Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the first grade students’ ability of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru in writing narrative texts.The participants were 75 students. The data were collected using writing test. The research finding indicated that the application of using animation filmas a media could improve students’ writing ability. The result of pre-test showedthat the mean score of the students in experiment class was 47,68 and in control class was 45,08. The result of post-test showed that the mean score of the students in experiment class was 62,86 and in control class was 54,86.From the t obs result, it can be seen that the experiment class get score (23) and the control class (10,74). After obtaining the standard deviation both of experimental and control group, the standard error can be calculated. The standard error was 1,121 and the t table was 7,13.The data analysis technique was show whether the mean different was significant (t obs> t table). From the research finding, it can be concluded that using animation film can motivate students to engage in language learning.Thus, based on the above explanation, the writer concludes that using animation film is effective in improving students ability in writing narrative text.Keywords: Animation Film, Writing, Narrative Texts.

Abstract

Abstract: In Japanese linguistics, there is a word called josuushi or said auxiliary numbers that are used in a manner combined after numeralia principal to declare the class or set of objects, animals or humans, stated frequency or frequency, stating the size or degree, shows the shape of an object, and can also claimed the life of a person. Besides humans, animals, and objects, one other object that can be used to assess the use of josuushi are mythological creatures that can be found on minwa or folklore. This study aimed to describe josuushi used to calculate the mythological creatures in minwa and use the josuushi terms of semantics of the language units. This research is a descriptive study with data collection through library research (library research), which is looking for and collecting data from various sources related to the research. Data obtained from 14 pieces of literature which consists of 12 short stories and two novels that tell about mythological creatures and mentions josuushi used to calculate the mythological creatures. Mythological creatures contained in this study, among others, mermaids, kappa, tengu, and the dragon. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the mermaid can use 2 forms josuushi namely nin (人) and hiki (匹), kappa only use one form josuushi only that hiki (匹), tengu can use three forms josuushi namely nin (人), hiki (匹), and wa (羽), and the dragon can use 2 forms josuushi namely hiki (匹) and tou (頭). Josuushi use to calculate the mythological creatures based on characteristics represented by each of mythological creatures that can be seen from the physical characteristic, trait or habit, environment, conditions, and so forth.Keywords: Josuushi, mythological creatures, minwa

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how grammatical competence or knowledge of Japanese grammar in particular areas of syntax and semantics at third level students of academic year 2015/2016 and the factors that influence it. In this study, the method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach and data was collected through tests and questionnaires. Results of tests and questionnaires are calculated using a predetermined formula to determine the average and the percentage level of mastery the syntax and semantic aspects as well as the factors that influence it.Based on the calculation results of the test answers, it can be seen that the students have enough knowledge on the level of both the scope of competence of grammatical (syntactic-semantic) for elementary-secondary level. Counting results of the questionnaire answer indicate that there are several factors both internal factors and external factors are not functioning optimally in the process of learning Japanese grammatical.Keywords: grammatical competence, learning Japanese grammar (Bunpou).

Abstract

Abstract: This research is background  by the learning attitude of student in SMP Negeri 2 Batu gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Learning attitude change can be observed in the learning process, objectives, firmness and consistency towards something. This change is one indicator of the success of teachers in implementing the learning process. For that educators must create a lesson plan including the learning experience of students who made the attitudes of learning towards subjects become more positive.The formulation of the problem of this research is "How influence learning  attitudes toward the learning results of PKN VII and VIII class in the SMP 2 Batu Gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu?. This study aims to determine how the influence of students' attitudes toward learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the SMP 2 Pasir Penyu. This research is useful for the reader to add insight and information about the attitude of learning. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The data collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 23 statements about students' attitudes (variable X) and the learning result  of grades (Y). Data were analyzed using linear regression. hypothesis that "there is influence students' attitudes learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the SMP 2 Pasir Penyu is accepted.". This is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained Fhitung 4,43 and 4,00 Ftabel value obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 59, at significance level of 5%, thus F count> F table, or 4.43> 4.00. So the hypothesis in this study is accepted that there is a significant impact learning' attitudes toward learning result  PKN class VII and VIII in the smp 2 Batu Gajah Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on the less notice of the parents to children around age 6-12 years old in Lawas Island Village, Bangkinang subdistrict, Kampar regency. The aim of this research is about how is the parents role in educating their children at Lawas island, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of parents in educating their children at lawas, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency.The population of this research are 143 participants an the sample of this research are 30 participants which is took by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument is by questionaire around 90 statements and after the trial there are 80 statements left that can be used for research instruments. The analysis data is quantitative descriptive . the result of this research is the role of parentsin educating their children at lawas island, bankinang subdistrict , kampar regency by recapitulation of presentation value, the result is high level by (SS-S) 82,9 % and (KD)11,1 % and (SR+P) 5 % with mean value 4.0 in high level .Keywords: Role, Parents, Educating

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of facilities and in the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) it can be said support, although not sufficient. Formulation problems research is whether perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru in good ?. The purpose of this research is to find perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru in good or bad .Population in this study 57 people and research sample areas 36 people with critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 57 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. From scratch presentation answer the results research findings perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru, the percentage the average (the ss + s) 95 %. It means residents learn assume learning to be implemented in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru is very good and in accordancewith the objectives of the program package C.Kata Kunci: Perception, perception residents learning, with the implementation of the learningpackage C

