Abstract: Based on the observations done by researcher in the field then researcher get the phenomena faced by activator team of family welfare empowerment (PKK) sukadamai village at the time of implementation that is: there is still any some PKK members who don't understand and don't even know about 10 main program of PKK which must be done by PKK. The implementation of other community activities and maternal & child health centre (Posyandu) is still lack of support from the RT and RW, the lack of public participation on community activities. The purpose of this research is to know the execution of 10 main program of PKK in sukadamai village ujungbatu subdistrict of Rokan Hulu regency. This research used qualitative methods by using a descriptive approach. The results of this research showed that 1. Comprehension and implementing pancasila in practice is very good, 2. Implementation of mutual aid (gotong royong) is very good, 3. Food was implemented well enough, 4. Clothing has done very good 5. Housing and the implementation of households, have been implemented with good, 6. Education and skills is already done good, 7. Health is already done good, 8. development of cooperative life have been implemented with good 9. Environmental Sustainability was done good, 10. healthy Planning has been implemented with good.Key words: Analysis, 10 Programs PKK, PKK

Abstract: This study was conducted because of the low interest in social studies to students in class III SD Negeri 63 Pekanbaru. It can be known from the symptoms: 1) The students are less interested to study in the learning activities, and many students are still playing and noisier when learning. 2) Many students not pay attention when the teacher explains lessons. 3) Only a few students who actively ask and answer questions in class. 4) Students seem difficult to understand the material, and easy to forget the lesson that has been taught. The purpose of this study is to know the difference between the interest in studying the experimental class and control class and the effects of cooperative learning model and the pop-up books as a medium for the interests of studying IPS. Results of research on the experimental class applied cooperative learning model by using the pop-up book occurs an average increase student interest is significant, from 64.167 at the pretest to 88.792 at the posttest. While the control class, applied to conventional learning is also an increase in average interest in learning that is 63.429 at the pretest and 73.571 at the posttest. Based on the index gain, there is a difference in improving learning IPS students significant between experimental class and control class. The average increase (gain) on experimental class is 0.672 with the medium category, while the control class 0.079 with low category. Cooperative learning model and pop-up books media affect the interest of studies IPS students. The effect of the application amounted to 37.45%. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of the display cube games count kemapuan beginning 5-6 years old children in RA Al Ubudiyah. The population in this study were all children aged 5-6 years in school RA Al Ubudiyah Pekanbaru 2nd semester class B TP 2015/2016. The sample in this study is a first class consisting of 5 girls and 17 boys. A total of 22 children in a class B RA Al Ubudiyah participated in this study. This research is a Pre-Experiment by using design One Group Pretest Posttest that the sample was given an early test in advance to determine the ability of an earlier pilot then treated, after being given the treatment were then given a final test, thus the results of the treatment can be known more mutually agree because it can be compared with the situation before and after being treated. Data collection techniques were used that observation. Data analysis technique using large-scale testing and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for Windows Ver. 20. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there is influence sigifikan the beginning numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years after using the game cube display. N-Gain is the difference between the pretest and posttest. Gain score indicates Tertiary treatment effectiveness. Based on the above results obtained mean value G 50.97% Game Cube display big influence on numeracy skills children aged 5-6 years beginning at RA Al Ubudiyah Pekanbaru.Keywords: Game Cube, numeracy, perception

