Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD to increase learning motivation IPS students of class IX C SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan. The number of students in this study were 23 orang.Penelitian implemented in the 2nd half of the 2015/2016 school year in February 2016.Variable measured in this study are the activities of teachers and students with the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD and motivation to learn siswa.Pengumpulan data is done using sheet observasi.Hasil this study showed that the activity of teachers in the application of cooperative learning model STAD in the first cycle, amounting to 24 to the standard classification of the degree of perfection of teachers are in a good classification. The percentage of teacher activity reached 62.50%. While in the second cycle increased with the percentage of 87.50% both categories all.The activity of the student in the first cycle with a score of 72 porsentase 52.17% on the classification of sufficiently while on the second cycle increased student activity with a score of 105 with a percentage of 76.09% good classification all.The increased student motivation in the first cycle scores obtained by students is 98 percentage 53.26% with sufficient classification. After the second cycle increased score of 143 with a percentage of 77.72% with a good classification.Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can increase motivation to learn social science students of class IX C SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan district. Abstract

Abstrak: The research is based on the fact that the classical completeness (75%) social subjects in grade VIII D low. So the impact on learning outcomes that of 29 students who take daily tests are completed reached KKM 80 is only about 34.8%. This means that there are approximately 65.2% of students who fail to reach the KKM. Of course this makes no classical completeness achievement in the classroom. This research is classroom action research (PTK) collaboration between teachers and students with a number of students as subjects of research that as many as 29 people in the class VIII.D the school year 2015/2016. The study took place at the beginning of the semester from January to June. The conclusion is that student achievement VIII.D grade SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako has increased from the initial test (pre-test) to test the end of the first cycle (post-test) and then to the final test (post-test) the second cycle is the percentage of classical completeness of 27.58% or by calculating the number of students who completed 8 be 37.93% or by calculating the 11 students who completed the first cycle and more significantly in the second cycle is 86.2% or as many as 25 students who pass. Activities teachers use cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) in grade VIII D SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako the academic year 2015/2016 has increased. It is based on the calculation result after the holding of the observation is of 62.5% or a total score of 60 at the first meeting in the first cycle to 68.75% or a total score of 22 in the second meeting in the first cycle then to 75% or a total score of 24 at the first meeting in the second cycle and more significantly in the second meeting of the second cycle is 87.5% or a total score of 28.Keywords: Group Investigation (GI) and Learning Achievement2

Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 4 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 67.83 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 18 people only 6 students who achieve classical KKM with 33.33%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII1 at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on February 01, 2016 ‘to February 22, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N 4 Tanah Putih, totaling 18 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 67.83. In the first cycle improve an average of 79.17 and an improve in the second with an average 86.67. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 53.57% and the second meeting improve to 67.87%. Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problems in this study was the lack of students interest. This study was aimed to determine the increase in students interest in social subject class V Darul Ulum Islamic Elementary School Sintong Tanah Putih by using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Subjects in this study the number of fifth grade students with 22 students consisting of 10 males and 12 females. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument of colleecting the data was observation sheet, that teacher and student activity sheets observation interest in learning. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) increase the interest students of class V Government Elementary School Darul Ulum Sintong Tanah Putih, evidenced by 1) Activities of teachers of the first cycle of the first meeting with the percentage of 54, 17% (Not Good) further increased in the second meeting a percentage of 75.0% (Good). In the second cycle in the first meeting with a percentage of 87.5% (Very Good) increased in the second meeting siklsu II becomes 95.83% (Very Good)., 2) Activities of students meeting the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 46.21% (Not Good) increased at a second meeting be 65.15% (Good) further increased in the second cycle to the first dipertemuan increased to 82.6% (Very Good) increased to 91.67% (Very Good) in the second meeting of the second cycle, and 3) average the percentage of student interest at the first meeting reached 56.36% (Good), and then increased in the second meeting of the first cycle with an average percentage of 66.36% (Good). While on the second cycle, student interest increased to 75.45% (Good) and the second meeting of the second cycle reaches 84.55% (Very Good).Key Words: Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD, Students Interest, IPS

