Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine know the results of the implementation of the learning process early childhood teachers. Total population is the entire early childhood teachers in Se-Kecamatan Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir , as many as 79 people from 17 schools and a sample of 44 teachers. Data collection techniques were used that observation . Data analysis techniques used in this study was the percentage . From the research that has been done, it can be deduced that is seen from the average value of all the aspects -aspek Learning Implementation Process Master ECD se - Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir for teachers graduated from high school or equivalent based on the assessment criteria defined , it can be concluded that the results of the average amount of 89.29 % is included in the category of Very Good . Judging from the average value of all the aspects -aspect Learning Implementation Process Early childhood teachers throughout the District Land White Rokan Hilir for teachers graduate Diploma equivalent to a percentage based on the assessment criteria defined , it can be concluded that the results of the average amount of 87.29 % is included in Very Good . of the average value of all aspects of early childhood Teacher Learning Implementation Process se - Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir for teachers graduate S1 or equivalent Based on the assessment criteria defined , it can be concluded that the results of the average amount of 88.17 % ie included in Very Good .Keywords : Learning Process

Abstract

Absract : The research aimed to know the effect between pedagogic competence teachers to job performance of kindergarten district Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir. This research used quantitative research. In this research, the population that used is teachers graduates of D2 the population is number of 35 people. The sample by used of saturated sample. It means that all of the population be samples. The technic of data collection by used a test and questionnaires in the form of a likert scale. The technic of data analysis by used the correlation and analyze that used simple regression analysis with statistic method SPSS for windows version 18. The simple regression analysis to knowing valid or invalid of the effect between pedagogic competence teachers to job performance in kindergarten district of Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir. It can be seen from r count of 0,226 and 0,344 r table value, because the r count is smaller than the r table or 0,226<0,344. Therefore Ho accepted and Ha rejected. The pedagogic competence give the effect to teachers job performance by of 5%, it showed from R square by of 0,051 and the rest by of 95% it’s because of other variable. So we can conclude there is no effect between pedagogic competence to teachers job performance of kindergarten district of Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Pedagogic competence, job performance

Abstract

Abstract: The research belongs to the descriptive research. The purpose this research was to know how the kindergartens’ school facilities at Tampan district, Pekanbaru. The population of this research was 48 kindergartens’ at Tampan district and the sample was 43 kindergartens’ by using 5% Error percentages. The data were collected by using observation technique in the forms of interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis with percentages. The result showed that the kindergartens’ school facilities at Tampan district, Pekanbaru belong to enough category with percentage 60.15% with: The school facilities were wide of schools’ land with percentage 72.86% belong good category, building or classrooms with percentage 69.18% belong to good category, and schools furniture with percentage 71.88% belong to good category too, the teaching aids whether indoor or outdoor with each of percentages was 49.11% and 55.81% belong to the enough category.Key:School facilities

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is less the maximum capacity of high jump of flop style. The goal is to find out therelation of leg muscles explosive power andback muscles fleksibility with high jump results. The technique of sampling performed with total sampling of 32 students of Coaching Education of Riau University class 2A year 2014/2015. The type of this research is correlation. Normality of data used Lilliefors test, the product moment correlation test, with level of significance is α = 0.05, normalityof variabel X1, L0 (0,115) < Lt (0,157), normalityof variabel X2, L0 (0,117) < Lt (0,157), and the normality of variable Y, L0 (0,102) < Lt (0,157), so the distribution of the data is normal. The results of this research showed: there is a relation between explosive power of leg muscles andthe fleksibility of back muscles with high jump results, with rx1y correlation is 0,513 which is rhitung> rtabel or 0.672> 0,355, rx2ycorrelation is 0,449 which is 0,449 < 0,355, andR correlation is 0.672, which is 0,672 < 0,355.And such relations are categorized strong. Abstract

Abstract: Based on observation at Belibis swimming club Pekanbaru, the athletes’ ability of backstroke swimming is not optimalyed, as seen when they do backstroke swimming, a lot of athletes did’nt complete time target, because arm muscle fatigue. The aim of this study was to find out correlation of the endurance of arm muscles and shoulders with the result of 50 meters backstroke at Belibis club swimming Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all male athletes from Belibis Club Association Pekanbaru which consisted of 10 person. Sample by total sampling, therefore the total sample is 10 person. Instruments in this research was push-up and ability of 50 meters swim backstroke style. Obtained data were analyzed use product-moment correlation. Based on the result there is a significant relationship between endurance of arm muscles and shoulders with the result of 50 meters swim backstroke style at Belibis Club Pekanbaru, where rresult 0,677 > rtable 0,666. The value of coefficient correlation is in between 0,60 – 0,799, therefore the correlation is in the strong category.Keywords: Durability Of Arm Muscles and Shoulder, 50 Meters Backstroke Swimming

