. Operational company should be able to maintain it’s surviva. If the auditor does not believe the survival of the company business, then the matter must be presented in the audit report after the opinion paragraph. The company does not except to get a going concern opinion because it could be affect the company image. Bankruotcy would actually happen if there is no proper treatment to address the going concern issue. This study examined the effect of debt default, disclosure, audit client tenure, and audit lag on acceptance going concern audit opinion. Research sample as many as 33 real estate and property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2013 with purposive sampling method. Logistic regression analysis used as a technique of data analysis and hypothesis testing. The result show empirical evidence that debt default and disclosure have a significant effect on acceptance going concern audit opinion, debt default had significant value 0,047 and disclosure had significant value 0,027. Audit client tenure and audit lag not have a significant effect on acceptance going concern audit opinion, audit client tenure had significant value 0,815 and audit lag had significant value 0,592.Keywords: debt default, disclosure, audit client tenure, audit lag and going concern audit opinion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Stress and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Consists of three variables: the dependentvariable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 72 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that the variables Job Stress and Organizational Commitment affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Job Stress and Organizational Commitment jointly affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru significant 0.000. The influence of partial variable Job Stress and Organizational Commitment to Employee Morale At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. The work stress variables negativelyaffect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru while variable Organizational Commitment positive effect on Employee Morale At PT. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the employee engagement. The factors studied were the effects of organizational culture and leadership. Collecting data this research used a questionnare survey. The questionnare was delivered to 44 goverment employees at general section in Regent Office Secretariat Region Siak District, total of 44 questionnares (100%) returned complete and can be processed . The data were analyzed by using with multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing is organizational culture and leadership have relation and significant to employee engagement. To improve employee engagement, organizations need to improve letting employees involved directly and give confidence to the employees to improve job satisfaction which would motivate the employees to work well, in addition the organization also must provide clear career paths and procedures payment they receive. While the culture of the organization to optimize The Regent’s Office Common Part Siak Secretariat Districts need to socialize the existing organizational culture. And for the leader, they should better understand the needs and desires of employee and are willing to listen to feedback and complaints of employees.Keywords: organizatinal culture, leadership and employee engagement

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru, with the aim to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior to employees. The population in this research were 134 people , by using the obtained sample slovin numbered 100 people. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis of the data by using SPSS 21. The results showed that the variable Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment simultaneously significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior . Furthermore, based on the partial test can be seen that Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment significantly effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee. To the company expected need to increase the commitment of its employees in terms of a sense of responsibility towards the wider community and the dangers to the organization. Likewise with Professional Commitment, Expected to employees in order to more closely follow developments in the company. In addition, leaders must also provide motivation to work so that Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be improved.Keywords :Organizational Commitment, Professional and Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in order to determine how Service Quality, Image either directly or indirectly on Customer Loyalty through of Customer Satisfaction. The sample in this study are 135 cus-tomer at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines, with testing data analysis used in this studyis a Test Validity, Reliability Test, Test Classical Assumptions, Methods Msi. Data analysis methodused is the method of path analysis or path analysis with the help of Statistica Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 21.0. From the proceeds of the test that have been done, the path of Service Quality (X1) significantly impact to Customer Satisfaction (Y1). The result of the path of Image (X2) had a significantly impact to Customer Satisfaction (Y1). The path of Customer Satisfac-tion (Y1) not had significantly impact to Customer Loyalty (Y2). The result of the path of Service Quality (X1) had a significantly impact to Customer Loyalty (Y2). The result of the path of Image (X2) had a significantly impact to Customer Loyal-ty (Y2). The last is, the path of Service Quality (X1) to Customer Loyalty (Y2) through of Customer Satisfaction (Y1) had a direct effect and don’t had indirect effect. The result of the path of Image (X2) to Customer Loyalty (Y2) through of Customer Satisfaction (Y1) had a direct effect and don’t had indirect effect.Keywords: Customer, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Service Quality, and Image.

Abstract

Investment is a growing number of funds in hopes of getting higher returns in the future. To minimize risk, The investment can do in a portfolio. The purpose of this study to analyze the formation of a portfolio of 12 stocks of BUMN buly using single index models and Markowitz models. In addition, by using these two methods can also be known what proportion of funds that should be invested in each stock, in order to provide returns expected by investors by reducing the risk to be borne. Then, test the hypothesis by using t-test. The result of this research in a combination of shares and the proportion of funds is different between the portfolio by using a single index models and portfolio by using Markowitz models, but there is no different in the t-test that the returns generated.Keywords: investment, optimal portfolio, single index models, and Markowitz models.

Abstract

Nurse is a profession that risky from stress. Conditions of workload and job stress note to be know determined needs quality and quantity of nurses needed, to prevent workloads that do not fit or are not comparable with the ability of the nurses had. The workload consists of a physical and mental workload. The study aims to determine the llevel of physical and mental workload and stress of nurses working in psychiatric hospitals ergonomics Pekanbaru Tampan. Physical workload measured by caloric needs and mental workload measured by subjective methods (SWAT). This type is descriptive research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Based on the research of the respondent’s characteristics, it is found out that 26,92% of nurses are 34-39 aged, 51,92% of nurses are female, 50-63kg of nurses are 55,77% weight. Levels of physical workload that the mild, namely mental workload levels in the medium category and levels of work stress in the mild category.Keywords: Workload, stress, nurse,ergonomics, and psychiatric hospitals

Abstract

The study was conducted on employees Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial perception of the Employee Empowerment Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. There are five variables, one dependent variable and four independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 98 people. Research using test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis,using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that there are significant variables simultaneously and partially Meaningfullness, Competence Self-Determination and Impact on Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The variables that most strongly to Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is variable Self-Determination (X3) when all employees are good Employee Empowerment is good, it will be able to lower the Employee Turnover Intention at Ratu MayangGarden Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of energy security based on energy efficiency which is conductedin the Palm Kernel Oil Plant Tandun PT. PTPN V. By using Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in the amount of 66 respondents who are all employees of the Plant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. These results indicate that the Energy Security is based on energy efficiency is efficient and saving on energy productivity at the Palm Kernel Oil Plant Tandun PT. PTPN V. From the research result company should further improve biogas and minimize diesel consumption.Keywords : energy security, energy efficiency, and energy productivity.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri in order to determine and analyze the effect of supervision, compensation and promotion simultaneously and partially on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (SIM) Pekanbaru. The population is all employees in 2014, which amounted to 60 people. As for taking samples author used census method. The analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the supervision, promotion, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, supervision, promotion, partially positive and compensation have a partially positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (SIM) Pekanbaru. The suggestion of this research is the company should be able to increase the job satisfaction of employees by increasing employee appreciation to colleagues who support employees in improving their work. Companies should give more attention to provide high motivation, to improve communication by implementing a working system group (team), to provides severe sanctions against employees who do the very fatal violance and to promote employees who excel the higher grade. The company needs to improve its supervision of employees, and must be done directly and timely, also company need to provide timely compensation.Keywords: Monitoring, promotion, compensation, and job satisfaction
