Abstract

Abstract: This research background backs by low learning outcomes IPA Grade IV SDN 021 Gulf Berembun ie with an average of 53.5. Of the 20 students, only 5 (25%) of students who achieve learning outcomes and 15 (75%) of students who do not achieve the learning outcomes of KKM that have been defined. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of learning models of quantum teaching in grade IV SDN 021 Teluk Berembun bay. Cycle stages in the repair of this study undergo twice the cycle in which the data were collected through observation of teacher activity and student activity observation and the results of the first UH I and UH II. The results showed that the application of quantum model of teaching can improve learning outcomes IPA. This proved the average value obtained by students each cycle has increased. After improvement of learning through quantum model of teaching in the first cycle the average value UH is 64.50. Dilanjutakan to the second cycle on average gained 70.50 UH ie. This means that the application of quantum learning models of teaching in science subjects according to the students' abilities so that the resulting self-confidence in students. The activities of teachers in the Implementation of Quantum models of teaching have increased in the first cycle the first meeting increased 58.33% 66.66% Second meeting, at the first meeting of the second cycle increased 79.16% 87.50% meeting II becomes. Student activity in the application of Quantum Teaching models to improve learning outcomes IPA has increased from cycle to cycle. Student activity first cycle of meetings I got a percentage of 54.16%, while the second meeting with the percentage of 62.50%. Cycle II perteman I obtain the percentage of 66.66% and the second cycle II got a meeting with the percentage to 75%. Results of the study in class IV SDN 021 Teluk Berembun prove that the application of quantum model of teaching can improve learning outcomes IPA.Keywords: model quantum teaching, learning outcomes IPA

Abstract

Abstract. Back Background problem in research this is its low of result study class student IPS IV Country SD 027 Sintong with value average 65. From 16 student that yet finish many 9 people (43,75%) whereas who finish 7 people (56,25%). problem Rumusam in this research what implement the Cooperative Studying model TPS's Type ( Think Pair Share) can to level it result study the IV SD class Country 027 Sintong?. data collection Instrument to this penelitiaan is sheet the Research is done dalan two cycles, that is four times material meeting two times repeating of daily. data collection Instrument to this penelitiaan is teacher's observation sheet and student also result test study. After to be applied model Cooperative studying TPS's Type ( Think Pair Share) so research result show that activity of teacher to cycle first meetings first be obtained persentase 58,33% with enough category, to meeting second cycles first 66,66% with good category, first cycles meeting second 75% good categoryy, second cycles meeting second 87,5% categoryy very good. To cycle first meetings first persentase activity of student 54,16% enough categoryy, second cycles meeting first persentase activity of student 62,5% good categoryy, first cycles meeting second with persentase 66,66% good categoryy, second cycles meeting second with persentase 83,33% categoryy very good. To student's skor base who finish 7 people whereas that don't finish 9 people, with classical completing 43,75% (don't finish). To cycle daily repeating first, student who finish 11 people whereas that don't finish 5 people, with classical completing 68,75% (don't finish). To cycle end repeating second to undergo leveling of completing, student who finish 15 people and that don't finish 1 people, with completing classical 93,75% (finish). this research result To be based can to be concluded that the Cooperative studying model-implement TPS's Type ( Think Pair Share) can to level it result study class student IPS IV Country SD 027 Sintong. Abstract

ABSTRACT, type of research is descriptive with the purpose of providing a systematic overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of population in this study are all the players on Team Ball at SMPN 2 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis the number of players as many as 28 people. The sample in this study amounted to as many as 28 people. Further data analysis techniques using deskriktif analysis to test the ability menggunakakn basic techniques of football. Based on the above data processing results can be in the know that the Basic Technical Skill Level Football Team SMPN 2 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis of the ability of the ball (heading) relatively less with an average value of 42.89 and the ability to hold soccer ball (passing) classified as moderate by category being with an average of 47.54 and from dribbling ability (dribbling) classified as good with the average value 64.54, and from the ability to kick a ball (shooting) is quite with an average 54.60. Abstract

Abstract: Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) is a conceptual framework that shows the relationship between three kinds of knowledge needed by the teacher or prospective teacher including technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and content knowledge. The research putposes was to knowed the quality of workbook of Content Knowledge (CK) for Stregthening Teacher of Biology Competencies. The workbook was developed from essential indicator of Teacher Biology Competency Test. Design, develop, simulation and validation of workbook by internal validator conducted at Biology Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. External validation and second validation of the workbook is in MGMP Biology SMA Pekanbaru. Workbook validated on four aspects include format, content, illustrations and language. The result of format aspect is 3,42 with very valid categories, content is 3,40 with very valid categories, ilustration is 3,40 with very valid categories, and language is 3,44 with very valid categories. The result of whole aspecs are 3,41with very valid categories that meaning the workbook can be used as a learning resource by the teachers to improve content competencies and learning proces.Keywords: Biology Teacher, Content Knowledge, Workbook.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research was to produce a valid constructivist physics learning module on dynamic and equilibrium of rigid body material as a source of physics learning media for senior high school students. The research used the Research and Development method following the ADDIE model. In this research, the module was developed over three steps out of five steps such as analysis, design, and development. The research data was obtained from the results of validation by five experts as validators. The validation module instrument was adopted by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) which consists of three feasibility aspect’s consist the content, the language, the graphic and present feasibility aspect’s. Validation was done through two phases which is the first and second phase. The content feasibility aspect got the average validity of 0.9 (valid with very good category), the language feasibility aspect was 0.92 (valid with very good category), and the graphic and present feasibility aspect’s was 0.90 (valid with very good category). In general, the indicator of each feasibility aspects has been valid and suitable with the development objectives. Based on the results of the validation, it can be concluded that the constructivist physics learning module on dynamic and equilibrium of rigid body material has been valid based on the content, the language, the graphic and present feasibility aspects and feasible as a source of physics learning media on dynamic and equilibrium of rigid body material.Keywords : constructivist module, dynamic and equilibrium of rigid body, physics learning of senior high school