Abstract: The game is the creation of a water fight in the celebration of Chinese New Year in Selatpanjang. With the game of water war (Chian-CUI) in Selatpanjang able to add an air of excitement and entertainment in celebration of the Chinese New Year. It was proved by the increasing local and foreign tourists every year when entering the Chinese New Year celebration to visit Selatpanjang to see the excitement contained in Selatpanjang when entering the Chinese New Year celebrations, which will not be felt in other areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the Chinese tradition in Selatpanjang. To find out the background for the game of water war (Chian-CUI) at a Chinese New Year celebration in Selatpanjang. To find out how the development of water wargame (Chian-CUI) at a Chinese New Year celebration in Selatpanjang. To determine the value terkadung water fight during the game (Chian-CUI) at a Chinese New Year celebration in Selatpanjang. To determine the effect of water wars game (Chian-CUI) to the Chinese New Year celebrations in Selatpanjang. To determine the impact of positive and ngeatif water war games (Chian-CUI) at the time of the celebration Imlwk in Selatpanjang. The method used in this study is historical and qualitative methods. Data were obtained from interviews later in the analysis in its own language. The research sites are in town Selatpanjang Meranti Islands District. When the study started from the seminar proposal until a thesis seminar. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview techniques, technical documentation and technical literature. From research it has been found that the water wargame (Chian-CUI) is a game to be held for six days from the first day until the sixth day of the Lunar Lunar played on a motor rickshaw to surround these wars. Water war games have long played by the public Selatpanjang children terkhususnya Malay community, but only the last few years developed by Chinese young people as creations in the celebration of Chinese New Year in Selatpanjang.Keywords: Water War Game (Chian-Cui), Lunar, Selatpanjang

Abstract: This research is the traditon of manjopuik limau across the coast of Kuantan district of Kuantan Mudik district of Singingi. The purpose of this study is to describe how the tradition of manjopuik limau across te coast Kuantan district mudik Kuantan Singingi district, and how the aesthetics of language un the manjopuik tradition of limes across the coast of Kuantan sub-district queue mudik district Singingi. this type of research is descriptive qualitative research and ethnography approach that try to tell the existing problem solving based on existing facts. The results of this study is a narrative descriptive that is comprehensive along with interpretations that interpret all aspects of culture. This research tries to get as comlete information as possible anout the manjopuik tradition of limes across the coast of Kuantan Mudik district Singingi. the data in this research are verbal, nonverbal and aesthetic data of language contained in the manjopuik tradition of limes. Validity of data obtained by triangulation technique. Then the data are analyzed and classified according to the stage of the manjopuik tradition of limes. The result of research, found verbal elements, nonverbal elements, and language aesthetics in the tradition of manjopuik limau amounted to eighty nine data. The division of data is (1) verbal elements amounted to twenty data,(2) nonverbal elements of eight data, and (3) aesthetic language totaled sixty on data.Keywords: Traditions of manjopuik limau, Seberang Pantai, Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi.

Abstrak This study departed from the low ability of fifth grade students of SDN 94 Pekanbaru in reading poetry. Formulation of the problem in this study is " Does the use of audio-visual media can enhance the ability to read poetry fifth grade students of SDN 94 Pekanbaru ?". The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to read poetry fifth grade students of SDN 94 Pekanbaru. The study subjects were 30 students consisting of 15 men and 15 women. Data were collected through observation using the observation sheet for the teacher and student activity data. The results of students' ability to read poetry performed Deuteronomy End of Cycle I and II. Teacher activity at the first meeting of the first cycle is 56.36 % categorized enough, at the second meeting of the first cycle increased to 76.36 % categorized either. At the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 80.00 % categorized well, and at the second meeting of the second cycle again increased to 89.09 %. Activities of students in the first cycle the first meeting fairly categorized 54.55 %, at the second meeting increased to 65.45 % categorized enough. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased by 72.73 % return either category, and at the second meeting of the second cycle again increased to 78.18 %. Preliminary data literacy poetry fifth grade students of SDN 94 Pekanbaru of 30 students only 2 people (6.67%) is said to be complete, while 28 ( 93.33 % ) did not complete. With an average value of 57,56. At the end of the first cycle increased Deuteronomy, of the 30 students who completed said as many as 20 students ( 66.66 % ) who did not complete 10 students (33.33%), with an average value of 65. In Deuteronomy End of Cycle II again increased from 30 students who completed as many as 28 (93.33%), while students who did not complete as much as 2 students (6.66 %). In Deuteronomy End of Cycle II in classical completeness of 93.33%. Because at the end of Deuteronomy classical completeness Cycle II has reached 80% it does not continue next siklus . From the above explanation shows that the use of audio-visual media can enhance the ability to read poetry fifth grade students of SDN 94 Pekanbaru . Keywords:Audio-Visual Media,Read Poetry

