Abstract: This study was conducted because of the low learning outcomes for social studies at New Hope Elementary School 61 with the number of students 20 people, consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. Shown that learners have not been able to reach minimum completeness criteria (KKM) established by the 70 schools in the second semester of the school year 2015/2016 has been specified in the curriculum. Meanwhile, the number of students who reached KKM 9 students (45.00%) while those not reached KKM 11 students (55.00%). The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes IPS to see the activity of teachers at the first meeting of the first cycle is the number of scores obtained in the first meeting of the cycle I was 12 with a percentage of 50.00% with less category, while in the second meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity score increased be 58.33% with enough category. In the first cycle of teacher activity II total score was 79.17% with a good category and at the second meeting of the second cycle the number of teachers activity score is 91.60% with very good category. Additionally the activity of the students at the first meeting of the first cycle was 41.67% with less category, while in the second meeting of the first cycle of the total score is 54.17% with the category enough. At the first meeting of the second cycle is the number of scores obtained 70.83% in both categories, while in the second meeting of the second cycle of the score obtained is 87.50% with very good category. In addition to the increase of the activities of teachers and students, improving student learning outcomes from basic score to UH I averaging 66.50 into 69.50 with an increase of 4.51% to UH II which increased to 81.25 with the percentage increase of 22, 18%.Key Words: Make a Match, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract : The research was conducted because of the low learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element who has not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) was 75 that have been established in school. The research aimed to improve learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element subject in X MIA class SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. This research is was kind of experimental research with Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples of the research was the student of X MIA 4 class as the experimental class and the student of X MIA 1 class as the control class which were determined randomly after doing normality test and homogenity test. The learning process of experimental class and control class used scientific approach which was based on the curriculum in 2013. Experimental class was a class that was given the treatment that used Gallery Walk learning methods while the control class was not. The data analysis technique we used was the t-test, criteria testing H0 accepted if tcount>ttable, dk = n1 + n2 – 2 with α = 0,05. Based on the result of data analysis test, we obtained tcount>ttable was 2,41>1,66, it meant that the use the application of Gallery Walk learning methods could improve learning achievement of student on the structure of atom and the periodic system of element subject in X MIA class SMAN 2 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Gallery Walk Learning, Learning Achievement, Structure of Atom and thePeriodic System of Element

Abstract: Based on field observations of the fine motor skills of the students is still low and teachers are still teaching methods that dominate and not varied. So that should be the implementation of the rest of the decorating material. This study aims to determine the effect of the rest of the decorating material to the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Al-Muhsinin Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were 15 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. The study hypothesis fine motor skills on students after applying the rest of the decorating materials also show the results of analysis of data obtained t = 23 784 and p = 0.000. Because p ˂ 0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the fine motor skills in children is very significant after melakuakan decorating the residue in learning. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no significant difference between before and after performing experiments by event decorating materials.. On the test of the hypothesis can be seen t = 23 784> t table = 1.761. Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It can be seen from the value of P = 65.25% means the influence of the rest of the decorating material to the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years amounted to 65.25%

Abstract: Results of learning achieved by students for social studies in elementary school 20 Babussalam Saber Duri Bengkalis District of class IV, has not showed the maximum results can be concluded or class IV student learning outcomes in social studies is still low. Based on the experience of researchers lower student learning outcomes in social studies is caused by: 1. In the learning of students tend to get hung up on the teacher's explanations thus less interaction between students. 2. Students assume a social studies lesson boring as it only contains stories and memorizing and 3. Students are more quiet and less confident to ask or opinion. The subjects of this study are all fourth grade students totaling 28 students. In addition, researchers use the type of classroom action research conducted in two cycles during 4 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The average value of the basic score of students is rising 61.79 to 76.86 at the end of the cycle I. replay at end of cycle II replicates increased again to 81.86. Mastery learning in the first cycle and increased 71.43% in Cycle II with 89.29%. Key Words: Make a Match, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The study population was all kindergarten teachers in the district Rambah Hilir with as many as 73 people. Determination of the number of subjects in this study using saturated sampling technique is sampling technique when the members of the population used as a sample in this study as many as 73 people. The method used is the technique of Pearson Chi Square to see t the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The data collection techniques used is through a scale in the form of a questionnaire. Based on test results obtained by the hypothesis that there is a significant positive the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. It can be seen from the results of Chi Square coefficient between labor discipline teachers with classroom management skills of x2 count = 45,792a and x2 table = 3.841. Then the x2 count > x2 table (45.792> 3.841), then h0 is rejected and ha accepted. It means there is a positive and significant the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu.Key word : Discipline Work, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in student of grade VII1 Junior High School 3 Pekanbaru on the second semester in the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 40 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data to collect used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math achievement test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. The action is successful if the number of students who achieve a score of minimum mastery criteria increase in daily tests I and II. The number of students who achieve a score of minimum mastery criteria on basic, daily test I (first cycle) and daily test II (second cycle) are respectively 37.5%, 52.5%, and 77.5%. Based on the result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes have improved after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach can be used as an alternative in learning, because it can improve the learning process and improve the student learning outcomes.Key Words: Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Approach, learning process, student learning outcomes

