Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observations that have been conducted by researchers in children aged 5-6 years in TK Harapan Bunda of the Cerenti Districk Kuantan Singingi Regency is still found some problems associated with emotional intelligence. As the most of which seems to be aggressive when playing like the friend's toy, and some of the child tends to anger out on when the mood it can not be met, the child who is like playing alone or over and asked parents to play a game than playing with a friend of his age, children are too difficult to control his feelings (emotion) to share toys with his friend which resulted in the child is poking and prodding his friend, the kid who just shut up when he saw his friend made a mistake while playing with such deliberately pushing his friend to the ground. The study aims to determine the influence of the ropes of emotional intelligence 5-6 yearold children in TK Harapan Bunda of the Cerenti Districk Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research is a research experiment. using one group pretest posttest design. The samples used in this study amounted to 32 children as for the techniques of collecting data used is an observation. The analysis of data by using the program IBM SPSS Statistic The 21. This hypothesis of this study was that there was a significant influence the use of the ropes of emotional intelligence. To determine the hypothesis is accepted or rejected can be seen based on data from IBM SPSS Statistic The 21 can be seen thitung, 39,199 more than ttabel, 2,039 (39,199 > 2,039). Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was received that means there is a significant influence before and after doing an experiment the ropes of emotional intelligence. this can be seen from the influence of the ropes based on calculations using formula Gain of 53, 49 % are in the medium and 46, 51 % affected by other factors.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Ropes Game

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the effect of student' creativity and parents' attention to learning achievement. The research subjects were class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with a total sample of 70 students. The research method uses purposive sampling. Data collection is done through technique questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 17.0 and calculations using manual formulas.The results of the study based on multiple linear regression showed that students' creativity and parents' attention had an effect on learning achievement on Economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, that can be seen from: (1) constanta value of 5,219, regression coefficient value of 0.241, and regresion coefficient of 0.351 with regression equation 5.219 + 0.241KS + 0.351PO, (2) calculation of R2 obtained value of 0.549. This means that the percentage contribution of student' creativity and parental attention to learning achievement is 54.9%. Based on these percentages in create for students it is recommended to further enhance students' creativity and to receive more their parents' attention, in order to improve more learning achievement.Key Words: Student' Creativity, Parents' Attention, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the low PPKn learning motivation of students at SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is: "Is there any influence on the use of Business Risk learning models on PPKn Learning Motivation for VIII grade students at SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru?”. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of a risky Business learning model on PPKn Learning Motivation for VIII grade students at SMP Tri Bhakti. This research was conducted at Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Middle School in July 2018. And is a quantitative descriptive research that is experimental. The population in this study were eighth grade students at SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken based on the technique "Random Sampling”. Where the classes taken as samples are students of Class VIII (1) students (experimental class) who were given a Risk Business learning model and VIII (2) class students (control class) were students who were given conventional methods. Then analysis data using homogeneity and t-test and gain test.Based on the results of the study showed that there was an effect of PPKn learning motivation between students who used risky business learning models with conventional methods at SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru (>). Thus there is anThe Effect Of Risk Business Learning Models On PPKn Learning Motivation Of Class VIII Students At Smp Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. This means that there is an influence between the risky business learning model and the learning motivation of the magnitude of the influence after it is calculated with a gain test showing the risky learning model of business gives an effect on learning motivation of 0.72. And there was an average increase in PPKn learning motivation in the experimental class from 41.12 to 43.06 and the increase in the average control class learning motivation of the control class from 29.85 to 30.05. Keywords: Risk Business, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the teacher of women who have not been able to manage their emotional intelligence so that many dual role conflicts occur. High emotional intelligence has a positive influence on multiple role conflicts experienced by female teachers. Without high emotional intelligence, it will be difficult for female teachers to be able to reduce multiple role conflicts experienced. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and dual role conflict in female teacher teachers in the Handsome District of Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative research with a type of correlation research. Sampling technique used in this study is Sample Random Sampling with 75 subjects. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, emotional intelligence questionnaires consisting of 25 items with reliability of 0.883 and multiple role conflict questionnaires consisting of 34 items with a reliability of 0.935 prepared by the author. Data analysis techniques were carried out using Pearson Product moment correlation statistics. Based on the results of the hypothesis test is known from the correlation coefficient value of rxy = -0.230 with a significance of 0.047 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and multiple role conflict. The level of relationship is included in the low category with the determinant coefficient value produced is 5.29% so it can be seen that emotional intelligence contributes 5.29% to multiple role conflicts. Abstract

Abtract: This research is motivated by the start of the implementation of government policies in creating professional and competent teachers. One way to shape the competence of PPKn teachers in Pekanbaru is by having a forum for PPKn Subject Teachers (MGMP) throughout Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze the role and benefits of the Pekanbaru MGMP in improving Teacher Capability. This type of research is qualitative descriptive which tries to describe the benefits of MGMP on the performance of PPKn teachers. The methods used are surveys, interviews, and lift deployment. The population of this study were all PPKn teachers at the junior high school level in Pekanbaru while the samples taken were teachers who joined the Pekanbaru PPKn MGMP as many as 41 people. Data analysis is done by a combination technique (mix method) that is qualitative data analysis followed by coding and tabulation into percentage tables (Simple Frequency distribution). The results showed that the existence of MGMP was very useful in the performance of PPKn teachers in Pekanbaru City Junior High School. The benefits include 9 main things in accordance with the role of the MGMP, namely; Understanding of curriculum, syllabus and assessment system, making teaching materials, understanding education, implementing computer-based learning programs, developing learning facilities, making learning tools and developing learning media.Key Words: Subject Teacher Consultation, Teacher Ability