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems that arise from the observations made by researchers ie students in SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru on the role of homeroom who has not implemented its role maximally to the discipline of his students. Many found guardians who seem indifferent with the students because the homeroom considered their duty just teach it but also as a mentor. This study aims to describe the influence of the role of guardian against the discipline of students in SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru by looking at the answers of students to the questionnaire given to 60 students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the data in the analysis by using simple linear regression. Based on the research results can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the role of guardian against the discipline of students SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru because it turns Fhitung ≥ Ftabel or 83.850 ≥ 4.01. Based on calculation result known R square value equal to 0,591 or 59,1% mean, that contribution of class guardian role in to student discipline in SMKN 2 Pekanbaru 59,1%, while 41,9% (100-94%) influenced by variable not included in this study. Based on data analysis the role of guardian classified as very high that is equal to 76.30%, while the discipline students in SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru classified good category that is equal to 69.89%.Keywords: Homeroom Teacher, Discipline Students

Abstract

Abstrac: The problem in this research is the lack of ability to punch velocity gyakusuki on karate athletes PU Parit Indah Pekanbaru. At the time of making a strokeathletes gyakusuki are only three athletes who have a blow speed 90-105, based on the norms expressed less so. The shape of this research is the experimental treatment (Experimental). The independent variable was exercise Push Up (X) is the dependent variable speed drills punch (Y). With thetechnique total sampling is a sample of 6 people. Data were obtained and collected through preliminary tests and final tests before and after exercise push-up. Using the test instrument hit the tug, which aims to measure the speed of the arm and shoulder muscles. After that, the data is processed with statistical, normality test lilifors test at a significance level α (0.05). The hypothesis is their influence on the speed of punch gyakusuki.Based on the analysis of statistical data, there are an average of 91.67 Pree-test and post-test average rata110,33, then the data is normal. Based on t test analysis produces Tcalculated at 6.062 and Ttable at 1,943, meaning Tarithmetic> Ttable. Abstract

Abstract: The problem with this research it`s still a lack of accuracy shooting at the time of exercise as well as compete on the football team Koto Ranah. Based on the researchers training provide kick him in five balls to the goal to improve the accuracy of the shooting. The research to determine whether there is effect kick him in five the ball into the net on the accuracy of the shooting on the football team Koto Ranah, so that when a shooting get maximum results. The research is experimental treatment (Experimental), with a population football team Koto Ranah, the data in this research is the entire population of 16 people. The instruments used in this research is to test Johnson soccer tes, which aims to tes menembak bola ke sasaran. It aims tomeasure the ability and skills to shoot the ball into the target (shooting), normality test with lilifors test at significance level α (0.05). The hypothesis is the effect kick him in five the ball into the net on the accuracy of the shooting. Based on the analysis of statistical data, there are an average Pree-test of 56,21 and an average post-test 63,47, then the data is normal with an increase of 7,26. Based on t test analysis produces Ttabel Thitung of 6,78 and 1,753, meaning Thitung> Ttabel. Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on a problem found in the A 5th grade class of SDN 158 Pekanbaru, that is the low learning result of social majored students. It can be seen on the students score reaching KKM (Minimal Criteria) which is only 6 people (25%) from 24 students . While the school established KKM is at 70, then many students who have not reached the KKM is 18 students (75%). Based on these problems it is necessary to apply cooperative learning model type Listening Team in order to help improving student learning outcomes. Cooperative learning model type Listening Team begins with the exposure of subject matter, then teachers divide students into four groups with different roles and tasks (questions asker, answers giver, rebutter,conclusion maker). If active learning is active, it is expected to affect student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes social majored students A 5thgrade class of SD Negeri 158 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. The data collected in this research is the data of Teacher and Student activity and test data of student learning result on daily test in every cycle. In the first cycle of teacher activity increased by 70.83% (enough) and 75.00% (enough) then in the second cycle reached by 87.50% (very good) and 95.83% (very good). It also happens on student activity with the percentage gain in the first cycle by 66,67% (enough) and 70,83% (enough) then at the second cycleby 83,33% (very good) and 91,67% (very good). In addition to teacher and student activity, social students learning outcomes also experienced an increase from the average basic score of 59.37 with a 25% completeness percentage increase in the first cycle of 18.94% to 70.62 with a percentage of 62.50% completeness. Then at second cycle increased again by 4.58% to 75.20 with the percentage mask 87.50%. So it can be concluded that cooperative learning model type listening team can improve learning result of social majored students A 5thgrade class of SD Negeri 158 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Listening Team, Learning Results IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to know the correlation of organizational culture and teachers performance Kindergartens in Simpang Baru Village Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is Kindergartens in Simpang Baru Village as many 74 people compirising teachers from 12 Kindergartens. Given the small population the researchers determined the entire population becomes saturated sample of sampling. Method of this research is Person Product Moment correlation to know the correlation of organizational culture and teacher performance. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver. 16. Based on hypothesis there is any significant positive the correlation of organizational culture and teachers performance Kindergartens in Simpang Baru village Tampan sub District Pekanbaru City. It could be seen from the result of correlation that rxy=0,817 and significant level 0,000<0,05. The level of correlation organizational culture and teachers performance is in the very strong category with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount 66,8%, it means that organizational culture affect teachers performance .Key words : Culture Organizational, Teachers Performance