Abstrack: IPS education emphasizes providing direct experience and todevelop the competence that the students were able to explore and understand thenature of social processes around scientifically. In addition to quality education can notbe separated from the role of the teacher as facilitator and motivator. a teacher will beeasier to accomplish the desired objectives, if a teacher uses media or tools in theprocess of teaching and learning activities IPS "the teacher as a facilitator should beable to cultivate sources and media useful learning as well as to support theachievement of learning objectives and learning process, and includes sources,textbooks, magazines or newspapers. Media is a tool that impart or disseminate ideas,ideas and opinions that can be presented to the recipients ditujui. Learning Outcomesnamely the ability of the students after receiving the result of the ability to learn. Thelearning result is output achieved thanks to the learning process. The purpose of thisresearch to improve learning outcomes IPS Grade Elementary School V.A 008 megabay, Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir Aajaran Year 2015/2016 by using media images. Placeof research conducted in SD 008 Mega Gulf Kayu Putih subdistrict. The samples usedwere students of class V.A numbered 20 people. Techniques used in data collection byusing observation sheet student, teacher observation sheet and booklet. Techniquesused to analyze the data of student learning outcomes and engineering activities ofteachers and students. Abstract

Abstrak: The background of this study is that the students 'interest in learning IPS relatively low which is characterized by a sense of interest in the students' social studies, less the member's attention, a sense of curiosity of students. Besides, teachers using conventional methods, ie lectures and without the use of media so that students feel bored and berinplikasi on student interest. Of the necessary problem Action Research (PTK) by applying the learning method Kooperative Non Example Example Learning mode. This study aims to increase interest in social studies class VIII MTs At Thohiriyah Srikayangan districts Tanjung Medan. The population number of students as many as 30 students. This research was conducted in two cycles each cycle consisting of two meetings. Instrument of data collection in this study is the observation sheet teacher, student observation sheet and observation sheet student interest. The results of the analysis of the activity of teachers in the first cycle of 45% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 83.3% lam very good category. While the results of the analysis of the activity of students in the first cycle of 58.3% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 87.2% in the excellent category, activities of student interest cycle I 48.27% in the medium category and the second cycle has reached the level of success ie 87.45% in the high category. Abstrack: Education not only as a conduit of information knowledge and skillsformation, but broader than that. Abstract. This classroom action research, conducted in the fourth grade primary school 012 Perfect Bangko Bangko Pusako District of School Year 2015/2016. The study began on January 11 to February 1, 2016. The number of students 30 students, consisting of 15 female students and 15 male students. Based on the results of the study, an increase in teacher activity occurs on the implementation of the second cycle, which reached the percentage of 94% in the category of very perfect. From the results of observations conducted by the observer on the second cycle, the teacher has been carrying out all activities very well in accordance with the steps - steps learning word square Along with the increased activity of teachers in the second cycle, the student activity also increased reaching the percentage of 94% in the category of very high motivation learning students also appeared to increase, as seen in the first cycle only reaches the percentage of 51% in the high category, increased in the second cycle to 87% in the very high category. Based on the results of these discussions show that by using the word square models are applied in teaching, can give students motivation sehinnga learning materials delivered to attract the attention of students. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini, dilakukan di kelas IV SD Negeri 012 Bangko Sempurna Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal 11 Januari sampai 1 Februari 2016. Dengan jumlah siswa 30 siswa, terdiri dari 15 orang siswa perempuan dan 15 orang siswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peningkatan aktivitas guru terjadi pada pelaksanaan siklus II yang mencapai persentase 94 % dalam kategori sangat sempurna. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh observer pada siklus II, guru telah melaksanakan seluruh aktivitas dengan sangat baik sesuai dengan langkah - langkah pembelajaran word square Seiring dengan meningkatnya aktivitas guru pada siklus II, aktivitas siswa juga meningkat yang mencapai persentase 94 % dalam kategori sangat tinggi Motivasi Belajar siswa juga terlihat meningkat, hal ini terlihat pada siklus I hanya mencapai persentase 51% dalam kategori tinggi, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 87 % dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model word square yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran, dapat memberikan motivasi belajar siswa sehinnga materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, maka dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran word square dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SD Negeri 012 Bangko Sempurna Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir tahun Pelajaran 2015 / 2016.Kata Kunci