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Biology in the cognitive domain of class X Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru High School through Integration of Concept Maps with the Application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Models. Biology learning outcomes in the cognitive domain are seen from the absorption and completeness of learning. The research procedure was carried out by the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA 3 of Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Pekanbaru 2017/2018 academic year, totaling 32 students, consisting of 13 men and 19 women. The results of this study indicate that the absorption of students increased from cycle I to cycle II from 81.00 (good category) to 83.96 (good category). Student completeness increased from cycle I to cycle II, with completeness percentage of 76.25% (sufficient category) to 81.25% (good category). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Integration of Concept Maps with the Application of the Problem Based Learning Model (PBL) can improve Biology learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of class X of Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School Pekanbaru.Key Words: Cognitive learning outcomes, Concept Maps, Integration, and Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: As for the problem with the female volleyball player in SMA 1 Salo, Kampar District, the lower passing ability of the female students still looks not optimal. Besides that hand eye coordination is also still low. The strength of the female student's arm muscles is also still not good, then the elasticity of the average wrist of the female student still looks stiff. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of variation training on the ability to pass under the female volleyball in SMA 1 Salo, Kampar District. This research is an experimental research. The population in this study was the women’s volleyball team senior high school of Salo Kampar district which numbered 15 female student. The technique used in this study is the total sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with everything in the population sampled. In this study the authors take a sample of the total population of 15 people. The training program provided is a variety of exercises given during 16 meetings held 3 times a week. The instrument of this study The test used is Passing test under volley ball. The data were analyzed using normality test and hypothesis test. After doing research using Variation Exercise Against the Ability of Passing Under volley ball female SMA Negeri 1 Salo Kampar District obtained t count = 6.983 while t table = 1.771. Where if thitung is larger than ttable then the null hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is Effect of Variation Exercise Against the Passing Skill of Lower volley ball female SMA Negeri 1 Salo district Kampar or Ha is accepted. Then the result shows there is significant influence with the improvement of ability equal to 54.20%.Keywords: Variation Exercise, Passing Down Bolavoli

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of Team Games Tournament (TGT) on the students’ mastery of the first year students of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru in identifying past tense. The research design is a pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample was X. MIA. 1 chosen by using cluster random sampling technique. In order to collect the data, the pre-test and post-test were administered and then the data were statistically analyzed by using the t-test formula. The result showed that the mean score of post-test was higher than mean score of pre-test (76.55 > 67.88). The value of t-test was 12.011 while the value of t-table in significance level 5% df = 35 was 2.030. Since the value of the t-test was higher than t-table, it can be concluded that Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It means that there was significant effect of Team Games Tournament (TGT) on the students’ mastery of the first year students of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru in identifying past tense. It is suggested that using Team Games Tournament (TGT) is one of the appropriate method to be implemented in teaching simple past tense so the students can be active and responsive in learning grammar.Key Words: Effect, TGT, Mastery, Past tense

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Snowball Throwing Method on the Speaking Ability of the Second Year Students of SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam. This research was pre-experimental design involving 30 students as a sample chosen through cluster random sampling technique. The data were gained before and after the treatment implementing Snowball Throwing Method. The students were given pre-test and post-test. The average score for pre-test was 40.75 and the average score for post-test was 61.11. The data shows that there are an increass from the pre-test and the post-test. The data analysis shows that the t-test is higher than t-table (17.424> 2.045)at the significant level of 5%. Therefore, alternative hipothesis is accepted and null hipothesis is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Snowball Throwing Method on the Speaking Ability of the Second Year Students of SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam.Keywords: Effect, Ability, Snowball Throwing.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is when playing game material (sparing), it is often seen that players miss the ball because they are slow to turn their bodies to receive the next ball effect to the agility of players who are not good. The purpose is to find out how much the corelation of agility with the results of footwork in the athletes male of Badminton Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper Pangkalan Kerinci, amounting to 5 people. This research technique uses total sampling, where the total population is sampled. This research uses correlation techniques. Then, the test data used the normality test, the correlation product moment test, a significant test α = 0.05. Normality test variable X, L0max (0.1446) <Ltabel (0.337), and variable normality test Y, L0max (0.2186) <Ltabel (0.337) in other words the level of trust 95% of normal data and research conclusions show: where there is a relationship a significant relationship between agility and footwork results, with a correlation r = 0.953 where rhitung> rtabel 0.953> 0.950. Where the magnitude of the correlation coefficient when viewed from the level of relationship (interpretation) the value of r is having a very strong level of relationship with the interpretation of the r value of 0.80 - 1,000.Key Words: Correlation, Agility, Footwork Results.