Abstract: This research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School class III students of the District Kelayang Simpang 001 Kelayang the application of learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the academic year 2014/2015. Subjects in this study were students of class III Elementary School District of Kelayang Kelayang Simpang 001 Indragiri the number of students 18 students, consisting of 9 men and 9 women. This study is a Class Action Research (Classroom Actions Research) which comprises two cycles. Based on the results of research and data analysis known that an increase in the percentage of activity for teachers to get an average of 78% success with both criteria. Observation of teacher activity in the second cycle to obtain an average of 92% success criteria very well. In addition, the activity of the students during the application of learning models CTL in the first cycle of activity students gain an average of 80% success criteria very well. Implementation of the second cycle of activity students gain an average of 90% success criteria very well. Student learning outcomes before applied learning models CTL is 61.67. At UH 1 first cycle to 74.72 which have increased as much as 21.16%, the number of students who completed 11 students. In the second cycle increased the average value of as much as 18.58% to 88.61. All students completed the implementation of the UH 2. It can be concluded that the CTL learning model can improve student learning outcomes IPS Class III SD N 001 Simpang Kelayang. ABSTRACT: This research entitled a study on the ability of writing pantun in the first year student’s of SMP YLPI Marpoyan Program Plus Pekanbaru. The problems in this research is ability writing pantun suitably condition of pantun. This aimed to describe student ability in writing pantun on aspect about verse, ability writing pantun on aspect about total word and a part word, ability writing pantun on sampiran's aspect, and ability writing pantun on content aspect. Method utilized in this research it descriptive method. Data collecting tech that is done for research it utilizes tech essay. This research population as much 46 person and research sample also as much 46 person with sample establishment total. To analysis research data utilized by average formula by use of estimation criterion guidance. Analysis is research data is done to 191 pantun couplets. This research result most that identification (1 ) ability writing pantun on aspect about verse gets medium category with average 76,78, (2 ) ability wriing pantun on aspect about total word and a part word gets medium category with average 72,96, (3 ) ability writing pantun on sampiran's aspect gets medium category with average 77,83, and (4 ) ability writing pantun on content aspect gets medium category with average 80,96.Keyword: ability, writing, pantun

Abstract: This study Aims To Know How Much Influence of Mechanical Token Economy Against Children Aged 5-6 Years Independence In Playgroup (KB) Hang Kesturi District of Pekanbaru City. This research Consists Of Two Variables: Mechanical Toekn Economic and Independence Children. Proposed hypothesis in this study are the following: There Effect of Mechanical Token Economy Against Children Aged 5-6 Years Independence In Group Play Hang Kesturi District of Pekanbaru City. The study involved 16 subjects, namely 5-6 years old. Methods of data collection in this study using experimental. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a partial correlation techniques using facilities assistance program SPSS 17.0 for windos.The results showed no significant positive relationship between the independence of Mechanical Token Economy Against Children Aged 5-6 Years In Group Play Hang Kesturi District of Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the test results of the child's independence difference after using the Technique Token Economy Mechanical influences are 45.13% Token Economy Against Independence.Keywords: Mechanical Token Economy, Independence

ABSTRACT, problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in elementary school penjasorkes 048 Bengkalis Bengkalis. Many factors affect the penjasorkes learning outcomes, such as nutritional status and physical fitness. This study aims to determine the contribution of nutritional status and physical fitness of the students' learning outcomes penjasorkes Elementary School 048 Bengkalis Bengkalis. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the whole student Elementary School 048 Bengkalis Bengkalis numbering as many as 113 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Thus the number of samples in this study are 23 male students. Data were collected by using a measurement of both variables. To measure nutritional status using anthropometric tests, and to measure physical fitness using TKJI. While the results obtained from the value of learning penjasorkes mid semester. Data were analyzed with Pearson product moment correlation and followed with a double. The data was analyzed by showing that the first hypothesis is a contribution of nutritional status on learning outcomes penjasorkes with a large contribution is 17.31%. The second hypothesis is a contribution to the learning outcomes of physical fitness penjasorkes with a large contribution is 18.49%. While the third hypothesis is a contribution of nutritional status and physical fitness together on learning outcomes penjasorkes with a large contribution is 31.02%.Keywords : nutritional status, level of physical fitness, learning outcomes penjasorkes