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 26 Bengkalis. Among the students totaling 28 people, only 12 people (42.86%), which reached the KKM, while 16 (57.14%) who have not reached the KKM, with an average value of 67.00. The activities of teachers in the first cycle of my meetings percentage of 57.14% gain enough categories, at the second meeting of the first cycle increased with the percentage of 64.28% both categories., the first meeting of the second cycle of the teacher's activities also increase the percentage 78.57% into either category and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased again with a percentage of 92.85% is very good category. Student activities at meeting of the first cycle of obtaining a sufficient percentage of the category of 53.57%, in the second meeting of the first cycle increased percentage of 64.28% to the good category, at the first meeting of the second cycle increased with the percentage of 75.00% both categories. At the second meeting of the second cycle increased with the percentage of 92.85% is very good category. From an average of 62.5 study results before action rose to 68.57 in cycle I. In the second cycle increased 73.21. While classical completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle has been reached. can improve learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 26 Bengkalis.Keywords: Model Contextual Teaching And Learning(CTL), Learning Outcomes IPA

Abstract: The aim of this study is to find out the ability level of first year students of English Department FKIP UR in using adjective order. This research was done to answer the research question; what is the ability level first year students of English Department FKIP UR in using adjective order. The design of this research is descriptive research which used quantitative data, where the students were assessed by their score. This research used written test as instrument which consisted of 40 questions. The population of this research is all of first year students of English Department FKIP UR in academic year 2016/2017 with the total is 120 students and there were 30 students were selected as the sample of this research by using cluster random sampling technique. The finding of this research showed that the ability level of first year students of English Department FKIP UR in using adjective order is categorized into average level with the mean score 53.1.Key Words: Ability, adjective order

Abstract: This study aims to The Ability To Know Alphabet in children aged 4-5 years through game to a letter in Kindergarten Darussalamah Petapahan Jaya Village District Tapung Regency Of Kampar. This study is kind studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children aged 4-5 years who are 16 children in Kindergarten Darussalamah. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that game a letter can boost ability to know a alphabet in children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of the ability to know alphabet of children in the first cycle by 41,22% which is the criteria began to develop (MB) and an increase of 61,18% in the second cycle to 71,11% which is very good at developing criteria (BSB). Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the difference of student’s ability in writing Japanese essays (sakubun) after implementing Secret Message Game. The research is conducted using weak experimental type one group pre test post test design. The object of this research is 16 second-level students as the respondents. The sample is taken by using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was performed by giving test and questionnaire. The given test was writing Japanese essays (sakubun) with the topic “hobby”. The writer applies two tests, they are pre test and post test. Pre test is given before the students are taught by implementing Secret Message Game, and post test is given after the students are taught with Secret Message Game. This research is processed by paired sample t-test using software of SPSS Version 16 in order to know whether Ha is accepted or not. Based on the data analysis, the value of the post test in writing Japanese essays is lower than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). It means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Besides that, most students agree that this game is effectively helping to write Japanese essays (sakubun) easily. The result of this research is that there is a significant impact of using Secret Message Game in learning of Japanese essays (sakubun) on the second-level students of Japanese Education Department Faculty of Teacher’s Training and Education Riau University.Key Words: Sakubun, Secret Message Game, Writing Skill