Abstract

Abstract: The study is aimed at 1) finding out the description of personal problems experienced by male and female students; 2) finding out the description of emotional problems experienced by male and female students; 3) finding out the description of learning problems experienced by male and female students; 4) finding out the description of familial problems experienced by male and female students; 5) finding out the description of social problems experienced by male and female students; 6) finding out the description of the problems experienced by male and female students dealing with personal, emotional, learning, familial, and social aspects; 7) finding out the description of overall students' problems. The data dealing with student problem preferences based on personal, emotional, learning, familial, and social aspects were collected by using questionnaire. The subjects of the research are 216 8th Grade students of Kampar Timur State Islamic Junior High School whose choise were based on sex. The sampling technique is the total one. The research results showed that: 1) 70 moderate category male students (67%) and 79 moderate category female students (70%) experienced personal problems namely self confidence. 2) 70 moderate category male students (67%) and 73 moderate category female students (65%) experienced emotional problems namely sadness. 3) 73 moderate category male students (70%) experienced learning motivation and 93 moderate category female students (83%) experienced learning achievement problems. 4) 66 low category male students (63%) and 60 low category female students (54%) experienced familial problems namely relationship with parents. 5) 75 low category male students (72%) experienced social problems namely relationship with teachers and female students and 78 low category female students (70%) experienced social problems namely relationship with peer group. 6) The problems of personal, emotional, learning, familial, and social aspects experienced by male and female students are about learning motivation and they are still in moderate category. 7) In general, the problems experienced by male students and female students which are categorized high are emotional i.e. 16% dealing with sadness.Keywords: Problems of Students

The subjects of the research are 200 students of State Elementary School 005 Baru Village, Siak Hulu Sub district whose choise were based on sex. The sampling technique is the total one. The research results showed that: 1) 60 moderate category male students (59%) and 55 moderate category female students (56%) experienced personal problems. 2) 97 moderate category male students (96%) and 91 moderate category female students (92%) experienced emotional problems. 3) 69 moderate category male students (68%) and 71 moderate category female students (72%) experienced learning problems. 4) 70 moderate category male students (69%) and 69 moderate category female students (70%) experienced familial problems. 5) 53 moderate category male students (52%) and 50 moderate category female students (51%) experienced social problems. 6) 97% male students and 91% female students experienced emotional problems, 70% male and 69% female students experienced familial problems, and 69% and 71% male and female students experienced learning problems. 7) In general, the problems experienced by male students and female students are emotional, familial and social in moderate category.Keywords: Problems of Students

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) how are the descriptions of personal problem experienced by male and female students?, 2) how are the descriptions of emotional problem experienced by male and female students, 3) how are the descriptions of learning problem experienced by male and female student?, 4) how are the descriptions of family problem experienced by male and female student?, 5) how are the descriptions of social problem experienced by male and female student?, 6) how are the general description of the problems that experienced by male and female students, 7) how about the category of problems that experienced by the male and female students in general. The data instrument is a questioner regarding to problems that experienced by the students. The population of this research is all ofthe students in class VIII and IX in Senior High School Number 3, Rumbio Jaya, academic year 2015/2016. The sample is determined by using total sampling technique that means all of the population is the sample. The result of this study shows that the description of personal problem experienced by male and female students mostly included in “middle “ category, male 78% and female 82%, 2) the description of emotional problem experienced by the male and female students is mostly in “middle” category, male 51% and female 54%, 3) the description of learning problem experienced by the male and female students is mostly in “middle” category, male 55% and female 54%, 4) the description of family problem experienced by the male and female students is mostly in “few” category, male 88% and female 92%, 5) the description of social problem experienced by the male and female students is mostly in “few” category, male 82% and female 91%, 6) In general, the description of the problems experienced by male and female students are mostly about personal, emotional and learning, 7) the description of problems experienced by the male and female students based on the aspect of personal, emotional, learning, family and social in general is in “middle” category.Keyword : The Problem Of Student

Abstract

Abstract: The research is aimed at 1) finding out the male and female students' personal problems; 2) finding out the male and female students' emotional problems; 3) finding out the male and female students’ learning problems; 4) finding out the male and female students' familial problems; 5) finding out the male and female students' social problems; 6) finding out the overall problems faced by male and female students; 7) finding out the most dominant category of students' problems in general. The subjects of the research are 200 11th and 12th grade students of Kuok State Islamic Senior High School. The sampling technique is the total one, therefore the entire population were taken as samples. There are no greater written subjects or groups because entire individuals in a group are involved directly, hereafter this kind of sampling technique is called total sampling (Ibnu Jahar, 1999). The research results showed that: 1) more female students experienced personal problems than male students. While, the personal problems experienced by male students were emotional ones; 2) more male students experienced emotional problems than female students, in other words female students experienced less emotional problems; 3) more male students experienced learning problems than female students, in other words female students experienced less learning problems; 4) more male students experienced social problems than female students in other words female students experienced less social problems; 5) more male students experienced familial problems than female students in other words female students experienced less familial problems; 6) in general, male and female students experienced more personal and social problems. The personal problems experienced by male and female students caused their difficult learning concentration; 7) the problems experienced by students were generally categorized moderate.Keywords: Students’ problems