Abstract

Abstract: The problems in this study originated from the observation that the author is in the field that researchers found deficiencies at the time of repulsion is still a lack of flexibility of the wrist and the explosive force at the time rejected profits resulting are less than the maximum repulsion. The purpose of this research was to determine the relation wrist flexibility and explosive power with the results of the boys shot put class IX SMPN 1 Rokan koto IV. The population of this study was the son of a class IX student of SMPN 1 koto Rokan IV. In this research, there are class population. Samples of this study is not complete, or do not cover the entire study population, but only part of the population that was it. The researchers took a sampling technique focuses on purposive sampling technique. For the research data used to test the flexibility of the wrist arc, two hands-Ball Put Medicine and refusing to explosive bullets shot put. Data were analyzed with single product moment correlation. Based on the analysis of correlation data for rhitung X1 with Y = 0,423˃rtabel = 0.355 and X2 with Y to rhitung = 0,502˃rtabel = 0.355, while the X1 and X2 with Y = rhitung 0,521˃rtabel = 0.355. Because all the relationships shown in data analysis is significant, so it is Ha Ho accepted and rejected. This means there is a wrist flexibility and explosive power regarding the results of the boys shot put class IX SMPN 1 Rokan IV Koto. Abstract: The case in the research , kind of this research is experimental research kind. That the strength of leg muscle of smp 25 volleyball team pekanbaru is still adverse. It seen from training that done in the game, when player does a smash.the jump is still adverse. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of one leg body weight calf raise on a step training toward the strength of leg muscle smp 25 pekanbaru. This research kind is ps eudo research to see the effect from training form. population in this research is 12 players of smp 25 volleyball team. Sampling technique is purposivesampling, it means the sampling technique with particular consideration. The instrument in this research is leg dynamometer to see the strength of leg muscle. Analysis was done using t-test. Based on data discussion analysis.that can be concluded there is effect of one leg body weigth calf raise on a step training againts leg muscle of smp 25 pekanbaru volleyball team as evidance by t count 1.834>t table 1.796 pada α=0,05.Keyword : one leg body weight calf raise on astep, Strength

Abstract

Abstract: the effect of skipping rope exercise toward leg muscle power of basketball extracurricular players in SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to find out the effect of skipping rope exercise toward leg muscle power of male basketball extracurricular players in SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. This research was quasy experiment and the design of the research used one group pre test post test design. The population in this research consisted of all male players of basketball extracurricular of SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. There were 22 players. The technic of taking sample in this research used purposive sampling and the researcher took male students of class X and XI with 12 students. The data were analyzed by using t test. The result of the research showed that there was the effect of skipping rope exercise toward leg muscle power of male basketball extracurricular players in SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. The average was 45,83 in pretest and 56,25 in posttest with the different mean was 10,42 (Ttest was 3,11 and Ttable was 1,796)Keyword : skipping rope exercise, leg muscle power, Basketball

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the skills of reading comprehension discourse at students of Class IV SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru by applying preview Question Read Reflect Strategy Review Recite (PQ4R). The subjects in this study is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru, the number of students 25 people consisting of 10 student-sex male and 15 female students. From the results of this study concluded that application of Reflect Strategy preview Question Read Recite Review (PQ4R) can improve reading comprehension skills discourse at fourth grade students of SDN 21 Pekanbaru. Is detailed as follows: (1) Increased activity of teachers and students at each meeting. At the first meeting the activity of only 54.17% of teachers with enough categories, then increased in the second meeting as much as 8.33% to 62.50% with the good category. At the third meeting increased again as much as 12.50% to 75% with the good category and at the fourth meeting increase again as much as 20.83% to 95.83% with very good category. While the activities of students at the first meeting only 45.83% with less category, then increased in the second meeting as much as 12.50% to 58.33% with the category enough. At the third meeting increased again as much as 12.50% to 70.83% with the good category and at the fourth meeting also increased by 16.67% to 87.50% with very good category. (2) Improved student learning completeness individually and classical. At the base score of students who completed only 11 people with a percentage of 44%, in the first cycle increased to 16 people with a percentage of 64%, an increase of 5 or 20%, and the second cycle increased to 22 students with a percentage of 88%, occurred an increase of 6 students, or 24%. In addition, the average value of reading comprehension skills discourse at fourth grade students of SDN 21 Pekanbaru also increased in each cycle. Abstract

Abstract: Base of problem in this research is the value of the students still under KKM. It is unknown, because the teacher does not involve students in the learning process, the teacher does not use the media during the learning process to take place, many students who are less interested in the teaching-learning process because it is considered less interesting, and presence of dependent students to other students who are superior,It is necessary for the improvement of learning with immediate application of learning models. Direct instructional model is a learning process that is more centered on the teacher (teacher centered), the teacher becomes the main information source and giver. Although the direct instruction method is used in addition to lectures and equipped or supported with the use of the media, the emphasis remains on the admissions process knowledge (subject matter) rather than on the search process and the construction of knowledge, and tend to emphasize the delivery of information sourced from textbooks, reference or personal experience. The study is in the form of classroom action research (PTK). This study aims to improve the skills makrame Elementary School fifth grade students 145 Pekanbaru. After the adoption of direct learning model can be applied, the data obtained from quantitative data. With the formulation of the problem is "Does the application of the model pembelajara can directly improve the skills makrame fifth grade students of SDN 145 Pekanbaru?". The quantitative data in the form of tests students' knowledge and skills through repetition test cycle. Activity teachers each meeting there is an increase. At the first meeting of teachers activity percentage is 65%. The second meeting of teacher activity increased by 15% to 80%. The third meeting increased 5% to 85%. At the fourth meeting increased 5% to 90%. The average percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle was 72.5%. While the average percentage of the activity of the teacher on the second cycle increased by 15% to 90%. in the first cycle, the daily tests of skills I, which completed 24 students with an average (70.58%), and incomplete 7 students with an average (29.42%). Experienced an increase from a base score of 26.47%. In the daily tests are completed the second cycle 31 students with an average (91.17%), and incomplete 3 students with an average (8.83%) and an increase from the previous cycle of 20.59%, while the increase from the base score to the second cycle of 29.41%.Keywords: Application of Direct Learning Model.
